They were enough register open. I was very pleased with that. I cant complain. Shopping around noon time isnt no joke. Shortage on dog food was terrible. M. Johnson.

On 11/2/21 at 4:46pm, out of 15+ check out registers only about 5 available registers were available including self checkout. You could see the frustration and patience wearing thin on the customers waiting in the extremely long lines. I laid my item down and walked out. RIDICULOUS!!! Not sure if I will return.I do however want to commend the cashiers that were working to check out customers as quick as they could.

My visit was to the pharmacy. The service was great and I really appreciate the text and email reminders. I wish they had a drive-thru, but the staff are ready and willing to bring prescriptions to your vehicle. I hate to request that service because they are always so busy. Thank you for their friendly service, willing spirit and the accuracy of my prescriptions.

Great Walmart. Clean and well stocked even with Covid-19. Staff is helpful and pleasant.Great selections and I dont like to compare but its MUCH nicer than the Tallahassee one.

Shelves were fully stocked & orderly, which is something I cant say for several other locations Ive been in recently. That alone made this a pleasant visit.

Do NOT use any of the ATMs at this Walmart! I used the ATM to check my balance & money is missing out of my account. I went to my bank, they pulled up my transactions & found that the ATM at this Walmart was responsible for taking $75 from my account. Also, 4 other people have filed complaints at the bank I use about this ATM today! I filed a complaint with my bank & hopefully my funds will be returned at some point. I attempted to contact Walmart to tell them about their machine, but got no answer. DO NOT USE THE ATM AT THIS WALMART!

Fully stocked shelves, clean store, friendly employees

The worst Walmart I’ve ever shopped. Constantly out of stock even when their app say they have items in stock. There are quite a few very nice employees here but the store constantly out of necessity items is the reason for one star. The management must not care about what’s happening here because it hasn’t gotten any better in the last two years.

3rd time in a row there was no carts to shop. Half of the shelves were unstocked and it was noon on a Monday. Not like the store was busy, just too lazy to check them I guess. DO BETTER WALMART.

There was a few items they didnt have in stock. But I understand that there are a lot of places that are in the same predicament. So make sure you check the website to see if they have what you are looking for.

This is the Walmart my family always goes to, which I am ashamed to say. The shelves always seem bare, and usually they dont even have things I am looking for. The closing time is also a bit ridiculous, closing at 11 PM. The registers are always packed, and out of so many registers they use only about 5.

A lot of shelves were bare. I dont know if they were bombarded by the bus loads of immigrant farm workers or what but management should know this is that season and be prepared. Its not fair to the regular residents of Bainbridge to not be able to get what we need. Severely Understaffed. An employee told me management isnt giving a lot of employees enough hours and those employees just call out and the ones who are getting the hours are having to pick up the slack because of it. Thats ridiculous. Even automotive was understaffed for a Saturday. I waited entirely too long for a simple oil change and rotation of tires.

They had to close the lobby at 1 in the afternoon because they didnt have the staff to run the drive-thru and the front counter... The crew they had was great though! Smiling and pleasant as always!

Terrible place to shop the lines are too long because of short staff I suppose. walmart with all the money they are making should have every register occupied with a worker 🙄 on top of that they never have all of the shelves stocked so you can never find what you actually went there for in the first place 👎

Associate Nick helped direct customers at the self checkout area at the Bainbridge location. He provided excellent service, with a friendly greeting to customers and a smile. He really seems to enjoy his position at Walmart and I think he deserves a raise and promotion. It’s really refreshing to see employees with such pleasant dispositions in such hectic times. I was helped by a young lady name ceaira at the Bainbridge Walmart and she went way out to help me. She is an excellent employee. Acutely a lot of their employees are good about being good. They know where things in the store and are more than glad to help. I believe the staff there are very important to the positive experience you have. The only negative thing I would say is they need to open more registers.

Walmart is always my go to grocery shopping just hate when no attendant is available when I have questions. Needed to go to customer service to ask where the item is located.

When to try to get BB for my sons BB gun and no one was over there to open the case to get them out so I tried to find someone and found three employees and two out of three didnt have the keys and the other one was sitting down and told me that he was on lunch break. I was in there over an hour and still didnt get what I went in for.

They need to do better on there drive through. Took me 35 minutes on my 1 hour lunch break to place and get my order and then my burger was barley warm.

Just open up a few registers, thats all you have to do, just a FEW

I am very disappointed the way Bainbridge Wal Mart is getting. A lot of frozen food items are not available and the cashiers are slow. What happened? This has been going on more and more.

Really need more associates to work the floor in the Specialists departments having one associate to run the registerabd the floor. The front end is basically has self check with long lines.

Wal mart needs carry out assistance for seniors. Large items like bottled water are almost unmanageable for elderly people.

This Walmart never has anything stocked. And the other day I let an employee know about DVDs being thrown in the toilet in the back mens bathroom. And she just stared at me. Um hello Im letting you know what my son just told me. Plus my husband took a picture of the DVDs in toilet. Maybe you should let a manager know. I didnt say that but I sure was thinking it. Live in Bainbridge and go to Cairo Walmart most of the time.

2 out of 4 bathroom stalls out of order. Water coming out if faucets was hit or miss. Hubby said mens bathroom was the same. On a Saturday they need to get a 24-hour plumber in!

Walmart is walmart always at busiest time theres a sea of registers and only three of the readily available registers being used, while 3or4 employees outside smoking, 2 or 3 walking around in circles of the store slowly some looking like they lost in the make up/dog food isles

So my family has always loved going to Walmart here, but its starting to become a problem especially when theyre racially profiling everything that walks in. Call me crazy but its the truth. All the time we walk out they are always checking our receipt but they check nobody elses. Keep pulling your little tricks I guess🤚🏽👏🏽

This was a disappointing shopping trip. I couldnt find several items at the Cairo Walmart so we go to the one in Bainbridge. Its a larger store and we usually find what we need. We did come home with several bags but none of it was the preferred items we were shopping for.

Went in to pick up cash and it was busy but I got out with the cash pretty fast. Good customer service at the desk

The worst Walmart. Prices are always wrong, shelves are empty and today no carts at all. There were all in the parking lot, wet and not sanitized.

The only real problem with Walmart is the lengthy checkout mostly due to lack of cashiers.

Line tend to be long but they do more fast! Usually fully stocked!

Probably the worst Wal-Mart Ive ever been to. Waited 30 plus minutes for someone to come and unlock the case holding all the good rasers. They are constantly low on products and workers in the evening. I have noticed an increase in workers being on their phones and having no regaurd for customers.

Great selection of course, just wish the layouts were all the same.

Close to home it makes it easy and convenient to get all my things to get me through my daily life

I looked up boat anchors on my Wal-Mart app and it said they had 7 at my store went there and 0 could be found it was a wasted trip then I went to Cairo ga Wal-Mart cause it said they had 1 left and they actually had 2 on the self . So todays experience cost me a lot of gas money 😑

Today it was almost like they were closed but they werent and really easy to get in and out very few people in there didnt find exactly what I wanted had to make do with what they had and I picked up a tire inflator that what I thought was a good deal until I got to the register and found out that it was double the price that was directly below where it was sitting on the shelf . If I were to have pushed it I mightve been able to get it at the $20.10 clearance price . This was at the Bainbridge Walmart Supercenter .

2 days before cmas I go in to purchase 2 boxes and cereal and a chicken. Standing in line to self check out the associate says self checkout isnt accepting cash, only card. Lines are down the aisles and guaranteed to take an hour to be next. No thank you. I drop my things at associates register and walk out. I can go without and wait for later......but, yea, go ahead and call....no one will pick up. Had a simple question to ask and it takes way too long to check out. Ill go support mom and pop stores instead.I fkn HATE Walmart!!It dont even deserve a star. 🥴😔

Need to open more cash registers waited 35 minute before got to check out. Alway like this. And the self check out want take cash. Thats one of the reason the wait it so long. They need to hire more people.

Just your typical Walmart. They are more than likely to have what you need in all departments. Store is always stocked and you can quick receive customer service from employees all over the store. Theyll be sure to get you what you need.

I purchased a new straight talk phones. Two girls working there would or could not help. I knew nothing about programming a ohone. They both said we just sell we do do anything else. The gentleman with Verizon said he would be glad to help but he had several people lined up for him. He was so nice. I have had straight talk for years with Samsung. I bough a Motorola because of problems. Straight talk in other wal marts have always been very helpful. These two were just standing doing nothing. I really needed the help.

Signed in to pickup my order after being notified of its arrival. Noticed a big gash in the side of the box. Though everything inside was packed well, the bump that caused that hole in the box (see photo) must have been significant enough to damage the slow cooker.

The staff is very helpful and I love to shop their.
