Always go here to get oil changes and inspections, technicians always check all my fluid levels thoroughly and if I need any they top it off

No major work was done, just oil change..Other than forgetting my engine cover to put back on. However weeks later it was still at the shop. I thought a ( I’m sorry was due) being I had to drive 45 min back to get it since I moved away but oh well….

These people are very unprofessional, someone in the shop caused my grandma several thousand dollars in damage because one of the tech screwed up and didn’t fix his mistake. Now no one wants to be responsible for the matter and say there is no way that someone could put oil in the break fluid reservoir. I will never do business with them ever Again nor will my family

They was really good until my wife went in for a oil change one of the mechanics told her she needed a cabin filter well it wasnt hers becase i changed it a year ago and i always put a red dot on the filters to keep mechanics honest and they failed, all they had to do was change the oil !!!! and not try to get over on women

It is hard when you do not know much about cars but I really appreciated the owner (I think) explaining and answering my questions,not many people take the time to do that. Oil change was fast and will definitely be returning.

I went for a an oil change and the son (Christian)over inflated my tires and I had a blowout on the interstate (with 3 kids in my car) and called them after leaving a professional tire shop where they let air out of the other tires (because of so much air)... I know they were very dismissive because of me being a woman!!! Thank God the blowout didnt lead to a bad wreck!!! If you know nothing about machines and cars they will prey on you not knowing and over charge you for things you dont understand...

I love the customer service and they honor Veterans with discounts.

I have been a patron of this business for many years. The employees at Elam Kwik Kar are always knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They always do an excellent job.

I have been there numerous times for an oil change. The other day I had an oil change. He said I needed a filter too, more money. I said okay. Then the guy behind the counters tells me I need new brakes, especially in the back, they are worse than the front. Thank God I took my car to my dealership. They showed me the brake pads and told me the back ones were like new, and the front ones had another 10 to 15 thousand miles before they need to be replaced. I am an older woman. The lying, cheating lowlife tried to take advantage and make some quick easy money for doing nothing. The jerk cannot be trusted. How pathetic!!! I only checked one star because it wont post unless you check at least one. By the way, my name is not Sydney W. They didnt even get my name right. Morons!

We went in for the inspection of our van even though they were about to close they gave us good customer service and were quick in doing it.

I used to take my car to the dealership for routine maintenance until they completely screwed me by not doing what they were suppose to do. I took my car to the kwik kar in balch springs and absolutely loved it! Not only did they charge less but they also let me see what all they were doing to my car and what all was going into it. The owner explained everything down to the T and was extremely helpful. I would totally recommend this location to anyone and everyone

I took 3 trucks to have the oil change done,1 they over fill,the other one under fill by 1 quart and a half.the other truck was fine.i brought it to the owners attention that it has only been 3 days since i change the oil,and there are not leaks on tge truck he said that i need it to pay an extra $10.00 i told him no and he told me to leave an an awful manner,cursing,i told him that my kids were with me but he did not care.not a way to do bussines I spend over $300 doing oil changes in the last 1 month.I will recomed everybody to inspect their vehicles before leaving that place.i was a loyal costumer never had a problem before.
