The girls particularly Lupe, were very friendly and patient for this first time buyer and visitor. The menu with prices was a bit hard to see. The place is pretty clean. We ordered the horchata, tostilocos, oreo paleta, orea malt, and two pepino aguas. The horcha was sooooo yummy. It was my favorite purchase. The paleta had chunks of delicious oreo cookies. The tostilocos were good. The only thing was that the mango had a weird flavor to it. The aguas de pepino were good and I like that they add extra fruit to it. I would definitely go back for the horchata and paletas! The prices are reasonable.

Esquite failed 👎 They use can corn ☹ for $5 they should be using fresh cooked corn from the cob. This shows they cut corners for a profit instead of quality flavor.

Everything looks delicious in this place, I highly recommend this place for the snack and sweet lovers.

Love the food and the music I had a blast

All the food items and ice creams are good, I am taking stars off of my review because of poor service. There are multiple workers (working very very slowly)but lines are always long not sure if it’s from people in as people leave or if they purposely work slow to make it seem like they have lots of business. It took me 20 minutes to get 2 scoops of ice creams and a drink. Also the lemonade tasted like it was old or the lemons they used were not good.

Their snacks ARE DELICIOUS! The mangoneadas are extremely good. The oreo bar is probably the best frozen treat I have ever had. The staff is extremely helpful and fast! They are all so very positive. We went outside to sit in their outside area and noticed the table dirty. The young lady in glasses rushed over and cleaned the table before I could even think about leaving. Great effort. The synchronicity of their team is next level par. The atmosphere is very hopping and colorful. I will continue to bring my family here.

Yummy Mexican treats!

I got the watermelon ice cream it was delicious. My husband got caramel and it was amazing. Mangoneadas are delicious as well. Also I tasted the arroz con leche ice cream and it was delicious.

Way to hot and lots of people not wearing mask and not standing 6 feet apart..Would not go back there again

Been going to la michoacana since I lived in the Valley and now that there is one in Bakersfield my wife is really happy. The ice cream is always on point. The only issue I had was that the corn in the cup was not yellow color, it was more grey like when its acouple days old, but they do add alot of condiments and make it nice a pretty. Over all good place for the family to have some Mexican ice cream and snacks

Very strict with the rules regarding face mask and its okay to protect the people. However, they dont follow the rules themselves. They dont wear gloves and one of them wasnt covering her nose with the face mask. Took ages to do the raspados and very slow workers. Keep up the pace.

Nice place to relax, people watch, eat good, etc. The service was very kind and attentive. It has a nice atmosphere. Like a restaurant in Washington I loved.

Great food i loved it but i think owner has to check on there employees. There is a lady in there super rude she gives good service to guys only. But when it come to women she is very rude I have always buy from there and i haven’t got a problem since this lady was hired. I come from LoS Ángeles and i buy here because i like it. Mexicans cravings, good option place.

By far one of the best Mexican ice cream parlors I have been to. The deserts were amazing, the employees were very welcoming and friendly, and the vibes in there were so positive!

Terrible customer service. Just terrible. I have tried to order many times. Once I tried to order for pick up and the lady said no because she was busy. The next time I ordered with DoorDash and they canceled the order - the DoorDash driver contacted me and stated they told him they don’t take orders? What?? And then we call and they just act as if nothing happened and the order was never there...terrible! I agree with other reviews...the owner or management should check on the employees...something isn’t right here.

Hi there, last night me and wife and my 3-year-old son went to try out this place... Service was great the only reason Im giving u 4 starts, is because your music was super loud and I honestly Dont think is a good idea to play Hispanic music at your ice cream shop, just because of the fact that u have different ethnic groups coming in.. Im Hispanic but there was a few Africa American people there as well and they look annoying by the Banda Music you guys had on the radio.

Disappointed. I went in for a concha sandwich that they were advertising on their facebook and they didnt even have it. Lady said they they dont serve those at that location yet. So my husband asked for a churro with ice cream and the churro machine wasnt working. Youd figure this is a new place all machines should be working...other than that theyre ice cream is good they have a big selection.
