These guys are great! My parts took longer than expected to get in (not their fault) and they were able to slip me in and get them installed. I thought that I was going to have to cancel my trip, but they made it happen. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic job on my on board air and airbag setup. All the lines and wires were properly secured, zip ties snipped short, welds were painted, and everything was tucked in neat and clean. I highly recommend these folks!

Dont do what they promise. Had an agreement to have my shocks installed 11 days later a specific date and time. Although that was not a convienent time I agreed. I arranged my schedule to accommodate this time frame.Direct offroad requested a deposit of $500. I agreed and payed them. Day before the installthey called wanting to reschedule. I explained that it was not possible for me to reschedule and asked for a refund.Jake said ok but, he could not refund the processing fee of $30. I politely explained that I didnt believe this was appropriate, because Direct Offroad had not honored their commitment, why should I lose money because of their failure. To make a long story short, I accepted the deduction a told them I was very un happy. Buyer beware, do not give these people upfront.I

Place is so awesome! Got my 18 Tacoma done within the time they promised it would take and it just came out incredible. One of two shops in town that had tire chains in my size. Chose them for a number of reasons however the primary was customer service. From the time I walked through that door to the time I left I was greeted by everybody working. Checked in on regularly, and to top it off had the best price on my chains for my snow trip. Unfortunately I dont need new tires yet and wont for awhile but they definitely earned my business. If you need any service done I would suggest checking here first.

Pat and the guys at Direct Offroad give no BS advice on what works best for what you want to do to your rig. They can order just about anything, and handle whatever ride you have. I’ve been going here with my Jeep for over two years, and I’ve watched them treat customers more like family. Best shop in the Central Valley.

Needing some parts for my 94 Bronco (374K Miles). Decided to give Direct Offroad a call. I am very glad I did. I talked to Henry, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. All but one part was in stock, the other arrived while I waited.Unfortunately, there was an installer error (me), I called back and and was asked to stop by and they would help me out of my jam. I received a couple secrets from Pat Gerber the owner and completed the repairs.Not only were they there with the parts when I needed them, they were there when I needed advise. You just cant get that face to face service from an online store. Come to find out Pats father worked on my Bronco 20+ years ago, no wonder Pat is so knowledgeable, its in his DNA.

I took my jeep in to have new springs put on, after the springs were installed the jeep looked like a stink bug the rear was way to high. At this point I was not happy so they asked what I wanted to do and the suggested that they install new front springs and long arm suspension. When I picked up the jeep they did not put on long arm suspension and now the angle is all out of whack and my jeep is worse off then when I took it in. It now has a death wobble. Also I asked them not to lock the driver door because I have trouble unlocking it WHAT did they do they locked it, and they took it apart and didnt even put it back together and I dont even know what they did with all of the parts to the door and it just hanging there!! They had the jeep for almost a month and didnt even repair it correctly. I have called and had to leave messages with no return call. Do they as not even test drive something the have repaired to make sure its safe to drive. I cant even drive it in the shape it is in.. VERY DISPOINTED, worst service I have ever had. I do not recommend using Direct Offroad for your repairs!!!

Went in to Direct Off Road to see what they had. Typical 4x4 shop inside, thats where basic ends. The staff and owner will go out of their way to look up parts, and solve issues. I ended up having my CV axles replaced, it was quick, and the price was very fair. A few months later I opted to do a gear change, I had a tight schedule and they got it done, including calling a performance shop to get me in and out on the fly. Hands down, I felt I got the best bang for the buck, and they tended to my schedule last minute. Needless to say, they are a very professional bunch. Quality, fair price, and on time.

DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE. brought in my brand new ram 2500 for a simple alignment, the kid that did the alignment took it for a 10 min joy ride “test drive” raced it around and brought it back with an engine light on and transmission slipping. Told the manager he said he’d get in contact with me and never heard from him again.

Went in for multiple products. Was told they had to order them and wouldnt be in for a week. Ok. Put in a deposit to get some work done the next day but decided Id rather use the little time home I had not waiting for my truck all day. I called and was told Id get my deposit back and theyd call me.. They didnt. Called again, was told the same thing.. And they didnt contact me, again. So heres this review. Dont give em sht for deposits. Where my money duke?

First of all I want to thank everyone there because I had some airbags installed on my truck at another place and they screwed up everything from installing my air compressor to my gauges in wrong spot so I took it to direct off-road explaining the problem and they did not hesitate to set up an appointment and re-did the other places screw ups they went above and beyond my expectations thank you again

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I recently replaced the front axle on my Jeep Wrangler JK and needed an alignment after the install. If I could do the alignment myself I would have, but I don’t have the expensive machinery to get it right. I decided to call Direct Offroad even after having several other bad experiences with the company, however decided to give them another chance to impress me with great and timely service, but that was far from the case. I called two days ahead and made an appointment at 10am to have my Jeep aligned and told me it would take about an hour, which is pretty standard. I showed up on the appointment date at 945 am and dropped my Jeep off with the female at the counter. She told me that their were two other vehicles ahead of mine and asked if I was going to stay and wait or leave. I told her I was going to grab breakfast and I would come back later. Well, 4 hours later after running errands and hearing no response from them, I decided to pass by the business, only to find my Jeep had not moved from the spot I parked it. I was a little erritated, but decided to head home and give them more time. 4 pm comes around and I decided drive down and see what was going on, considering my Jeep had been there for 6 hours. Upon pulling in the parking lot, what do you know, my Jeep again had not moved!!! I go inside and talk to the female who tells me she’s sorry and that they were finishing up a vehicle and my Jeep would be going on the rack soon. I ended up running to the store for about 30 minutes and returned to my Jeep being on the alignment rack. WooHoooo!!!! Well, not so much. After another 30 minutes I get a call from direct Offroad, who tells me my Jeep won’t start and they can’t figure out what happened. I was in the parking lot and walked over to find my dual battery breaker switch to be broken. Not that big of a deal, however it was now 530pm and no battery shops were open. They scrambled around and found one, however decided to charge me $35 for the part, again no big deal considering I’ve been driving back and fourth all day for a very basic alignment. So after solving the electrical problem, I got out of the shop and stand outside. I was approached by the female employee who tells me the breaker would be $35 and the cost to install it would be $88!!!! What the heckkkkk!!!! $88 for two, yes TWO Phillips screws. I told her that was outrageous and I would do it myself and had the tools in my Jeep. She then tells me,” Well, we will figure it out,” and walks back inside the shop. Within 2 minutes, waaalaaaa, my Jeep fires up and the mechanic pulls out for a test drive. So the 30 minute install was a 2 minute job. I figured they would surely not charge me for the install after making me wait 8 hours for an alignment that was estimated to take 1 hour. The mechanic returns from the test drive and gives the employee the blessing to release my Jeep. I go inside and am hit with a $187 bill for an alignment, battery breaker and you guessed it, an $88 dollar install fee, which I was not told I was being charged for. The female churched up some BS about how they tighentened a bunch of wires and cleaned up the battery area to try and justify the cost for the install. I was furious and she knew it, however would not try and fix the problem or try and make it right. Really Direct Offroad, you were willing to lose a customer for $88, shame on you. I will be telling every friend I know about my experience and will most definitely direct them elsewhere. Shame on you for everything I experienced and not only making it right, but verifying how awful your company is. Good luck in the future. Buyers/customers beware. They will rip you off every way possible!!!!!
