A marine mechanic with top skills and a good attitude is hard to find in the summer. They have it here. Came in with a problem left by another mechanic. It diagnosed it and fixed without any further problems. Highly recommend Riteway!

Rory is “old school”, hands on from start to finish, and I mean hands on, from oil changes, cleaning the vessel and even delivering to me and helping me launch her. He truly enjoys providing great customer service, he doesn’t just do it because he has to. He does it because it’s in his nature, he is a rare breed, and if you appreciate patience, and “white glove” service. Don’t even consider buying a vessel from anyone else. I own 5 boats and a yacht charter company in NY Harbor, so I’m speaking from experience, both in boat ownership and customer service.

Well unfortunately i have to write this review. ive never been one to do this but after a year and a half of being scammed lied to and just down right fooled i feel i owe it to you all. rory himself may seem like a nice guy however buyer beware.when you first meet while shopping for boats this man will promise you the world and give you everything but. my list can go on forever. we paid for a beautiful magna bbq and mount when we finally got it def not magna it was some off brand that cost about 150 dollars we gave him about 800 dollars.when we took the boat out he told me that the boat was only made to go about 34 mph otherwise the alarm would go off. i found out later it was because the boat wasnt working right. they hooked up the outdrives and one of the tierodes wasnt installed properly which put me in a dangerous situation. he also fixed the wiring and sent me out on the water only to breakdown once again because it wasnt the wiring it was the alternators. i can sit and reflect here for a long time if anyone really dares to deal with riteway please put everything in writing .he say he isnt here to hurt you and that yur his friend sorry that his way of deflecting from situation. feel free to contact me for lots of mor details as well as other associates i know that have had horrible experiences with riteway. if you go riteway you def went the wrong way.

Hi Everyone, Dont buy a boat from this company. They promise you that they are not hear to hurt you! Been 100 days from putting a deposit on the boat and closing on the boat 60 days later bank wired the money to there account. Boat was promised to be done and delivered by 7/21. Sent me pictures boat on trailer but never showed up. Came 2 weeks later. Boat came, we went out had to come home in the dark with my family on board without lights. Its now 8/21 still no lights, generator still not working and canopy not secured. The list goes on. I have all texts and documentation if someone needs back up. I have been patient up till today. I would NOT BUY ANYTHING From Rory.Frank S.
