Frontline Auto Repair is truly Outstanding Shop that you can go to and know that they are honest, Caring, hard-working and willing to get the job done for you.Last year I had a car vandalized and had my vehicle towed to two other shops as well they were the only shop that was able to find the problem and get the car started. As well as willing to provide a great price in order to get the car back up on the road and running.This year Finally got a new vehicle. Brought it immediately over to them they remembered me from last year. I had Oil change, and all four tires checked. When I left I felt confident and so comfortable with the work completed . I Have quotes on work to be done . There is no other shop I will bring my vehicle to . They are 🤩 Amazing.

What a great experience!! I brought my SUV in yesterday because one of the tires had a leak. The manager was very friendly and courteous. He had me come in right away. They found the issue quickly and fixed it. I received a call back within 2 hours saying that tire was repaired and I could come pick up the truck. FAST SERVICE!!! There are 5 Stars service, well this shop & these guys are 5 Diamonds service. It’s a great satisfaction when you deal with honest & professional people, everything is more transparent and efficient. These guys just saved me over $3K in repair from the Honda dealer, in my 2005 Honda Accord. Very straight forward with the price, no playing with the numbers, no stress. My Accord found his new doctor.

I went in because my sunroof was not working. Not only did they fix the sunroof they also did a road trip check for me. And when I couldnt get there before closing time they waited until I got there knowing I was leaving for my trip first thing in the morning. I would definitely recommend them.

Overall good experience. I was given options regarding my breaks before they went ahead and did the work. I was able to get answers to other questions I had about my vehicle. Everyone was friendly. The mechanics were laughing a lot and seemed to enjoy each other’s company. I waited a little longer than anticipated, but otherwise, no complaints.

FrontLine Auto is by far the BEST auto shop I’ve ever been too! Personally for me, customer service a huge part of the business and Josue is just an overall great guy, great business man and genuinely cares about his work and clients! I went here for an inspection and oil change. I have nothing to complain about, this place does great work and I can honestly say I’ll definitely be coming back for anything else that I need done to my car! It’s super rare now a days to find an auto shop that does great work and has great customer service! Frontline provides excellent auto services to repair, maintain and inspection and never over charge its customers. You know what I am saying? I do not live in the area (I live on the North Shore), but I was purchasing a 1967 GTO from someone living nearby. So, I needed a shop with experience and that would do a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle.First, they made time for me right away (with an appointment the next day). Then, they actually kept the appointment (we had to wait a few minutes for them to finish another oil change, but thats to be expected).Bob, their old-school mechanic did an amazingly thorough job looking over the car (noticing things I never would have found). He even went the extra mile, getting on the phone with the mechanic I normally use, to describe everything he found.If I lived in this area, Id use these guys all the time. They are honest, friendly (and the price was right, too!).

Today I called around 9:15 to see how long it would be to get in for a NYS Inspection told me to come at 10 and he can get me in and out, man at the front desk I believe his name was Juan, great guy and honest. Got me in and out dident try and funny business like some places do. The guy who did the inspection was nice to and quick, any questions I had they helped me out. THANK YOU JUAN AND THE REST OF THE GUYS, I know working weekends suck but you guys are the best because your open on the weekend, when no one else is.

I started coming here from a recommendation when I started having car troubles with a car I bought and they’ve been really honest and upfront with what I should get done on my car from the beginning. They listened to the problems I was having with my car and it was a great experience from there on. They really do have your best interest first; they’re not trying to con you out of your money and make unnecessary repairs. With my car, they did a test run and then I left my car there for a few hours so that they could have a thorough examination. They give you a list of what’s going on with your car, what fixes they recommend, and a generalization of what the individual costs will be, but they never push you to do a repair unless that’s what you want to do. My car is running great now and there have been plenty of fixes that they’ve done to my car free of charge. Really honest and experienced people, highly recommend.
