If I can give a zero star I would. Discriminating against whoever they chose. Waiting for half hour while they just sit and talk, and the minute πŸ™„ a white person walks in theyre on their toes to help them. I was really excited to get my earings but very dissapointing that they did that. I just got a refund instead.

Will not do business with them anymore had 2 issues with them an comenity a bank they go threw for their credit cards on my wife’s account she got a 18 month no interest for a necklace she bought an has been about 3 months an we just looked at the statement an noticed they hav been charging us interest filed a compliant with bank an no word from them Jared said we need to contact them it’s b.s that they can’t simply call the bank themself an fix the issue!I also had a issue about 1 month ago wen I purchased my wife’s ring about 18 months ago also no interest I did auto pay on account so I can pay off in the exactly 18 months my due date was the 20th each month the last month came for me too pay off they said I had to send them my last payment the 7th wen my due dates the 20th made no sense to me so ther charging me some interest charges for that wen I paid all my months on time also called jaded an bank an none are doing anything about it that’s why I am done with both! An recommend for everyone to stay away!!

Jared is the BEST place to shop in Bakersfield, hands down! The show room is beautiful and we always find exactly what we are looking for. All sells associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. We do have our absolute favorite sells person and thats Jessica we love her smile and kindness each and every time. You also cannot get a better manager than Zack, just like Jessica he also always goes out of his way for us. I would only recommend Jared to our friends and family. The day before my wedding a prong on my engagement ring broke. My diamond could have fell out and my ring would have been noticeably broken in my wedding photos. I was so upset that this was happening the day before my wedding. My husband was able to take my ring in and spoke to the manager to see if there was anything they could do. The manager of Jared was able to have my ring fixed by the end of the day. I am very grateful that the manager was able to fix my ring with such short notice. Huge thanks to Jared employees who fixed my ring. I have already been back to buy earrings and will continue to come back.

Good location and good selection. But that is pretty much it. Pricing is clearly over-priced. I understand the pricing being higher than many competitors due to likely high overhead costs of running such large scale business. To their credit, service was friendly and prompt. Furthermore, it is children friendly with a small playground and TV.

Last time I wore a cross around my neck was 27 years ago. On December 22nd when I was browsing in Jared with my love ones, I was captured by a unique dark detailed cross. Weeks went by and I couldnt get it of my mind. So I drove two hours last Friday from the coast to take what I felt belong to me. But what made my experience even more memorable was the way the sale associate (Alex) allowed me to have a solo moment with my treasure. I called a couple times and they said they would return my call and nothing. I drove 130 miles to go order my watch and i was going to arrive 2 minutes after closing I called and the sales rep said the system shuts down at 6 which lets be real... its bull. Im buying an expensive watch not something from JC Penny i expected better customer service than this. Thats why i didnt by my breitling from this place. I thought i would give it another shot and again disappointing service. I will only come here in the future to do a return. Im buying online now. Trash customer service.

I am sad to say I am only providing 2 stars. One for each poor experience I have had with them. The first experience with them, my fiance and I went there to look for a particular design he was hoping to find for his wedding ring. At the time the sales associate seemed eager to please. After reviewing a few books, she decided she needed to conduct more research and stated she would contact us with her results. This was a year ago. The follow up never came. My most recent experience happened last week.I decided to give them another go. I understand people can have off days or even weeks. They deserved another chance. I went into the store Jan 6th for a replacement chain for a very delicate pendant. The original chain was too delicate and had broken. Again the sales associate (a different lady this time) seemed very eager to please. After reviewing inventory and books, we selected a chain that would have to be ordered. It was a very inexpensive delicate chain that would fit with the dainty pendant. She advised me she would contact me when the chain arrived. A week passed and no call. I called back and spoke to the sales associate. She advised me due to a inventory management process my order was delayed, but she expected it to arrive that day or the next. Another week passed with no call. I called again to inquire about the order. The sales associate stated she was surprised it was taking so long and didnt know what the delay was. I asked her if she could please research what happened, as this was unusual for a delivery of one item to take so long. She called me back a few hours later to advise me my order was either never received, placed or otherwise. I dont understand why this was so challenging to accomplish. I am sad that I had to prod her to follow up to find out what happened. We could have known this a week ago. The lack of follow up that appears to be a culture at this location is unacceptable. If they cannot be trusted with small orders, why would I trust them with large, cost prohibitive ones? I will no longer do business with a culture that requires me to babysit the staff.

I just stepped out of Jareds about 20 minutes ago and let me just say that it was the best customer service I have ever had. Trust me, my fiance and I have been to various jewelry stores while on the hunt for my bridal band and its been horrible everywhere else. They had rings that fit our budget, they did not treat us any differently than other customers--they treated us superb--they did not pressure us, they really made us feel comfortable and they are very trustworthy. Samantha Zander and Christina Guey-Mock are the two Jewelry specialists who helped us with our purchase. Please, if you are searching for a friendly and trustworthy environment I HONESTLY and GENUINLY suggest and urge you to go to Jared The Galleria of Jewelry.

This place is fine if your shopping but forget about trying to do a return! My husband bought me earrings for Christmas but didn’t notice the diamond had a black spot on it, when we went to return them they told us they didn’t have any cash in their drawer & to try & come back another time. After 4 times of attempting to get a refund we agreed to get a check in the mail, the sales lady said it would take a week for us to recive it. It has now been a month & a half and no Check! After calling the number on the receipt I was told that the check should be here any day, when I asked if they could track the check since something that was supposed to take a week has now taken over a month, I was told that the department that did that was closed & to call back tomorrow at an earlier time. The next time I called they told me that in fact that department had not been closed that I had been given wrong information but that they could not help me since the refund check was in my husbands name & the last person I spoke to should never have given me any information. I was then told to have my husband call back, well my husband works & cannot call during their east coast hours especially when you have to wait 30min just to get someone on the phone!!! This place is rediculous!!!
