Love shopping here a happy place except when its too crowded. Thats why I always shop here as soon as they open. I mostly buy my kitchenware and pots. Home decor is nice and affordable and new stuff everytime I come here. Hopefully they move to bigger place so shoppers dont get so close to each other.

I love this store but it was so crowded when I was there that I gave up shopping, got in line, made my purchase and left. HomeGoods, if you are reading this, please limit the amount of shoppers or widen your aisles. Also, your clearance areas had tons of broken junk! Zero that out and make space for something of value! And seriously, Covid is a real concern when you have so many people crammed into such tight spaces.

HomeGoods is an awesome place of eclectic variety. Every time my wife and I go in that store we walk out with something, most of the time we werent even planning on getting but couldnt pass up. Prices are excellent and the selection is great if youre looking for something different and not on the mainstream but useful in everyday life.

Its more expensive then I remember Home Goods being. Almost everything in this store was imported from Mexico and India. High quality items though.No one offered me assistance though, this is important to me because I am in a wheelchair.

Excellent. First time there and I was like a kid in a candy store. I want to get so much more but most definitely I’m going back for bathe towels for sure. The prices for the quality is unreal, in a good way. You gotta go.

Had a rude employee go out of her way to tell me a chair was sold already. I understand her concern that I sat in a chair that was sold to another customer. She could have directed me to one of the unsold chairs of the same model in stock.

I believe it was the manager, very rude elderly lady and talks to you with her musty attitude. She acts like the owner of the place lol...even stands outside to supervise the cars leaving 🤣 first time going there. Not the best experience.

This store is my favorite when looking for kitchen and cooking items. I always manage to find what Im looking for and usually come home with more than I originally intended. I shopped here in early November and the Christmas stuff available is amazing and varied. Prepare for Christmas sensory overload. This store is always busy so prepare to be patient as you navigate through the aisles. The restrooms in the back are clean and well maintained. I would recommend HomeGoods to anyone looking for affordable kitchen wear and home decor.

HomeGoods has the best, most unique products for my home and the prices are incredible!

Awesome. They had what we have been looking all around town. Service was 5 star and the store was clean.

My wifes favorite place to shop! Interior products, bedding, furniture, etc. And of course outdoor decor. I like the variety of food products, exotic oils and spices. Also favored teas and coffees.

The shelves could be neater. The items are way too overcrowded for such a small place. Phil (the manager) was just awful. She lingered throughout the entirety of my purchase. I purchased over $500+ Worth of items and furniture. She wasn’t my cashier, she wasn’t friendly and she angrily told me the items would be escorted out. Her voice became progressively louder as she grew impatient. I wasn’t even fully finished with my items being rung out. I have no idea what her issue is. I’m sure she’s nice to the usual people though.

I experienced zero customer service at this location. Its difficult to maneuver around the store because they are blocked with merchandise. With that and how crowded it was, I left without buying what I wanted. Very sad.

You can shop for hours here and not even realize it. Beautiful home decor and goods for often reasonable prices.

I love this place, they always have nice stuff at reasonable prices. They have all kind of seasonal items for home decor and also you can find gifts.

They wont turn on their A/C and were in the middle of a heat wave.

HomeGoods is a good place to find upscale items at a discounted price. If you dont buy an item, it probably wont be there the next time.However, I didnt give it 5 stars because the shelves are so compacted with items that there is a chance you may break something. BUT... it will not deter me from shopping there!

I love shopping there, but my husband got 3- $100 gift cards even though I told him to get $50 cards. He tried to go through the store and they told him a third party agency handles this, which is outside of the US. When he called them, they told him all sales final and refused to correct the issue. Just shop local! Horrible customer service.

Very full with plenty of things to find for homes. Variety of products. Furniture as well. Customer service is amazing very nice. Can be crowded and aisles are a bit narrow so if you have a stroller it can be a bit difficult getting around shelves. Great place to shop.

The line to get inside before they opened was so long that I was intrigued to see what was going on with it. Beautiful decorations from all over the world. Tandom rugs, throws, and vases mixed with exotic spices, salts, sugars and exotic teas. I thoroughly enjoyed this place and left with 12 different teas, a hot and spicy Mediterranean Salt and a tri-colored peppercorn grinder. The prices are very fantastic and the long lines move fast. 90 people max, mask required 7/4/2020

Great store. Lots of craft supplies. Lots of inexpensive home decor items. Some furniture items. The store is huge. Only negative is the need to seek out help. Staff is often on the sales floor stocking but they do not engage.

Its alright. The items are stacked so that everyone drops things from the shelves and its hard to find an employee that offers help. Customer service is low. On the other hand they have a great selection of merchandise.

Got just what I came for!

Good finds sometimes but this place is a cluster. No room for walking at times, they need a bigger Building to accommodate the products they carry and the people who shop there. But my wife loves it, so I rarely go due to the busyness.

After looking for the perfect rug for several weeks, I found exactly what I wanted at Home Goods in Bakersfield. I paid for the room-size rug on Thursday, and planed to have my son pick it up for me the following Sunday. However, on Sunday afternoon when he arrived with the Pink receipt the rug was missing. I immediately drove to the store, which was busy, and was rudely told they couldnt find it, dont know what happened to it, and I could get my money back with no explanation or apology! I asked to talk to the manager, who was not there. The clerk finally said the manager could watch the store video tapes to see what happened, so I should come back the following day. When I went back on Monday at 5:00pm, he was at lunch, and hadnt had time to look at the video tape. This issue has not yet been resolved. That rug was huge, 13 x 9.5 feet and was very heavy. I saw the manager tag the rug, he gave me the receipt and the original tag with the skew along with the pink pick-up receipt. Even though I will get my money back - this whole transaction stinks! How could they lose something that large, or re-sell it before the agreed upon pick-up date?

Like going into this store. You just never know what treasure youll find for your home. And its so fun just going thru every aisle to see what you can find. Will continue to come here.

Very good store for home needs, personally shopped many times with them and even my last transaction was really great. We get good goods for best prices. You will also find best gift articles in this store. New arrivals for holidays are really attractive. Staff are very friendly and helpful. In case of any returns that easy too. They do have wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.
