This business is an absolute joke. I had an appointment scheduled from 12-2pm. They showed up about 1:30 only to sit in front of my house for about 10 minutes only to never get out of their van. Never came to the door. Then they drove off. Never called. I called the office several times and NO ONE answered the phone. I called the salesman Alex several times. NO ONE answered! How do you run a business and not answer your phone? What if there was an emergency or an issue for that matter and you cant get ahold of anyone! And I mean anyone! The phones just ring and ring. They did finally show up at about 4:30 expecting to do the work as if they hadnt horribly screwed up my day. Thanks but no thanks. They lost what wouldve been a $1000.00 job (they were aware I was adding work to my original est of $550.00) because they cant answer their phone much less take into consideration the time their customers take off work to be available for their appointments. This business came highly recommended from another business owner that I greatly respect and the community greatly respects but I would NEVER recommend this place. Its an absolute joke. Go somewhere else! Stay away! I also think its hilarious that their employees are leaving Google reviews. Dont believe everything you read here.

This company was awesome on my back patio cover which is why we went with them on my front patio cover. All I can say is what a freaking headache and fiasco the front patio cover, rain gutter, and solar screens have been. We are currently waiting on the company to come finish the solar screen. It has been 3 months now. The new patio cover leaks when it rains or when the frost thaws out. Perfect Home products needs to get on the ball if they expect me to talk nice about their work or business. For some reason nobody knows how to use a tape measure for solar screens. Its kind of comical watching these guys on the security cameras trying to stretch a screen out to install it. I dont know who the owner of the company is but if he is losing money I can see why what a big disappointment and let down this experience has been. The drama continues because they said they fixed the leak last time they were here when I looked at the camera footage the closest they came to the patio cover was ringing my doorbell. A bunch of liars now

I was truly impressed at the work perfect patios did at my house building my combo patio cover. They called me to confirm that they were going to come, their workers were really nice and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. What really impressed me is that they were in and out that same day, from installing the patio and running and installing all the electrical. I would definitely recommend Perfect Patios to friends and family. Everyone from the office staff to Alex the estimator to the field crew were all very pleasant to work with!

Ive had solar screens installed on all windows and one slider. Instantly a noticeable difference in light/heat. Very happy with the product and service provided.

I just have to say I love my patio cover, Perfect Patio knocked it out of the park on this one .... love the staff from Mar in the office getting me qualified for my loan and and The sales staff and install crew were Perfect, they answered all of my questions and installed the patio of my dreams.... I recommend this company to everyone....

I went to see these guys at the home show in Bakersfield. I signed up for the free estimate for rain gutters and to also get the show rates. They said they would be contacting me the following Monday to schedule apt. Monday passed and three more days passed then I called them. I was able to make the apt for the following Friday. We waited during the apt time for them to show and nobody did. The next morning first thing I called to see what happen and left a voice mail. Nobody ever called me back. I should have got the info from the other sale reps at the show. Lesson learned, should spend the extra dollar a foot and it could have been completed by now.

Sweet young lady name Mar was very friendly and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience very easy.

First of all i want to say perfect home stands by there name.perfect!!!manual,mar,and chuey. was alsome!!!they came install one side lattice and the other side close in patio...verry affordable!!! if u are looking for a nice patio i highly reccomend this place u wont rregret it!!!...
