Nothing real bad to say about this place other than sometimes I pay more that I expect but overall, very good and helpful employees 👍🏻

Very poor customer service from management!!! IF YOU ARE having a badd day you should just stay home!!! Dont take it out on your customers JS

I been here more than five times and got what I needed every time. never been mistreated even when they got busy, so I dont know why some people complaining. respect have to be earn not entitle.

Everything has insane markups, 100-300% markups and mostly all Chinese cheap metal. On top of that the service is not good.

I have been going this this place for years and their service is second to none. The price is definitely higher than what you would expect to pay comparing to a big box store. But they do have the best selection in town.

What customer service... these folks really will take care of you whether you’re a regular or a new face. I walked in needing just 2 bolts and was ready to pay for it, but one of the gentlemen said, “Don’t worry about it, we’ll just get you next time.”

Over charged me of a 8 dollar item charged 26 dollars plus tax. Same item sold s t other stores but o t her stores were out.

Ive been buying nuts and bolts and other items from these guys for over 30 years. They have always been professional, courteous, and efficient. Yes, they do charge you a little more, but theyll have your item and it wont turn out to be a counterfeit.There was another nut and bolt distributor near my home that I drove past twice a day. He tried to get my business, but the service was terrible and their selection was worse. You were left to serve yourself and made to feel like a disruption instead of a welcome client. They went under!Ive done a lot of work over the years that called for graded bolts that were critical to the engineered design of the structure or equipment we were working on. These guys know their stuff. If you ask them questions like, ...whats the wet bolt torque on this one, they will have or get the answer.

Really cool people. I recommend this place to everyone.

I like this place alot but if you are in there around closing you will have a rude manager come up and just grab your bolts and say how many you need throw them in a bag and say we are closing, mixing up all your bolts very rude.They should appreciate all customer but I think they dont care.
