This has to be the worse CVS in the state of Louisiana not just the parish of East Baton Rouge! They are super slow and very unorganized, especially the pharmacy department. I dont think they can spell professionalism so dont expect them to show it. Absolutely ridiculous!

Great shopping

By far the worst CVS ever!!! My daughter is broken out in a rash covering her body I didn’t have her ins card but I had the number and they weren’t willing to help look it up. They need to get it together I have transferred all my family’s prescriptions to another pharmacy I will not go back!!!!

I called this morning at 9am to fill my script. I wasnt greeted on the phone it was almost like I was calling a personal house phone. I was told it would take 2 hrs. I called at 11 am asking if it were ready, they said no but they were working on it. I went into the store at 11:30am. The young man that greeted me explained they havent filled or starter on mine yet. He stated it would be another 15 minutes. The store was unorganized and i dont appreciate being lied to on the phone. I wont be returning to this store, and I may even change pharmacies in general.

Slow, Slow, Slow & Very Unorganized!! I went in the store on 4/16/19 - 2 people was on the computer, 1 was messing with whatever and 1 guy was on 2 registers and nobody came to help.. The line outside was long and inside was only two people including myself and nobody came to help him, NOBODY!! He was working the drive- thru and front counter while the others just watched!!.. RIDICULOUS!!
