I’m so disappointed!!! I bought a ultra Matte all nightghter, it sprayed white dots all over my face ! Literally like paint all over my face I’m so upset took a whole hour to do my makeup and sprayed this ! Had to redo my makeup all over again what is in this liquid ?? I always buy this spray this never happened

Never coming again. & returned the products. The girl judged me based off of what I was wearing. She assumed that I couldnt afford the makeup. & she told me she couldnt do my makeup unless I make a purchase of $80 that it was a new policy. Ive got my makeup done at Urban DECAY before. I have never been so uncomfortable shopping until this employee talked to me. She made it seem like I couldnt afford makeup and was very disinterested in what I was looking for. She also assumed I didnt have my phone number with them and cancelled the phone number option when I was checking out. She was so rude and had the worst vibe. She treats people based off if you look like you have money or not. If Urban DECAY is okay with hiring people like her then I rather not buy anything from there.

Nice but pricy

I placed my order on 05/09/2020. Money was taken from my account for the purchase immediately. On 05/22/2020 I received an email from UD stating my order was shipped. The provided tracking number shows UPS has never received my order from Urban Decay. I have tried calling, emailing or otherwise contacting UD for weeks now, with no response. If I receive a response, it is an automatically generated one. I feel debiting my account without sending my order and intentionally ignoring contact attempts is deceptive. The company is fraudulently taking customer’s money without the intention of sending out products. It seems as though this company is taking advantage of customers during a time of crisis. It is really showing the company’s true colors. I would also like to point out Urban Decay’s lack of response to BBB customer complaints. It is extremely disappointing to see that UD actually does not care about customers or their business. With all the makeup brands that are constantly popping up, you would think they would make sure they do not fall behind the curve. I will make sure people are aware of what UD is doing and how they have failed during COVID19.

They helped me but I felt like they didnt want to help me. I understand that they probably get a lot of people in there asking for samples and never buying but you cant let that effect you. I actually intend on purchasing there but my skin is so sensitive that I always ask for a couple of samples first. The woman that helped wasnt actively listening and got completely confused about a simple statement I made and then got short with me like I had changed what I said l, when she just wasnt listening.

Staff was super friendly and recommended just wat I needed.

Amy is so helpful! I was innocently looking at the born to run pallet, when she offered to give me a look using the pallet... I walked out with the pallet... And she was amazing with my little girl who wanted to be covered in pink glitter, which Amy happily applied, again walked away with a lip gloss and soltice eyeshadow for my little girl. Love this place and way more personable and on one. Thank you UD and Amy!!!

Wasnt impressed by two seasoned employees leaving a new one by herself. I got home to find I was given the incorrect product and now I have to go back!
