Williams Sonoma is the place to go for your kitchen needs. The store was organized, clean, and pleasant to look at. All the displays were nicely placed. The employees are kind and knowledgeable. The parking lot was pretty full, but I managed to find a parking spot. Williams Sonoma is located in the Marketplace so there are other stores you can venture to. I will be returning to Williams Sonoma.

Williams-Sonoma is my jam.I can’t afford half the stuff there so I only go in when I have a specific item in mind and have the bank loan approval for it, but man it’s awesome!

Amazing customer service! We made an appointment for our wedding registry and had a great experience. They were helpful and extremely nice. We even got a gift at the end. Highly recommend coming here.

This is in reference to online shopping. Ordered a set of dishes which website showed would be delivered January 20th. Received emails confirming the order and delivery date. Checked the status of the orders threw days later and found delivery on orders changed to March 1. Called customer service to cancel. Told they could not cancel right away because order direct shipping from another vendor. Cannot refund my money. The whole process and misinformation is unacceptable and inconvenient.

Very pleasant experience shopping and they had available sanitary material fo customers for Covid-19 situation.

Great store for bridal gifts and professional chefs. Even just a love one who deserves the best.Very high end top of the line expensive items. Be prepared to pay a large sum but the guarentee on the products offered by manufactures helps with knowing purchases are excellent.Beautiful store.

We were window shopping to see if there was anything we couldnt live without. We didnt find anything. Now if I had room and $3,000 I would have gotten my wife an expresso machine she liked. But I have neither room nor 3K. Such is life.

Great place to find cooking needs but would like to know of demo times at local store how can I get on list

We came in right on time to see a demonstration of cast iron cooking which was a lot of fun! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The woman leading the demo was super friendly and it felt like we were all friends afterwards. It was cool that we got to try the food afterwards.

Quite an expensive store, but sometimes you can get lucky with deals.

The quality of products at WS is second to none and customers are treated like house guests.

Beautiful store with lots of options for homeware, kitchenware, and serving dishes. The store was messy and the staff were unable to help us find the products we were looking for without long waits.

Fantastic items for the kitchen. Prices are generally high, but some surprise bargains.

Yeah, what Paul said. Its a Williams-Sonoma store. Appropriate size for the city, well stocked, knowledgeable and friendly staff. All transactions Ive done, whether purchase, exchange, return, etc were always handled with courtesy and a smile.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to help me and all the while I kept hearing can I help you sir and Hi, can I help to other customers just walking into the store. Finally my sister said lets go to Macys they have same item for a lot less. Off we went!

Lied to by two employees. Sold wrong item which was also more expensive. When I called and spoke to the salesperson I also sent a picture within a text to her phone as she requested. She stated that they only sell that color as a complete set. Found that amusing as I had purchased a individual piece 1 month earlier in the color I wanted. Her reply was oh I dont know . What does that mean?? I think it means they dont care, incompetent or worse... get more money out of the customer. Corporate will be getting a call on Monday.

There are some real nice things here.

If you like chef quality products or expensive dinnerware, this is the store for you. My hubby is a retired chef, so hes the one who really likes the store moreso than me who hates to cook.😁

Love the products & the customer service was exceptional.

The store hours show from 9am - 9pm on Saturday, but they had the doors locked up and refused to let any customers in after 8pm. Conveniently removed the closing time from their signage so I guess they can make the rules up as they go?!

One of the worst companies I ever worked (with regard to the Shafter, CA Williams-Sonoma Customer Service Call Center), because of the immaturity and un-professionalism. Ive worked for the Williams-Sonoma Customer Service Call Center in Shafter (CA) and I still havent utilized the 40% Employee Discount (after working 1 year for the company) because the products are over-priced & under-quality and theres always a product-defect/damage & shipping-and-handling problem (in which the companys logistics, vendors, brick-and-mortar stores, communication, and ship-wait times are horrible) and the companys customers are snotty-saditty (condescending) snobs who feel they are special for buying over-priced products (that are actually under-quality) & theyre are always trying to get-over (in which the company encourages such things) and the employees get penalized both ways for assisting the snotty-siditty (condescending) snobbish-customers by the company.
