Door greeter with hand sanitizer was SUPER NICE! The female cashier (with the gold hoops and glasses) was also very quick and nice. The other female cashier was rude.

Very nice and friendly church.

Great items. Customer service is awful though. People stand around don’t even offer to help you or even want to help you with showcases or anything . Lady rolled her eyes when i asked her can i please know the price to something real quick because it was inside the register area and i was not able to get it. Customers service is a must. I work in retail if it were not for customers we wouldn’t have a paycheck. The items here are great. A little pricey but great.

Love this store always has everything I need an great prices all the time they have a really nice worker named Robert that was such a big help getting me what I needed always goes out of his way to help customers great service highly recommend!

Everytime Im in Bakersfield I stop here and grab baseball caps and a bunch of t shirts love this place they have everything Im 2 1/2 hours away nothing like this store in my hometown Arroyo Grande CA

Had a bad experience shopping here. They made up an excuse for changing a sweater... really bad but bad experience. This why you don’t shop at places like this, I was trying to do local shopping but never again I will contribute for keeping money circle in my hometown.

You will always find something that you like in this store. I always leave with more things than i initially thought about buying!!!

I have been disappointed lately with this store bc they claim to tell you about their exchange policy but they do not I wasnt able to exchange a pair of Jeans just bc they were a little dirty where you can honestly wipe it off the jeans did not fit and I wasted 50 bucks on Jeans they dont fit I was annoyed bc they tell you they why we get your signature when I thought it was bc I used card but when I pay with cash I dont sign nothing.! I will no longer spend money here or will recommend it to anymore their service is also horrible. And finally communication is just unbelievable!!

I would give a zero if I could. How dare they kick out a veteran with a service dog. That is clearly against the law, and they didnt care when this fact was pointed out to them. They disrespected a veteran and his dog that is providing a much needed service. I hope he files a complaint with the Department of Justice. I will never shop there again and will spread the word about their behavior. This is totally unacceptable and this needs to change. Shame on you Sportswear Mart. If that is how you treat our veterans and their service animals, you dont deserve to be in business.

Love this place it has cool shirts for only $15 and it has like funny saying or famous people dead and alive also it has most jerseys big or small such a neat store it also has all kinds of styles and colors of Dickies for $30 so cool.

They have good prices, and also a wide selection. But i bought a belt and a couple other items an it had no buckle on it. I brought it back the next day and the lady argued me down that i didnt buy it from there. Then she said thats the way there belts come. After her arguing with me for about thirty minutes she finally gave me store credit for my belt. They need to do better on there customer service.

I have a medical condition to where I cant wear a mask owner pushed me out the door but under California civil code 51.b he can not deny me access i tried explaining but he dont care do not shop at this store he is very disrespectful and inconsiderate pushed me and my 5 year old son out the door

Horrible Customer Service.My gf got me a gift certificate for Xmas because she didnt know what hat I wanted so I went to pick out the hat I want and they didnt have it.. I asked for a catalog so they can order the one I want and they said thats not an option at thier store and I can come back in a week because they always get new shipments.. Ive been back to the store 3x and still nothing so I asked if i can just get the money back for the gift certificate so i can go to lids and order the one I want and they said No, we cant do that.. good thing about the gift certificate is that it never expires.. yeah it doesnt expire but it looks like its never gonna get used either. For the most part they already got my money.. but they wont get my service ever again.

Horrible customer service. Spent $150+ on scrubs. Tried to return a top the next day for a bigger size and because the tags were detached (but present) they would not let me exchange. I had original receipt in hand and reminded them how much I spend in scrubs there and was smugly told they would not honor the exchange. I will tell every coworker I know to not buy here! Jerks!

Very inconvenient business hours. All year there is something going on, either pro or college sports, and with the CSUB making post season appearances, it is very upsetting there is no CSUB merchandise in the store, or any other school for that matter (besides USC). and not even BC made the cut.Some games start at 7 or 8 and by the time we want to buy shirts, it is already closed.
