My mom has been going to this botánica for a couple years now. I have been to this place myself a few times but yesterday I went in to buy some cream for my boyfriend who has dermatitis. This cream itself works very well but I felt I was being taken advantage there. I am Mexican but I look very white, my Spanish is not that good I’m still perfecting it. I walked in the store and I showed the lady a picture of the cream I was looking for and she took out two. I bought this cream before. The cream itself is $13.24 plus taxes it comes out to 15$. I bought two creams and the lady had charged me 38$ and some cents. I also did not receive a receipt
