I came to this location several weeks ago to purchase filters during the dealership’s posted hours on their website, but the parts department closed at 2 PM, rather than 5 PM as listed. I was diplomatic and cordial, but the staff present would not sell me the parts, and told me to just go to Autozone, despite making a 2.5 hour round trip to get here, with no attempt whatsoever to make the situation right.Edit to respond to your message: Actually, you are definitely not using feedback. You still haven’t bothered to fix the incorrect hours on your website. Lip service.

Jason and the finance manager were not pushy at all and were only focused on finding the best fit for me. Pretty awesome.

My partner and I walked in one day, expecting to see the car we wanted. But they were not outside. Gill walked out and sat us down at his table, and recommended that we reserve the car we wanted. I was in the market for a 2021 Subaru WRX STI and I had went to 3 other Subaru dealerships prior to this one and all 3 gave me the run around (Irvine, Long Beach, and Cerritos). I live about 150 miles away from Sangera Subaru but the hospitality that the internet sales manager (Brandon Row) had on the phone and throughout the deal was well worth the drive out. I’ve bought a lot cars and had a lot of dealership experiences but this is hands down the best one. The finance manager (Tyler Brannon) was also very professional. This is the feeling that everyone should experience when you go to purchase a new vehicle. Both of them are stand up guys and I highly recommend this dealership.

If you can go to a different Subaru then do it. So disappointed, a tire rotation comes with their oil change service and they never want to do it. They always find an excuse as to why they cant

After having a bad experience at our local Subaru dealership, I continued reaching out to other dealerships to find the right place to purchase a new car. We purchased our Subaru Ascent in March of 2020 from Brandon Row at Sangera Subaru. The entire transaction was done via text mostly with a phone call or two. I work in the healthcare field and we were in the thick of the COVID-19 pandemic. Brandon worked with me to answer all of my questions and concerns via text. He communicated with me daily. This review is 3 months to late but better late then never!I came across this Subaru Dealership when my car broke down on I-5 on my way to Long Beach, traveling with a good friend. We came in 30 minutes until closing and David Bailey and Stephen Hudis were more then helpful with all of our car issues! They made my friend and I feel safe and comfortable. We were traveling with our dog and they offered her water and a space to hang out while we waited.The best part was, even though my car was not going to be fixed for 3 days...it being a Friday and the dealership not opening until Monday. I bought my first Subaru from this dealership. I attempted to buy my second car for my partner, but found no good deals. I decided to buy it elsewhere. Being Bakersfield has limited selection of Subaru. I would do your research before going to this dealership. I have taken both my cars to their repair shop (you think after paying thousands of dollars the issue would be fixed. NOPE). I do believe they know their stuff. But they will do anything to make profit from you. A few of the sales person I have dealt with need work on customer service. Right now I am looking for a third vehicle. I have a 40K loan approval letter from my bank. I would prefer to take it here, but talking with my partner. They will no longer have our business.*If you decide to take your car in for service or purchase vehicle. I would be very careful. If you know more information on Subaru than the salesperson. I would walk away asap or ask for someone else. Always do your research.

Very disappointed with David Bailey service manger. He was suppose to came to my house in Tehachapi and replace a part. Never even called. Went there to day for something wrong with the radio. Asked to see him never saw him. Other than that everything was good.

I just purchased a 2020 Forester Limited from Sangera . I had purchased a Crosstrek 3 years ago and was able to do a trade up into the Forester .My experience from the first purchase to this purchase has been amazing . I remember Thomas, who sold me my Crosstrek and helped me get my Honda trade in, was incredibly helpful and super nice and accommodating. That I remember his name three years later means something. This time around, I have to give a huge shout out Brandon. He went over and above to make sure I could leave in a car I loved. I really liked my Crosstrek, but the Forester is extra and exactly what I was missing in a car as a super commuter.I just got off the phone with Valentino who checked in with me after 2 weeks to make sure I was able to use all the functions of the car.I get all my service done at Sangera as well and the concierge service is five star. The owner of Sangera is incredibly nice . The parts department, the guys that get you the loaner cars . The waiting area.I have zero complaints . You can’t go wrong buying from them.

I bought a Subaru new from this dealer. As the car got a little bit older I found myself replacing some parts off warranty. They rarely had any parts in stock, I have had to drive to Thousand Oaks and Santa Clarita for simple part such as O2 sensors. Pretty bad support for customers. If Thousand Oaks and Santa Clarita are able to stock simple part, well, that proves it can be done.

Would not recommend buying a Subaru nor using Sangera Subaru Service department. Took our 2012 Subaru Outback in for an airbag recall notice. Explained my husband had passed away and notified them to please update to their records to reflect an alternate cell number as the new contact. When no contact had been made the next day, several hours after the vehicle was supposed to be ready, I called and was informed they had been waiting for a response to their texts. The texts were sent to my deceased husband’s phone – how much worse can the service get? Let me tell you. When I picked up the vehicle the oil light was on, it was not on when the car was delivered to the dealership, nor did they mention it when they pulled the car around for pick up. Not to worry, when I asked what happened, they assured me that it had nothing to do with them, they would happily charge me to fix the issue. But it gets better, five days after picking the car up the transmission started to slip and clunk. Again, not to worry, it can be fixed. Well, it will cost more than the vehicle is worth, but it can be fixed.A 2012 Subaru with less than 100,000 miles worth nothing. Thank goodness for the 2002 Ford truck with almost 90,000 miles and for the 2007 Chevy Tahoe with over 150,000 miles both still running and dependable. Subaru – a HUGE disappointment.

This was super EASY and quick. I was looking to get a Certified Pre Owned Subaru. drove on the lot and was warmly greeted by Mr. Harpal Gil. I told him what I was looking for, my must haves, and the price I wanted to pay. The first car he showed us was fine, but the second one he hit it out of the park. Was everything and more that I wanted. Family was comfortable and we all really liked the car. Mr. Gill was very upfront and forthright with the price no need to haggle. Paperwork was easy. No hassle car buying I would do it again.

Buying a car from Brandon was amazing. I reached out to ~10 different Subaru dealerships and Brandon at Sangera Subaru was far and away the best person to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone (weve already sent a few of our friends his way!).I was shocked at how other dealers wouldnt message back, wouldnt answer direct questions, wouldnt give me a quote, and/or kept pushing for me to come in person (during COVID!). And these were supposedly the internet sales teams....Brandon got it. He responded quickly (in just a few hours!) and answered every question I had, directly. He didnt dance around anything. With other dealers I had to play phone tag for weeks. With Brandon we sorted everything out in a few days, all over email. Before reaching out, we already knew exactly what we wanted and he found the only two vehicles in the state that matched. He never pushed to sell us a different car or features we didnt want. He was helpful, courteous, and even arranged to have our car delivered to us! I didnt even know that was a thing and boy did it make the whole process so much easier for us! I cant speak to the physical dealership itself, as I never went there. And that is exactly how I wanted it to be.Brandon also helped us get all the add-ons/accessories we wanted. Specifically, we wanted a tow hitch installed on our car before we bought it. Other sales folks wouldnt even bother to talk to *their own* service departments, telling us to call them to price it and schedule the installation for after we made the purchase - what a hassle! Brandon took care of everything, so when the car showed up, it has the tow hitch already installed and ready to go.Now that weve had the car a few weeks, Brandon has followed up to make sure we get to make the most of all the features and shared instructional videos. He answers every question patiently and helpfully. Seriously, hes amazing to work with. After weeks of frustrations with other sales people at other dealerships it was a pleasure to work with Brandon. I hope we wont need another car for a long time, but if we do, Im going straight back to Brandon and not even wasting my time with anyone else.
