Did my flat tire repair today and indeed the free repair coupon is real. Did not cost me anything. Service was really fast. Arrived 950am for my 10am appointment and done by 1015am. Just hope itll last long. Great job!

After getting the runaround from some other local tire shops Id idea to try Tire Depot ll. Glad I did got quick service and a decent price on my tires. I was alerted to an up coming problem and was given options to fix it with out the pressure to have it done by them. They did an excellent job on the repair and came in under original estimate. I will use them again.

I have taken my vehicle to the Rosedale location for tires, battery,and oil changes always excellent customer service and reasonable prices. The gentleman at the counter explain everything in layman terms and never try to upsell me anything. I always recommend this place anyone.

They guys were very helpful. I had three days to get new tires for a trip. Although they didnt have my tire size in stock they ordered them and two days later they were in. Took my vehicle in for the new tires. The guys were not only very polite but had my vehicle ready within the estimated time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service. They had what I needed and did a great job. I waited and they were quick and efficient. Inspected my brakes and told me they had another 3000 miles before they needed to be done. It’s my experience that they tell you you need them now and you end up spending money you didn’t need to at the time, but they did not do that to me. They were very professional and kind and I would go back again.

When I took our vehicle in I was so pleased by the excellent service from Ulisis, who showed me the problem and explained in layman terms my cars trouble. They repaired my tire for free and gave me a great deal on an oil change. I was taken back honestly by such friendly, expedient, and caring service! I definitely would recommend!

I drove from Yosemite National park with my spare tire replacing my flat one, drove through Fresno to Bakersfield due to American tire store having the special size and brand of tire I needed, not only that, the gentleman at the back counter, courteously enough price matched the price minus 5%, from a competitor store. Service was quick, with good attitude and since he saw my truck parked on the street with a fifth wheel trailer hitched up to it, he got back on the road no more than 30 minutes. If you’re in there neighborhood and you need their help, do not hesitate to give them your business, I experienced, courtesy, honesty and most of all respect. Thank you guys at American tire, we got home to San Diego safe and with a spare tire back in its compartment !

Dont go to this branch..their employees dont know how to operate trucks, the employee who drove my truck was dumb as dirt..didnt even know how to open a truck hood. Or operate my truck, causing my truck and other customers car to get damage.

Car wouldn’t start. Was told it was fuel pump. Found them on Yelp. Had car towed to them. They found the problem. Was two blown fuses and low battery. Had the car back the same day. Chom was very knowledgeable.

We’ve been customers for a long time. We buy our vehicles tires there and have them serviced as well. We heard about what happened to one of their employee’s (Abelardo Bonilla), and we don’t agree with how the company handled the situation. Well they just lost our business. We hope this matter is resolved.

I came from Lake Isabella to get 4 new Tires and a alignment from American discount tire Depot. Bought 3 got the 4th free. Ulysses was awesome and helpful. Plus he had to put up with us and 2 kids. He said it would be a hr and a half, and we had to stay as we had no where to go . Ulysses entertained us and was friendly. It didnt take the hole hr and a half. I found American Tire Depot via the internet! I chose them because they have a great rating and reviews! The Manager CHON answered and went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me find the correct tire with great care in attempting to fit MY NEEDS AND WANTS with SAFETY in mind! I arrived the next day and it was extremely BUSY! What was more valuable to a big purchase was thier system! He was running, organizing, inspecting everything! Thier system was perfectly executed! The time frame was spot on and simply A WELL OILED MACHINE! The organization was perfect and I believe if not run so efficiently this business would suffer!This is an amazing team from the check in to the auto bays!An effective crew with customer service in mind...thats the focus! Ill continue driving 2 hours away for such great service!Chon and his right hand man at check in met my every expectation! Even Momma was happy spending $800 bucks! Theres a price and tire for all...If not Chon will find it and fast!

My tire rep, Chone, made the transaction epic! Most of our transaction took place by phone and looking at tires online. He was able to give me accurate estimates and help me find the tire that was right for my vehicle. When we took the vehicle in, he had his text working on it almost right away and got us in and out while we waited. Their prices are excellent on tires and service and they really know how to treat their customers!

We called about making an appointment to bring in our vehicle at 11am which we were on the minute dropping it off its now 1:03 pm and there just starting after we were told it would be an hour and a half until it was done and when i talked to them it was pretty much an oh well you gotta wait

Came in as a walk-in about possible front end issues...They were courteous, down to earth, thorough, and knowledgeable. They asked all the right questions which led them to the problem.Long story short no problem with front end. They adjusted my tires and gave me a fair priced quote on a new tire needed as they found a slice too big to repair in unrelated back tire.Totally a no pressure environment.They have my business and future referral as I was referred to them by a guy friend.Thank you!

Honestly, this should be 0 stars. Had a tire emergency and this was the closest place, so we pulled in. The guy at the desk was so rude! He tried to tell us that we didnt maintain our car, and that was our problem. Tried to sell us two tires, but basically acted like we were putting him out. Avoid this place and drive a little down the road to big o.

I had never been to America Tire Depot before but when they had their buy three get one free sale I couldnt pass up the deal. Beat my usual tire shop by over $300. The service was very courteous, professional and to their word. I would definately buy tires from them again.

These guys are knowledgeable, courteous and competent. I sat in the waiting area and listened to how they take care of their customers. They really bend over backwards to to make sure their customers are happy when they walk out the door. I didnt realize they do more than tires there, I will def make this my garage.

I’m really glad that I ended up at this place today by chance... they are nearby tons of restaurants in case you have to wait... they have WiFi... and the mechanics/staff are really nice.

My only gang up is I figured they would carry 4 of the lower range tires in 25/65-15 at least in stock because there are people out there that are barely making it or like in my case Im helping out someone who is just a friend who has no money, kids in the car and a belt /cord flapping around off of tire. Looked online and they carry brands listed 33.95 each buy 4 they are 25.99 each. But they dont have at either store in Bakersfield- wait till monday is what they said. So I had to buy 2 instead of 4 at a higher price for a better but not wanted brand.still 4 stars because it is great service but bad corporate or local management

I was able to get the tires I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. The manager had a good since of humor cause I joke around. I will definitely continue my business here. The staff did a good job and had me out of there in 30 minutes for 4 new tires.

I took my sons car in for 4 tires. The work was completed quickly and there was no upselling. I appreciated the honesty that his brakes were close to needing replaced but not to that point yet. His car was out of alignment but again there was no pressure to do one just letting us know what they found. We opted to get the alignment done. I appreciated the professionalism.

I cant speak to the pricing, because I didnt go anywhere else for estimates. I paid 3700 for tires, brakes, shocks, radiator flushing, spark plugs, and a few other services that I may not remember. The service was fast and the manager was very accommodating. They provided me with transportation and were honest with what my truck needed. I still need to go back for my 30 day follow up, but it seems Im a little late. I would recommend.

This place is awesome. The customer service is outstanding and that in itself is worth going here. The salesmen are really knowledgeable and it doesnt seem like they are trying to gouge customers for as much money as possible. They are completely willing to find you a deal on off brand tires and will tell you which ones are just as good as name brand tires. The warranty is outstanding too. I will only buy my tires from them from now on.
