The tow truck driver “Rodriguez” is very disrespectful, rude and has no type of customer service skills or communication skills what’s so ever. He gives false information about the tow company he works for and sadly is giving this tow company a bad review. Gave false information of hours of operation, gave false information about charges and false information of the tow yards rules and regulations. I’ve worked with this company before and I have never had an issue with any of the workers before until now.

I was a passenger in a horrible car crash and needed their assistance, not attitude!
