Though the damage was deemed non-repairable, I appreciate the time Gerald and the staff took to diagnose and try to fix my flat tire.Their shop also has a great selection of local and imported tire brands sold at great prices, and we were able to take advantage of their tire sale promo when we bought our replacement. When a tire isnt available, the shop can order it on the customers behalf and get it delivered to them promptly, too.The shop also provides a nice award points system for services rendered. All-in-all: great, quick, fairly-priced for quality service.

Fantastic, friendly service. Im in town from Florida and needed one tire installed that I had ordered and shipped directly to them. They had me in and out quickly and did a great job. If Im able to move back home this will be my go-to shop for tires and alignment work. As a suspension and alignment tech since 1992 Im not a fan of having someone else do it but I am very happy with this shop.

I’ve been a customer for over a decade here. I get my alignment and all tires for my vehicles here at this location. Not really sure what happened to the quality of service here. Made an appointment for 4 new tires and an alignment. I called on a Thursday for a Saturday appointment at 8:30 am. Arrived and was told the tires wouldn’t arrive for about 45 minutes. Now I’m thinking what was the purpose of even making an appointment! After tire installation and alignment the vehicle was ready at noon. After receiving my keys I left abruptly then noticed my hood vibrating because they have not even closed it correctly! Then thought where is the wheel lock key. Not surprised it was still in their possession. Upon driving back to ask for my wheel lock key I checked to see if it was the correct one. Then discovered my center wheel caps were now missing some of the Allen screws that hold them on so 3 out of 4 caps are loose!!! This is absolutely ridiculous at this point! Please someone drop a comment on a quality tire shop. Thanks in advance!

I have gone to Discount Tires for years. However, lately, I had a problem with my alternator. After having my brother in law worked on my car, he checked the oil and noticed that the oil was burned and dark and it just seemed that the oil had not been changed in over 3 years. My sparkplugs were burned and just needed service asap.Wonder how many more times my oil was not changed or if in fact they changed the oil filter or if they actually worked on my car.

I had an appointment for Saturday 8:30am, walked in on a Friday morning and asked if i was able to have my car done then. Jerry whom was the sales person at the time was non-hesitant to say yes. I took the spot Jerry was so helpful and friendly. The mechanic who did the work also was friendly fast and accurate. I will definitely be taking my vehicles back to the Discount tire on Arrow Hwy in Azusa for as long as I can. I feels good when you can find a great spot you can trust.

The staff were great. The technician who preformed the alignment on my vehicle test drove it 4 times hekeptworking on the alignment until it was perfect. I amimpressed by the attention to detail.

If I could score less, I would. 1st visit, I arrived at 8:30am with an appointment, checked in, sat for 30mins, was then told there was no tire tech, could I come back in an hour, I did that. On my return sat for another 30mins cause the tech still hadnt arrive... 2nd visit, called ahead again for an appointment, I was told they open at 9am, when they are actually open at 8:30am. Let me not forget that this store is filthy, the front desk staff is so unprofessional, rude, non-attentive. This 2nd visit was to balance my 4 new tires considering it wasnt done right the 1st time. My name was called, I signed a no charge receipt, I asked for the keys, he pointed to them on the counter. So I though Id never have to deal with this place again. When I arrived home, I notice one of my lug nuts had not been placed back on, back to the shop I go. Shorter story, do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.........Update, 08/10/2021, tire balance from Discount was just as bad. Made a late Thursday appointment with Firestone who got me in, stated that all four tires were off balance. They got me out the door in 30mins. People, read these, they are all true accounts of poor service.

He inspected the tires on my vehicle and determined that I only needed 3 tires. He did not try and sell me more than I needed. The wait was not long at all. Great Service!! We put new tires on our Chevy Silverado (great price) and purchased a lifetime alignment package. When we drove to another appointment we noticed that the truck was pulling to the right. We could no return because of the appointment to check alignment. We live in Chino and came a long distance to purchase tires and alignment, and TO HAVE TO RETURN TO HAVE SERVICE done again is VERY UNSATISFACTORY. We were here the first time two hours and had to wait again so they could fix there error. Management should oversee employees work before a job is completed.

I’m a longtime Discount Tire customer and former 5 star reviewer. I agree that this location has great customer service and I’m very happy with my latest tire purchase. I recently went in for tire rotation as part of my tire maintenance agreement, and reported that my car was pulling slightly to the right. They told me they had fixed the issue, but now I noticed my car was pulling slightly to the left. I went to my regular mechanic, the next day and he reported that my left front tire was under inflated. Great customer service does not just mean smiling and being pleasant while you lie about doing proper maintenance when, in fact you either deflated my tire, in order to “fix”an alignment issue, at worst, or, at best, your technician failed to notice that one of my tire’s was under inflated (22 psi) during a scheduled and required maintenance session. Either way, you’ve lost my trust.

Service was quick and reliable. I thought I was going to have to buy a new set of tires do to a nail in my tire. They were able to patch my tire and I was on my way within 15-20 min.

Mixed feelings. When I pulled up to this location it dawned on me that I had called the day before for a price on one new tire, at which time I was quoted by a female rep something like $160 for one tire. But I went in to check them out anyway. So I was pleased that there was a more affordable “house tire and that there was a buy one get one free special. So I purchased the special, two new tires for the front of my vehicle. That was all I asked for. However, when the sales rep Edward printed out the sales work order, he had added a protection plan without even asking me. I did not appreciate that tactic at all but Edward was so nice I just let it slide. I didn’t expect to be there long. How long does it take to change two tires?! There was only one other customer there and they were already working on his vehicle and he was out about 10 minutes after I got there. I ended up being there nearly an hour and a half. I sat across from the bay area door where I watched them work. The door was open all the while then oddly enuf they closed the bay area door. I thought this was odd especially after I heard what sounded like banging on metal. I walked outside to the bay area where I saw my vehicle up on the lift and my car lights were on which means they didn’t turn my car off, running my battery. The young man working on my car was standing at the front driver tire which was removed and it looked like he was working on my brakes instead. I returned to the lobby where I sat some more and when it was finally time to settle the bill, I was shown a recommended service sheet that recommended some services that they determined were needed after doing a some kind of check of my vehicle. Something about the tires being bent out or something. This explains why it took so long. They were doing a service check that I did not ask for and I’m not comfortable that they didn’t tamper with my vehicle because now it sounds like a race car. And they’re dirty fingerprints were on the hood of my car. I cant think of any reason for that. All I can say is that Edward was very nice and I did leave with two new tires on my car. I just suggest that if you use this company, be sure to verify your expectations and be clear that nothing more than what you asked for will be done.

I was pleased with the service I received at this location, the people helping me were honest, and thorough about the type of TPMS sensor I was buying. The manager also let me know the price before I chose to get the service done.It was done relatively quick, and everything went as it should have. I would recommend this tire shop.

Service was good. I would have given higher rating if worker would have given me free oil change, valued at less than $20. I showed him a coupon from website offering free oil change with $100 service, I was there to have all 4 of my tires replaced paying $480. I would think that would have been qualified purchase, the tires costed over $100 but according to him it wasnt covered. The coupon also doesnt state what services. Had I known I would have priced other competitors (Sears, Just Tires, PepBoys) that were within 2000 ft of DTC, but time didnt permit, because I was already waiting a week for tires to arrive because they werent available at shop. Some of the offers are just to get you in there and they decide which deals to give you instead of being upfront and stating in fine print what services you have to get. I had been going to DTC for 15+ years but stopped because service isnt great. I was there for my girlfriend. I would rather go somewhere else for great service and pay a little more.

I prefer this tire center because of friendly people . Went here Dec 31st for a tire change and Jerry took care of everything including alignment. I have a couple of issues with my Sienna minivan and Im planning to bring them here because they have good customer service.

I can not say enough great things about the Discount Tire Center on Arrow Highway in Azusa; and especially Sonia who helped me. I was half way to my destination (30+miles from home on a very busy 210 freeway) when I ran over a nail and blew my tire. Discount Tire Center was my third attempt to find somewhere that had a replacement in stock. Although the store did not have anything in stock for my vehicle, Sonia offered to go to the warehouse right away and pick up a tire there for me. Sonia knew I was running behind and got me out of there in under an hour, unlucky the time to go get the tire. THAT is fantastic customer service.

They really took care of me when I had a sudden flat and everyone else wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for a tire, but also wanted to take all day to change it as well. I went here they had me in and out and I still made it to work to cover my shift.
