I recently had body work done on my Jeep due to being rear ended. My experience from start to finish was excellent! Art Laguna was very helpful and communicative through the entire process of having my vehicle repaired. He consistently kept me up to date as to where Caliber was in the repair process. I will definitely take all my vehicles to Caliber Collision in the future.

I came to Caliber with my 2014 Toyota Tacoma with a broken back window and a dent above it due to backing into something. Immediately I found the team there to be courteous and friendly and helpful and the work was excellent. I asked if he would look at a couple other things and he did and gave me some very useful and helpful information and even touched it up a bit. I would highly recommend Caliber at this location if you have a need for body shop type repairs.

Wow!! Awesome service!! From entering the establishment I knew that I had chosen the right place to have my car fixed. Every was courteous and professional. Jorge was the person who worked with me and he was great. I was updated often about the progress and expected completion of the work. After the work was completed, I was unable to pick up the care at that time and Jorge delivered it. I was most impressed with the cleaning of the car. I got the car cleaner than how I had it. I’ve never been more pleased with an automotive shop, they have amazing prices and even better customer service. It’s always scary bringing in my truck to a shop being a woman and feeling like i’m going to be ripped off but everyone treated me with the upmost respect and Oscar the Manager at this location understood where i was coming from and talked to me more like a friend then a regular customer, while still explaining everything i needed for my truck being very detailed and SUPER friendly and professional. Im so glad i found this location and now have a shop i can go to whenever my truck needs a fix. You guys are awesome!!

Recently had my car repaired there was one minor inconvenience that was addressed right away and scheduled to come back in to be fixed during that time another incident happened before the appointment and when dropping my vehicle off manager Oscar said he will take care of it. I took in my car for body repair because I got in a car accident. Caliber Collision was very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way through the whole process. They sent text messages and made phones calls with updates. I was very pleased with how my car looked once they were done. My car looked like it did before I was in a car crash and their warranty is for a lifetime. They were very reassuring that if I felt something was not right with the vehicle at any given point to bring it back to them and they would take a look. My car was rear ended less than 24 hours after I purchased it. I picked Caliber Collision because it was close to my house & I’m so glad I made that choice. From the moment I called all the way up until my car was fixed, everyone there was extremely nice and professional. They made the whole ordeal a lot easier for me. I had a lot of questions and concerns and everyone was so patient and accommodating. The body work was so flawless. You would never be able to tell that the car had been hit. I am sooo impressed by their work and professionalism. I also like the fact that everyone wears uniform. Also the office is nice and clean and inviting. Great business! Horrible Customer Service due to the Administrator Manager Ms Katie. Instead of helping out my father in law she was TO BUSY talking to another customer about her personal issues, lack of courtesy. Didn’t even take the time to acknowledge my father in law. If it wasn’t for a young man name Ricki we would not be returning. Even tho he was busy with other customers he was really professional.

I had a very good experience here. My car looks great! I went a few places before here just to see which place would be best for my car and this was by far the best! Very good employees &’ prices! No complaints at all.

Katie the manager at this location is horrible. We will not be returning, I went in to make an appointment for repairs, she didn’t even knowledge my wife and I. She was to busy on her cell phone, arguing with someone. We waited until my wife became inpatient and asked her if we could speak to the manager, she claimed she was the manager in charge. And if we had an issue and couldn’t give her a few mins to deal with an important matter we would be asked to leave.She is rude and unpleasant to deal with! This is a great company but the lack of poor management will create a negative environment for your clients.

I had my car worked on I do not like having to take my car in but i couldnt have asked for better service they did a great job everything turned out great i want to make sure i say how pleased i was with the service oscar provided me with.

Its horrible, waiting months too long to get your car, they dont call you or inform you, its you who has to call, my car was worse because they damaged parts that they didnt even have to touch and the parts that they had to repair didnt work. believe me its better to go somewhere else

Worse customer service!! The manager Katie is so rude and unprofessional. Manager is more worry about saving her love life over the phone then gaining potential clients. Sad to see that this generation doesn’t care about their place of work. I asked to speak to her manager she she claimed she was the manager if to give her a few mins or we would leave. I have never been so upset but who do you complain to when management is the issue.

This was by far the most pleasant experience Ive had with a collison center. Lennard inspected my vehicle and explained the procedures then he asked me if I had any questions, the day prior to my car being completed he called me to let me know my vehicle was almost ready. Mari at the front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Mari and Lennard!!!

If you need your car fixed Caliber Collision is the place to go! I went there twice and the place never disappoints! The first time Carlos helped me fix my car and it was restored back to perfect condition. The second time a cat got stuck underneath my car and he helped me rescue it. He was very kind and helpful. Most horrible body shop I have Ever been to!!! I have a video of Oscar telling me all the things wrong with my truck. After they had it for 2 wks with NOTHING done, not even the alignment! (It was supposed to be 2 days for the estimate!) I called them and my insurance upset that nothing had been done and that My insurance didn’t even have an estimate!Oscar made me leave the vehicle with him initially because he said it was “unsafe” for me to drive it home!!!! Once myself and my insurance called them, all the sudden my truck had NO issues????But yet I Still have a scratch and dent in my bumper!!!!And tires have not been replaced they wobble when I drive!!! My truck pulls to the right soo bad and I have a air bag light, ABS light and emergency break light on that we’re not on prior to my accident!I’d say Horrible service!!!!!! Please Avoid This Place!!!!

Had a fender liner tear up after driving back from LA. Caliber fixed this up with a part I brought in in less than 30 minutes. Great team out here that understands customer service!

Catalytic converters are 🔥🔥🔥 Hot right now. The guy that attempted to steal mine wasnt successful but he cut my pipe. So they inspected it and quoted me $360 just to weld it🤯 and they dont even weld it there. They take it somewhere else to get it the welding done. They were professional and nice but ridiculous on the price. I took it down the street to Universal Automotive got quoted $60👍🏽. So do your homework. And price around.

Brought my 2017 Tacoma for body work after an accident, 9 days later (one day ahead of schedule) even with delays getting a bumper that wasnt warped from Toyota, had it back in my hands and on the road.

Staff were really friendly and we felt like we had known the service technician for years. We were quoted a week for repairs and we received our vehicle in two days. I prefer this location to the others! Good job!

It was a bit of a confusing situation and two different Caliber collision centers in town went above and beyond to make sure my car was in the correct shop for repairs and that it was done perfectly. My service rep, Javier was great and communicated throughout the process. My car was finished in a two week period. I would have given 5 stars if there was a better appointment process. My partner originally called to schedule the repair, we were told to bring it in on a Monday morning. I went before work to drop it off and my appointment was not found, I was told to return the following Monday. It was very frustrating at first but after they accepted my car, it was fine. So maybe work on the process of appointments and send confirmation emails/texts.

This business and staff are fully 5star pluss.Rubin the service manager listened to my concerns, addressed them and put me ease.The service was and is the BEST Ive experienced in having my vehicles repaired.

I was so upset when I had to take my car to a body shop because someone hit it on the street, but I found this place and thought I would try them out. Im so glad that I did, because Ruben went over the top for me and made my car look brand new. It looks better now then when I bought it. Ruben helped me every step of the way and called to let me know how and when my car will be ready. If your looking for a body shop to go to, this is the place. They were great!

Totally inept performance and customer communication !!It took them THREE WEEKS to evaluate the repairs needed to my car, I had to continually call them to find out the status - they could not be bothered to call me.Unfortunately they almost have a monopoly on body repair service with insurance companies. STAY AWAY if you can find another reputable shop.

Please take your car elsewhere; I promise you will save yourself from a headache. I took my car in because I was in a car accident. They are such in hurry to collect money and to rush your car out. I had to take my car back because or poor installation on body parts. They do not inspect the car after it is done. They made 3 major mistakes on my vehicle causing me to take it back so they can fix on separate occasions; not to mention they lost my license plates which I had to pay out of my pocket to replace. Overall horrible, horrible experience. Edgar is good at speaking with customers but does not review or check anything. Trevor which is the manager tried but could not meet expectations.

At the time of my accident I was very upset because I thought my car couldnt be repaired, but when it was towed to Caliber the manager Trevor helped me feel at ease with the whole process. These guys here were truly amazing! I was afraid to use such a Fancy Conlan, because I thought theyd be too expensive.Their fees were actually less than what the insurance quoted, so I was impressed with that. My car was here for a very big wreck, I was told by my insurance to go here. I am very glad I did they knew exactly what needed to be done and did it in a timely manner. I was greeted by the front desk lady very professionally and the guy who helped me was great through the whole experience.

On Aug 26th I took my car to have body work done. Julian helped me with the paperwork and indicated that he would call me on the 27th or 28th, for sure, to let me know what the cost would be and when it would be ready.I never heard from him until I called on the 3rd of September. He said he was sorry and the car would be ready on the 10th or 11th of September. After I indicated I was not happy about him not calling, he changed his mind and said it would be ready Friday. We made arrangements for him to call me to pay the deductible and he would bring my car to the house. I said that would be fine.He never called. I waited all afternoon.NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL

Came here because someone hit my car and broke my sideview mirror off. My insurance suggested this place because it was a team they recommended. I am thankful they did. Ruben was the gentlemen who worked on my car and dude was beyond amazing from the beginning. Very friendly and courteous. Kept in contact with me along the way and made sure to give me all information to make me be reassured that everything was going to be done. Ruben even drove my car to my place because of an inconvenience of what Geico did. If I have to come back to Caliber collision again (Cali drivers crazy) i’m asking for Ruben from the beginning cause that dude made my week.
