WE BOUGHT A TRUCK HERE LAST YEAR EXPECTING GOOD QUALITY SERVICE, BUT IT WAS TOTALLY THE OPPOSITE SUDDENLY ⚠️THE TRUCK BREAK SYSTEM WASNT WORKING AT ALL⚠️ SO DANGEROUS, I HAD TO USE THE EMERGENCY BREAKS TO STOP THE, WE HAD TO BRING IT IN FOR CHECK UP, THEY KEPT THE VEHICLE FOR 4 DAYS, I CALLED THEM TWICE A DAY EVERY DAY BUT NO ANSWERED LEFT MESSAGES AND THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK, I HAD TO COME OVER AND NO ONE KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT IT OUR TRUCK WAS SITTING ON THEIR PARKING LOT. THEY COULDNT FIND THE KEYS, THEY REALLY NEED TO COMUNICATE AND ORGANIZE BETTER. !!PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE!!I WILL UPDATE IT BASED ON THE RESULTS.

Left my truck to get serviced and get the recalls done. Payment and communication had to be done through the phone because of the pandemic and was in the phone 4 different times. all those 4 times I asked about getting a spare key and never got an answer or a spare key. When I got there to pick up my truck no one was there to help me I waited about 39 min and nobody was there except a technician and when I asked about my truck he said someone will be with me shortly. 20 min later still no one around. Couldn’t be busy there was only 5 people in the waiting station they had outside because they weren’t letting anyone inside.

First I had to call from home, and verify my appointment. Denis answered saying that he had no appointment 3-31-21, talk with Cindy because she had made the appointment with Ricky for that day. That was the only problem for them to attend to me. After there everything is fine.
