I’ll never get another car from them, might as well bought a brand new one from a better dealership. Within the first 5 months I’ve had several problems with my car and put already another $1000 into my car just in fixing it . DONT GO HERE!!!!!

I bought my daughter a beautiful Toyota Avalon at Concierge and that was over 2 yrs ago and no problems yet. They are accomadating, professional and not pushy at all.Well in May of 2021 I bought myself a Honda Civic with 60k on it and its Cherry. They even ordered a part for the gas cap cover due to a loose door. Purely cosmetic. But gave it to me in writing. Ill recommend friends, and family. They are a 5 star operation. This guys were super friendly and professional. The car buying process was quick and painless. The young lady that finalized the paperwork and had us sign the contract, explained everything very clear and she was very professional. Totally happy with our purchase. We were in and out within an hour and 45 minutes and we came out with a great car and deal. They were very transparent and honest. We highly recommend doing business at Concierge Motors Auto Sale. Bad dealership. Crooks. Do not buy here. I can’t imagine having a business like this and sleeping well at night knowing all the bad karma I’m reaping. If you want something that will break down the next day, buy here. Then they refuse to give you your money back keep the car for over a month and give it back only to break down the next day again. How can they still be in business?

Witnessing the experience my friend has had with this company, I would never do business here. To have had so many issues in the first 30 days, and the BARE BARE minimum being done to fix the problems, trying to postpone any repairs as long as possible to stretch it out thru the warranty, not offering a vehicle in the meantime, and then being disrespectful on the phone when trying to resolve issues, it is accurate to say that they are no longer concerned about customer service the minute you leave the lot. I have always found car dealerships to be shady, but this place did nothing to to change that for me. Alex said what he needed to say to sell the car. That is clear. The paper trail is long and it is barely 30 days in with this car, and I would definitely bring someone experienced with cars when coming to find a vehicle, and drive right past this place if you are smart.

The story well, my car broke I was seven days late, I even informed them before I was late. The owner himself told me I had ten days. The seventh day arrives he messages me regarding the payment, I say no problem ill have it by the tenth day in full no late fee needed. That same day he sent two men to my house and well you know the rest. Now he says concierge motors didnt have anything to do with it. Then who holds the contract that I signed. 🤔🤬

Horrible to buy cars from. There unprofessional. Put my down payment down and in one week. Car was running hot, motor mounts bad, battery went out. The saler says he didnt know but how is that? Your suppose to inspect the cars and everything before selling. Only pro is they provided a warranty but I want a reliable car not a bucket 🤦 thought going to the dealership I would get a better outcome but I was wrong. Now I have to purchase a second car when I get my taxes because this car seems it will be giving me some problems in the future🤦

Horrible way to run a business. I called and asked about a car and I was told it was still available we kinda worked out a deal over the phone, I told Alex I would come from approximately 1:45 away he said no problem. While on our way Alex texted and said someone else took the car on a test drive at this time I was only 15 minutes away. I couldn’t believe it! When I got there I introduced myself to Alex and at this time Alex told me that he was sorry and that the car was sold. I couldn’t believe it, I looked over and saw a 2 ladies sitting near us and asked if they were the ones buying the car they said yes, so I asked how long have they been there? They said around 3 hours. So at this point I knew Alex had lied about the car still being available. He knew the whole time he was making a deal on the car and didn’t care that I was traveling from 1:45 away. He could have just told me that someone was looking at the car at the time. I would have not wasted my time and money on the trip

I should have known after the salesman, one of the brothers, dipped out after he got my cash and let his mom finish the deal that I had gotten screwed. They sold me a Camry that is turning out to be a complete LEMON. Theives! Dont waste your time!

There price are outrageously high for used cars and kbb standards

We bought a truck from them about a year ago. On the way home from the dealership the check engine light came on. We went back and were told to take the truck to the salesmans fathers repair shop. Long story short the truck was in and out of the shop for multiple issues over the next few days. We finally took it to our regular mechanic who gave us a laundry list of problems. When we gave the list to the salesman and ask him to fix the worst ones he stated, I cant fix everything thats wrong with the vehicles I sell, if I did I wouldnt make any money. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place isnt worth it.
