Theyre good but they cant do everything. And depending on who they hire, the staff could be questionable. Only had 1 bad experience here but overall they are pretty good.

Ms. Dee excellent lady and a great asset for auto department. Treats like family and make sure things get done what is promised. Excellence to its best!

The customer service here is overall horrible. There are a few associates that are friendly and helpful but they are few and far between. There is too much back and forth for the customer. The service manager is also not very helpful. I WILL pay more at another auto care facility with better customer service from this point forward.

Went with my daughter and they took an hour and they didn’t even change her oil ! Like at all the manager is RUDE AND BASICALLY TOLD HER TO GET OUT!! Even tho she wasn’t being rude she just wanted her oil change ! LAZY, RUDE, and the manager didn’t even have her uniform on so unprofessional!

What to get a key made Unfortunately they do not make that type of a key but the employee that was helping me Im very professional very kind and gave me informations for other stores to check

Dont buy the tire warranty and try to use it because they will lie to you and tell you they dont have your tire in stock

Just bought four brand new tires the driver side rear tire had a leak found out today $15 to fix and they said because I bought on the Walmart app they will not warrant the tires I have to contact their supplier if anything happens to the tires wow first and last time I purchase $800 tires at Walmart Ill continue to buy at discount auto where I never had a problem before and they fixed for free go figure

I had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to the counter and then by the time she was back a line was built up and had the audacity to ask me to move to the side to get customers out of the way when I have been waiting first and am also a customer rude and unprofessional, then after waiting an hour and a half they told me they couldn’t change it because the oil was leaking took it to another Walmart and they changed it and everything was fine worst service ever I do not recommend!

Horrible customer service. Unprofessional. They never tell us when our cars are ready, and they take 1 hour on something that takes less than 30 minutes.

This service department is horrible. Came here only because online it says they open at 7am and I had a flat early in the morning. Well the person who opens is late, it’s now 7:30 and I’m still waiting. Stuck here because my tire is flat. I drove here trusting the site which said they were open. My tire can not go anywhere else. I’m stuck here until they decide to open

Worst service Ive ever seen for a oil change. First nobody knows where they should go just to hand the keys over for an oil change or any services for that matter. And then I was told 20-30min nobody is in front of me. Made it here at 7:50am still here at 9:30 am. They actually have been done with the car for almost an hour but instead of handing me my car keys they have to wait for the manager to basically do everything all over again. So all together do not come here especially if youre on a time limit

Tires were good price but they didnt wanted to install them gave weird explanation about size the car suppose to use. Had to go to another place to install and balanced.

Bad service, the cashier got mad cause I asked for help, bad attitude thru the process of gettin my car in the system, please if you dont like working on sundays ( walmart employees) please stay home dont mess up the customers day .......

They treat me nice, we arrive at 8am and they install 2 back new tires in 1 hr.

The worst place to get ur auto done. very unorganized it takes one of the employees the chick that works there with dreads to pull out a car 10 minutes dragging her feet I dont know how people still have jobs working like that in the sad part about it is you standing look around and even the employees that work there just shake their head like if they dont even give a damn I do not highly recommended winter today for something very simple was there about four and a half hours the worst place to do anything and was so sad some of the people that actually worked at do care and try to make the best of it but everybody else just to walk around with their hands up in the air like they do not care its Walmart what do you expect

I had a tire blow out on the way up from Houstin, I managed to limp in to the Walmart on a doughnut spare just as tire center was closing. The manager stayed open to get my car in after close. Great service, I really appreciated them helping me out

I took my battery to charge they told me that if it worked that I only needed to recharge and come back the next day for it and they told me that they had thrown it away because if you do not pick it up the same day before 4 hours they will throw it away, I asked them why not They tell us that to clients, I could not go to pick her up that day but I would have sent someone else ... the one who attended me is a Hispanic boy who is always in a bad mood, the two times I went he was very despotic. I put up with telling him his truths but I didnt want to get down to his level .... I WILL NEVER BUY AT WALMART. I needed tires for my truck but with this bad experience and better I went to buy them at Discoun Tire ...
