Nice local bookstore for used books. They have a good assortment of books and arrange them by genre and author name. Very helpful. they even have a self serve cafe corner inside. Its very welcoming even though the location is a bit out there. Its worth the drive.

Wow, I was shocked to see how big it is inside. They have a great selection l. Everything is well organized. The store itself is very clean and the people were very nice. They have nice little chairs you can sit in and try out your books. They even have a little coffee bar. Overall we had a great experience and plan to come back often.

Really great used bookstore. Well, really a used media store. Movies, music (vinyl, even), comics, a few games. But the books are the strong point. Clean, well organized, cool layout with nooks and seating for reading, and even a mini coffee bar. Friendly, helpful staff. Parking is tight, but its a great place.

I was able to get my entire collection of the left behind series. All 12 books under 30 bucks. Well organized great inventory. The staff are knowledgeable. If you want a specific book, they know where it is and if they even have it. Book hounds is the best.

I love coming here. The atmosphere is calming and quiet. So many types of books like classics, textbooks, cookbooks, etc. You can sit outside and inside and have a cup of coffee. They sell it for 50 cents and you can add whatever toppings you like.

Seriously, the BEST used book store in town!I have only bought kids books here so my review might be a little biased.Ive been coming here since my son was a few months old. Hes 3 now. Ive bought well over 100 childrens books here.Books are VERY affordable at Bookhounds. Every book ive looked at here were in great condition. They have a VERY large selection. Very organized. Super easy to find a certain title/author/genre.They recently added a sale shelf in various areas of the store. I of course LOVE the kids sale shelf. Books are only 50cents on this shelf!! Ive found some great titles in it as well.My son gets super excited when we pull up here because hes an avid bookworm. Definitely recommend book lovers, big or small, to visit Bookhounds!!! Grab a coffee from the coffee bar & lose yourself in a book. 💕

The people here are friendly and helpful. If youre selling books, they are clear about what you get and what they want. As for buying, the selection is broad without wasting shelf space on dime-a-dozen titles. I also love the coffee bar.

Great to find all kinds of used books here! So many different genres. The staff is incredibly kind and very helpful. There are chair set up outside so you can sit and read or throughout the store. You can purchase cups of Tea, coffee, or hot chocolate for ridiculously cheap. They also have audio books, magazines, records and movies that I know of though they may have something more Im unaware of. If you love to find a good discount on your books I would stop here first.

This place is awesome! I was in search of some old, comforting reads, and I was not disappointed. The decor is classic old bookstore, beginning with the scent of the ink on paper, tinged with the dusty smell of an aging collection of tomes, to the rack upon rack of great old authors that I read as a child, completed by the scattering of red leather, high backed chairs- the kind that youd imagine came from someones old law firm- which graced the open spaces between the stacks, inviting one to sit for a while... Had the air conditioning unit been able to keep pace with the heat, I might have answered that call. The prices were precisely what one would expect: delightfully reasonable! Ill be back!

The people who work here are very friendly, and try to help you as best as they can. It can be rather difficult to find specific books because they may fall under more than one genre, and that is how the store is organized-by genre. However, if you go with an open mind and some time to spare, browsing through all the books is loads of fun.

Store interior is old and crowded. When you want to sell something you do not get paid very well. Customer service is good overall.

Took books to sell, made next to nothing. Then they ask you if you want, to donate what they dont want to buy. Burn if you ask me. Why wouldnt they just pay u for them? they make more money then they pay you. I would rather trash them next time. Not worth my time. Schools next tme. should have done that instead. Lesson learned.

I love coming here!! Even my grandchildren love it. They have a large selection. My grandchildren also ask if we can go to the house with the books in it.

Its filled with wonderful books for every genre. Its small and tucked away. I passed it the first time. But when I finally found it, it was like finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

I love this store so much. Huge selection, extremly fair prices, and lots of discounts. They are well organized considering how many books they have, although it can be a little tricky to guess what genre the book you are looking for may fall under. But its part of the experience and it lets you explore. Im particular to the classics section and have yet to find a bookstore with such a large collection of classics. Every time I go there are a lot of new books and it keeps the options fresh. I always end up walking out with more books than I need. If you havent yet, definitely check out the store.
