Great service and quality at low prices. Really miss Ryan who had worked there for years. Have had some challenges with working with other staff since Ryan left so tried using an internet vendor but quality of products and the higher prices brought us back to Paper Plus now Verativ. Dont get me wrong, current staff are all very nice just not as knowledgeable as Ryan and we have had a couple of misunderstandings about what I had ordered and there was an instance of double billing where our credit card that is kept on file was charged for a large order then we also received a bill in the mail. Had not the treasurer asked me who Verativ was, he would have paid the bill again that was already paid.. But again, staff is nice.

Trying to get their business, but i get hung up on, wont get my calls or emails returned. Looking for a new vendor soon.
