Great place, Jessica helped me find the right parts, and at a great price. She seemed to be the only one working, literally no one else was there helping anyone else, but she was more than adequate and got what I needed and provided exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this place..

I had a coupon for 25% off for online. Wish they could make it to use in-store also. Their website is a little confusing. Couldnt find a few things unless I typed the specific brand. Also, some of the online prices and store prices were different. The guys and gals there were cool and helpful.

I tried to buy an 06 Chevy Trailblazer Chilton’s Manual but was denied service. The price on the manual was different from the one that they tried to charge me. The lady tried to help me but an old man refused to let it go for the price it rang up as. Confused, I left without the book and a car that died because I was unable to buy this book. Bad service. New management is requested.

Broke down while on a road trip and they got an alternator out of their local warehouse as soon as it opened and we were back on the road in no time. The only place in Bakersfield that had the correct part for us. Fast & friendly service

Called ahead to have the parts I need already pulled so not to waste more time. When I arrived, nothing was ready and had to wait for the sales clerk to search for the parts. Place wasnt busy, so it wasnt like the guy didnt have any time to search ahead of time. I even had the part numbers for him.

Go to oreillys you will get better service. Trust me! I use to work there.👍

The person who helped us, didnt know what they were doing. My wife had to go and find the parts she needed herself because the guy didnt know the names of them. We got everything we needed, but if my wife wasnt there, I dont think we would have.

I would say buyer beware. I purchased an item from this location and the next day I received a call from the bank about fraudulent charges being made with my credit card.This was the only place I had been too and the Bank determined the charges to be local charges.So, this was my experience, and I will not being going to this store ever again.

Had to go twice to auto parts store because the part was order twice. And they dont get parts taken to the store after 3:00 pm because they can find driver. And people are standing around not working.

The last few times Ive needed parts they were the only place in town that had them. Plus Autozone told me I had to come pay for a part before they would get it sent over from another local store, Car Quest did not. Ive changed my parts store to Car Quest!
