Its great... Lots of people... So I wore my mask. Got mom a banana malt and two quarts of ice cream. Still have lots left so... In the freezer it goes.

I take the kids here from time to time.. never had a bad experience here well at this location.. I have had some not so great experiences at other places but the girls here are very helpful and patient.. the ice cream is good and the ice cream cakes are one of my girls favorite thing to get.. the cakes can get up to $40 $50 bucks depending on size but they are worth it...

Pretty average experience. The service was okay, and the ice cream tasted so-so.

I was at the register paying for my ice cream, when I happened to glance outside to see a older gentleman cleaning the table outside with a wet mop! I told the cashier oh no hes cleaning the table with a wet mop. Then he came inside an put the mop on the floor !!! Now thats really Nasty.

Workers didnt seem to happy to be there, was rushing us. My young kids really didnt have any time to look at the flavors cause they were rushing, when absolutely NO ONE was in store. Thought this one would of been better than the others but nope!. In the end my kids ended up getting their large(which made me and them happy) cones but basic flavors.

Banana split was phenomenal!!! Instead of regular chocolate, I chose German Chocolate Cake. What an amazing choice! Service was great as well

The COVID hours are from 11-9. However, the young lady had the lights off and preparing to close at 8:45.

The employees are very generous and easy going, they give you big heaping scoops of ice cream, and using coupons with them isnt a hassle at all.

Love going to B&B. Just wish workers were consistent with the size of their ice cream scoops. This visit netted me almost no ice cream in the scoops. Was very disappointed for the money I paid.

I ordered an ice cream cake online for my wifes birthday. It was ready for pickup earlier than I requested. The ladies at the store were very helpful and super friendly as always.

Very busy on mothers day and there was no problem for these 2 ladies! Great job and my icecream was perfect.

Come to Baskin Robbins most times getting ice cream. This is my favorite place to get ice cream at they have the best ice cream in the world i love Baskin Robbins they are the best. When i come here get two scoops of hot fudge sundae it be so good i try not come down all the time or be big as a rhino LOL!!!!! Eating nothing but ice cream Baskin Robbins are better than DQ, TCBY, McDonalds ice cream and other diary shops as well i drive five miles down road from Zachary i love Baskin Robbins wish they had one in Zachary but good not be eating all the people ice cream.
