Finally found the best office for my hearing needs will never go anywhere ever again. The office staff are professional and friendly. Unlike most other offices the wait time is typically 5 minutes. Dr. Kimberly Shapiro is the best. She is beyond knowledgeable, and spends time explaining whats best for my hearing loss. After years of going to other places, and feeling frustrated I can finally hear again. I have referred others, and will continue to do so. Thank you to Dr. Shapiro and staff you are truly the best!

John as usual did a great job setting my new aides. He not only takes the time to do it properly deeply cares for each one and their individual needs.Office is clean and staff friendly. Like old days . Service with a smile.Try them, youll like it.

Yvette and Lisa at the front desks are always friendly and welcoming whether on the phone or checking in for your appointment in person. I always feel so comfortable here and highly recommend them.

Very good company, they were polite and practiced COVID-19 protocols. Jonathan Getreu, took the time to explain the test, and also the different price points and advantages of different models, while I was a little shocked buy the price, I am glad I brought the pair I did. There is also the promise of plenty of follow up.

Dr Johnathon is both professional, kind and genuinely concerned about his patients. Their service (including Lisa) has been 5 star all the way. I highly recommend them for your hearing aid needs. I have the Widex hearing aids and they are definitely worth the extra money.

They broke my hearing aid and then told me I had to contact the company and it was going to cost me $500 to repair. This company is only interested in upgrading not maintaining. Very disappointed in the service I received. Now that I don’t have the money I have to go without a hearing aid due to their negligence, not mine.

I would not trust this Dr. My 77 year old mother was fitted with a Oticon Vigo about 2 years ago . She was very happy with it at first but after 2 years she felt it wasnt working as well. She had gone there initially with my brother who has since passed away. When we got to the office to inquire about what could be adjusted with the device he quickly took her into a room to test her hearing and said her hearing had gotten worse . He then showed her a newer hearing aid which she immediately began to hear with again. But, this hearing aid was another $6000 !. Of course payment plans were available but my mother is on a fixed budget. He remarked that the newer technology was no more advanced, blah, blah, bluetooth, blah blah easier, but $6000. Of course he never even wanted to address what about the old one. Well thank god for google. I realized I had to get involved and learn about the hearing aid mysql. I changed the batteries, nothing, made sure they were fresh and lined up correctly, nothing. But what do you know, if earwax gets in the way of the microphone it will not work. I cleaned the ear wax a way from the mic and everything works again. This Dr didnt mention anything to me or my mother about what could be possibly wrong and instead just wanted to take advantage. Do yourself a favor and do your homework and be vigilant. I want an honest professional and not greedy sale man for a Dr. Beware !
