I can say this store is one of the bests Ive ever took my family there. Great and friendly staff; great quality ice cream; so clean.

1st time ever been in bakersfield. And its in a very nice shopping center. The blonde that was working there very sloppy. I order3d a pint.. i got the pint and ice cream coming out all over container. So I asked for a bigger cup because my lid kept coming off and the girl took out some of the ice cream. I was so frustrated by then I just left. Next time I will have them remake my ice cream. Girls that worked there very sloppy and rude.

The place needs to be cleaned. Its dirty. Seems to be going down hill. Smells sour. Being going to this establishment for years. Have been by in about 5 months. Wow.

This was a nice cold stone location, I hadnt been for a couple of months. The place smelt really bad and looked dirty. Not to mention you should be having the employees wear hair nets.

Third time visited Bakersfield and every time we have tried this store.Delicious, yummy, clean, that is all I can say.

Its one of my favorite ice cream spots. I really enjoy founders favorite and germanchocolatecake. The service is fast but it can be a bit pricey.

Great place to take the kids for ice cream treats whipped up in front of you. There are many different creations you can put together or even better, try some of their specialty treats like Chocolate Devotion or the Cookie Minster. Always makes for happy kids...

I love this place. The ice cream is amazing and the service is good. It is on the pricey side. This location has a really nice outdoor space to sit next to a fountain. Its hit or miss with the crowd, its especially busy weekend nights, but the line moves fast. They also have super good ice cream cakes.

Came over the weekend on an off hour and they were slammed. Waited about 20 minutes but that wasnt a problem. I did wonder how the two gals took breaks or lunches.I hope they are able to take their mandated breaks. It is easy for establishments like this to violate meal and break laws that protect members of their organization.The location has been around for a long time and the outer appearance was nice, but the inside is dated and much of the marketing and decor is worn down. Ice cream was good and service was also good.

Fast service, friendly workers, good ice cream. My only complaint is not keeping up with cleaning the tables. Pretty busy location on a Sunday afternoon.

Just walked in, there were no other customers and there were two girls working the counter. Whatever they were doing was obviously more important than serving customers. Nobody greeted us one girl even looked over and went back with whatever she was doing. Stood there for a solid minute. Would have been fine if they said something like Hi guys Ill be there in a minute. I have worked in customer service for a long time and that was completely unacceptable.

When I visit a place, evertlything has to be neat, or exceed expectatios in order to get 5 stars, this place has to take care of the bathroom as you can see in pictures. A Nasty bathroom is not a good experience.

Rude and unprofessional employees. Would rather drive an additional 15 minutes to the rosedale location for better service. They roll their eyes when you havent decided what to order, they dont honor coupons if its not specific, and their attire is a joke. Understanding that it is only an ice cream place, ass cheeks should not be hanging out below your apron around the kids. Yoga pants and sneakers are apparently all the owners ask. Dont even get me started on the no gloves thing. Dont touch my ice cream then smear the drips on your legs. Also, if you arent friends with the employees you have to wait until theyre done gossiping to get served.

This place has gone downhill. The service wasnt good, the workers acted like they wished they werent there. There was a long hair in my ice cream. The ice cream was over priced and really not that good. The inside of the place needs a makeover too. I will not be going back. I used to like Coldstone but not anymore.

Just came from there tonight, and as usual, ice cream was great but service was terrible. The workers never smile, they give you dirty looks and hardly speak at all. I dont even order what I actually want and instead just ask for the first creation I see because I dont have the patience to sit there and tell them my order when all I receive in return is annoyance and rudeness. I will not be going there anytime soon. Maybe in a few years when they have new employees.

I went in today for the third time and they did not have any waffle cones, and they said the day shift had not made any. When I asked them to make waffle cones they laughed and two girls were very rude while they talked about me wanting a waffle cone when one of the female workers said, “Oh well.”

Customer service was terrible. I asked the blonde ladies there if it was possible to create a pecan praline ice cream, and as I described how to make it these girls looked at me like I was the stupidest person on the face of the planet, then proceeded to be rude to both me and my friend, then pushed through to get us out the door. Wont be returning, no matter how much I love their ice cream. First impressions are everything in my eyes.

Bad customer service, I am usual customer to cold stone at market place I always take my kids and my friends to enjoy the ice cream, until today I ordered my usual kids cups and I always get a 3 full cup today they gave me 2 full and one less than half of it .and when I complained they told me it is supposed to be like that !!!! A half then I asked for the manger to see and compare the 3 cups he never showed u and the girl came out to tell me this is what we have it was a mistake we r sorry . 6 years mistake being corrected today😠
