Had a nail in my tire went to get it patched up when i left and i got home i noticed 3 deep scratches on the face of my wheel went back they insisted it wasnt them after about 1 hour of going back and forth the guy that did the work finally admitted to scratching my wheel after they showed me the cameras and i showed him when he scratched it and refused to pay and when he agreed to pay he wanted me to pay for a temporary wheel and tire while he took mine to get fixed for 2 days got into a big arguement with him because he didnt want to pay finally ended up having to go buy a new wheel that was on back order for 4-6 weeks and he said he would give me the money for it when the tire got here took a little more than 3 hours to resolve the problem

I was there about weeks ago, I had a set of tires I brought in to be install bigger tires for my vehicle.That was not the first time I had put bigger tires on that vehicle without any problems.Paid and left no problem.Once I was on 6-35 doing 60mph they was just shaking like crazy my cars was not doing that before even with the old tires .When I took the car back they acted like total A_HOLES telling me that my car was shacking be about the tires were bigger.Apparently they did it again, they took them back 10mn I was back on the road same problem.They only way to find out if a shop is actually good is the way you get treated when there is a problem .Took my van to firestone yesterday, problem fix the weights were on the wrong spot….DUMMIES!!

We were left just standing there for over ten minutes and no one offered to assist. When attempting to get their attention….ignored! If you don’t “look” like them don’t waste your time going. They ignored us but they helped those that “looked” like them. We just ended up leaving.

The first time I bought tires for Cadillac two weeks ago, It was excellent service and price. Went back yesterday was quoted a price of 250.00 for 15 inch off brand name tires. I paid 260.00 didnt get my change,reciept,or did they discuss a warranty or anything too the matter of the tires I bought. Its getting really really sad that being an American in America that you have too be bilingual too communicate at the stores we support. What is happening too America and all the Americans...I honestly was trying too support my local tire shop and businesses. After all that, I checked wal marts and they had tires for 29.00 each. So I feel like they got too me this time,after last week buying a set of tires. That is two sets in two weeks,why would you not consider this as an owner a local purchaser and a repeat customer, you would think it would have been considered...

They do not know how to put some tires, they changed my tires and they did not tighten the nuts. They are a ball of little bumps and then they did not want to take care of their bullshit.
