I was on the fence about getting a Central Vac but after doing my research I went for it (I suffer from allergies). I’m so happy I did, easy to use and they were so professional during installation. It’s really helped me during allergy season, my breathing and symptoms are noticeably better. Love it!

At first we werent sure if we wanted to make the investment in a central vaccumn cleaning system but after having it installed in our home we fell in love with it. I always dreaded cleaning the house, especially dragging a heavy machine from room to room and with all the noise. This unit made our life much easier and it cleans really deep into the rugs. We also had one installed at our business with an additional hide away hose which is great. The person who installed the unit was also very friendly and attentive to our needs. Duravac ?On September 12 I ordered bags from you and paid $73.86. Week later I was in touch with both of you regarding my order and you tried to track and no success. on September 26. Gentlemen called me and said your order can not track so I send you another package at no charge.I was very appreciated. On Monday September 29th the package arrives on wrong address address which is my brother. we have same address difference is one Letter B which my brother rented his apartmentAnother thing is HOW did different name appear on the package and I pay for it?On Monday september 29 I called ((because I felt bad when they said : I am sorry but I can not locate your package so I will ship you another order. So I just wanted to let costumer service know that since he shipped the order and first one appeared in wrong address go ahead and charge my card again.Duravac did charge my card on september 29th and there is no package coming as of now yet on my address or my brothers address.Costumer service said your package may arrive under your brothers name not on your name because computer generates the address automatically.Well my brother rent his apartment, why my packages are not going under the payees name as it is on the card.how do you want me to rate you?
