Came in to see if there was any storages available and the manager Jessica was really helpful in helping me find the size storage I needed. I was able to get all my stuff stored the same day. I’ve been to a few storage places and the management is usually very rude and difficult but, Jessica was very welcoming and professional. I think I finally found the right storage place for me.

Jessica went above and beyond her job here! She helped me out quickly and was so kind. Come to storquest to have a fun experience! She deserves a raise!

I came in to rent a unit as a returning customer, sadly this location did not have the size I needed but Vincent and Jessica were very kind to me. I left the office with the items I needed so I could keep my things protected! Will always come back to this location for the friendly staff!

I just had to leave a review about the wonderful customer service I receive from Jessica. Every time I come into the office, No matter the time of day, she is always ready to greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome. Any time I have a question she is more than happy to answer it for me. I always have trouble using my door. And she happily comes out every time to help me apply the lock to my unit. In a tough time I needed storage and I am sooo glad that I made the decision to come to storquest. The staff is friendly and I feel secure leaving my things here. Thanks again Jessica! Great service, took the time to show unit before buying, very friendly & quick process as well as a rapid process to sign up for a unit.

Its not very clean. Dog had popped in front of unit, and stayed over a mounts. Whit out any notice to Coustomer, rent price goes up every 2 mounts around $15 through $21 .Rental units amount very higher than good place on high class citys at orange county.

Don’t recommend this business for the simple reason that if your payment doesn’t immediately go through for technical reasons and is resolved the same day they send you a “delinquent notice” that is automatically put out as soon as the first payment didn’t go through. I have been on automatic payments for months but when my card expired and needed to be updated, even though as soon as they contacted me I tried to update it, they sent me my very first late notice to my home when at that point then it had been paid for days after only being maybe 2 days late bc they sent me the incorrect link. Also when I spoke to the manager about the rush to send me a late letter (even though they contacted me by phone that same day) her response was that that is the system and that I should call early to make sure my card goes through if I don’t want a letter immediately sent to my home. Never had a business work like that before and I can’t recommend that they change it enough. I’m the age of auto payments they need to update the rest of their system

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO STORE YOUR VEHICLES!!!Very insensitive to my vehicle being burglarized while on their property very nonchalant oh well type of attitude after being told this place is safe and that they dont have issues here!Returned to StorQuest on White Lane to do my monthly by-monthly check up on my vehicle that is stored here only to discover that it has been severely burglarized even with a camera supposedly watching the area that my vehicle is parked in a short walk from my vehicle there is a wide Gap in the fencing the iron bars have been cut the fence screen slates are missing its a very wide Gap the employee stated that its been reported I dont know what type of business is but it doesnt take any amount of time to have a iron fence fixed, especially in Bakersfield with all the welders and fence repair people in Bakersfield its a same day fix it just goes to show that they are negligent in their patrols and observations to ensure that peoples property is kept safe! A further walk reveals numerous vandalize vehicles numerous break-ins apparent break-ins and damaged vehicles. They dont insure your property so Im waiting to hear back from my own personal insurance company but I will also be pursuing negligence on their behalf because again that fence issue is a same day fix it doesnt take long to have someone come out and weld a couple of bars on a fence!My catalytic converter was stolen and other parts and Im willing to bet there are more Vehicles sitting on this lot with missing catalytic converters!When bringing my vehicle here I asked if they were upgrading cameras and adding more cameras and got a roundabout answer I should have gone with my gut feeling and not storing my vehicle here very disappointed!

This month I noticed that a window on an RV was broken and covered with tape and plastic. Glass was on the ground and had not been removed. I called and spoke with jessica and inquired if there was a break in or just an accident. She could not tell me any information regarding any spot but mine, company policy. So I called the bakersfield police.They informed me the last issue at this facility was in July and was a breakin of one of the storage units.All I wanted to know was the circumstances of this. Was it simply an accident or was it a breakin. This is so I could determine if I need to move my unit out. It seems odd that each time I am in the office that the security TV are off and NOT monitored. They told me that the use their computers because it is easier to see.The two stars is for possible security issues at this site. I have no other issues at this place and I know that breakins can happen anywhere.

I had to rent a unit out from this StorQuest in Bakersfield due to the pandemic. The customer service here was exceptional! Not one person I have spoken with made me feel uncomfortable and the whole process went smooth! The units are all secured in a gated community. In addition, when I vacated the unit, I had accidentally left a bag of nuts and screws on the floor. Since I live 2.5 hours away, there was no way I could just go back for it and they went even further as to offering to ship it back to me! If there is another reason why I would need to have a storage unit in Bakersfield, I wouldnt not think twice to come back here again!

This place is great! The prices are low, the location is good and Vincent was very helpful.

I had unit for 6 months and they increased my fees $44. I called about the increase, she lied about mailing a letter. I explained that I have photo scans of all my mail that I received from Postal Service. $$199 for unit is too much.

I’ve been storing my stuff at U-Haul for a long time. Luckily for me, they ran out of storage units and I had to find units elsewhere. I wanted a drive up unit and came across StorQuest.Wow! I wasn’t on hold for 20-30 minutes. I was on hold for less than five minutes - 3 minutes to be exact! THREE MINUTES - WOW! :) Isabel told me that I had a week to finalize my reservation for the 10x10 unit. Jessica called me and let me know when she was taking her lunch.I went in later that afternoon and met Jessica - who showed me the unit I’d be renting. Perfect! She even told me what type of locks the unit could use - two different types.THE UNITOh my gosh, the unit was clean. Cleaner than any unit I’ve ever seen. The door is so easy to roll up and down; nothing like trying to open and close the doors at U-Haul’s storage facility. The locking mechanism is easy to latch too.The security is awesome in this place too! I am definitely glad my stuff is here.

Very suddenly I found myself needing storage after acquiring a large amount of furniture. I was panicked about a safe place to keep it, but the excellent set up at StorQuest Self-Storage with the fences, keypad entry, hourly security rounds at night was the perfect place. it was a huge relief knowing that my property was in the safest possible place. The peace of mind I had from using this storage provider meant that I never had to worry!I already felt this was an A+ service, but when they hired Anita, I knew their future service would be even better. How many places give the customer a reminder call BEFORE the payment is late?!? She did! Her personality is professional while still showing that she truly cares about the customers. She isn’t just going through the motions. She goes above and beyond expectations, making a positive impression in all she does.If you ever need storage in Bakersfield, you u really need to check them out. You won’t be sorry! I know that if I need storage space again (and I’m sure I will!), I won’t need to shop around — I will go straight back to StorQuest Self Storage and talk to Anita!

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!An incredible kind and helpful young woman (Anita) has managed this place ever since I started storing my things there (Over 2 years), and every time I go, I am treated with kindness, respect, and courtesy. Always proactive with her service and keeps an extremely close eye on the property. Every time I go there I see Anita out “patrolling” the grounds and picking up little bits of garbage, and ensuring every unit that should be locked up is actually locked up.
