The2 months of ongoing calls being told glass would be in on the next truck. 2 months later, no glass. worst service I have ever encountered.

Eric and Tanner were very meticulous in our sliding glass door installation. They were on time, efficient and polite. What more could you ask for?

Still cant get what we ordered they dont call back keep you on hold then hang up not professional at all very dissapointed never going there again

Stopped by to get an estimate a nice lady in the office took my info and she said, some one would be calling me today with an estimate, no one called me, and when I called to find out if they had an estimate for me, I was put on hold an after 10 minutes on hold I hung up and decided to take my business elsewhere. I know people are busy but I never let a potential client wait on hold for more than couple minutes no matter how big or small the job is!

I am waiting for 6 weeks for my a window glass

I’ve used Kern Glass previously when I worked for a local contractor. They always provided great service and competitive bids. My sliding glass door recently broke. I called them up and they provided an appointment for the very next day. The estimator showed up right on time. They delivered on the price and their installers were friendly and prompt. They went as far as cleaning all the window units and tracks leaving them clean. I would highly recommend Kern Glass!!!

Not sure what kind of Problem people seem to have, but everyone I worked with is very friendly and professional, and they have been able to produce several custom orders next day.If someone is going to give a business a bad review, they should explain why.

IDK how these guys do with putting up glass, but they sure do a great job at obstaclizing your driveway with their truck without any consideration for the person that lives here.
