I was here on 7/8/2021 at 7:30pm. The lady who took my order, I asked about amenities that I wanted, she gave the ones she wanted to give. I had to ask 5 times before she gives half of what I asked for, and I had to reach out and grab the fork and the salt. What a great service, and the owner will wonder why does the customers dont come back for second time.

One stop shop for everyday items. The only thing negative and somewhat amusing I have to say about it is that every Walmart that Ive ever been in, it is the only store where I have to test drive the cart to see if it makes a knocking sound with the wheels. Whats up with that? Sometimes it doesnt even make a noise until youre well inside the store and or when you put several items in it. (Well played Walmart cart, well played. Fooled me again!!) At that point I get too lazy exchanging it to a different cart. (I hope its not just me) But sometimes when I see an empty cart in the isle with no one near it, I look around to see if it belongs to someone. I test drive it. When it doesnt make a noise, I sneakily commandeer it and transfer everything I have in the old cart. Shhhhhhh....

I used Walmart app almost 2 years happily but they charged so much and made the app so difficult I had to unsubscribe and now I have to go to the store with someone cause Im disabled person.

This Walmart in Baldwin park is the cleanest walmart Ive ever been in.. .bathrooms are always clean .. basically the whole store looks great!!!! I. Its my favorite store...I literally go every day in the morning I love the staff. I know Almost every employee working there...going every day I met alot of nice employees always smiling. This is our local Walmart. They have everything we need. I just wish the fishing department was stocked better, they have a very small selection of fishing items no live bait. Being close to Newport and HB I would think they would be better stocked in that department.

My online pick up was no good. Took them about 15 mins to just tell me my order was not there. Another 10 mins to find it. They kept telling me they had no orders under my name, went I had show them proof. At last they were able to find it. It suppose to be quick and fast online pick up. Guess not. Bad experience on that matter.

All I can say is be very careful going into this place. You have to be very vigilant of your surroundings. With security patrolling around the parking lot it is not enough to say you are safe going in and coming back out of this place.

He said he was in charge of 1/2 of the store by himself and kept apologizing. I told him its a shame as much money as greedy walmarts kids make they cant hire more people. West to the pharnacy, the took to to Long the had message me to pick up my meds when I got there my meds were not ready I had to wait 45 minutes .

I dont typically rate big box stores unless something out of the ordinary occurs and happily, something like that happened! The staff was AWESOME. From the gentleman wiping down carts to the staff in the aisles/cosmetics/electronics to the staff at the self-check, they were all so pleasant and actually helpful (unlike in many other Walmarts) - it made shopping there so nice. The only (slight) drawback was that some areas were low on stock but that happens at a grocery store. I still managed to get everything that I needed. The management in that store is obviously doing something very right!!

I always go to this Walmart after 9pm. Just a habit. The employees are normally restocking and cleaning around this time. Multiple checkout lanes are always available. Im a frequent customer. Keep in mind the beauty section seems to close after like 7? Maybe 8?

They don’t answer their phones I tried for two days calling for the deli department at various times. This morning I finally got through to the deli department but the boy who answered was rude and All I asked if I would be able to order a large party tray of sliders for Sunday and in a rude tone he said hold on placed me on hold for over 15 minutes and you can hear everything going on in the background talking to a coworker or customer not sure laughing having a long conversation. I don’t think it takes over 15 minutes to give me a answer . I hung up and tried calling back no one answers for that department or the customer service.I called the San Dimas location and they picked up very quickly and was able to place an order I rather drive a little out of my way but the service is a lot better at that location and was able to order my sliders.

The only reason why I wont come back to this store cause of your poor employee JENNIFER. NOT CHECKING EVERYONES STUFF . Just mine while several people with alot of merchandise. discrimination at its finest. Got my whole refund dont shop here better off going to the one in west Covina .

It’s a Walmart. What else can I say? It’s big, clean with lots of stuff and crying babies. My only complaint is they’ve been out of bags a couple of times. Pretty good selection of craft items since there is no Michael’s in Baldwin Park. I come here to get items for the kids’ school projects.

Love this walmart always clean and has everything you need groceries and everything else like clothes and electronics, household items and more. Love that the have a Wetzel Pretzels inside and a Subway on your way out. Good customer service when i have gone. Happy Shopping!

Our to go Walmart. We think we know where everything is at this point. 😆The staff is pretty solid and cant complaint. What we dont like about this Walmart and maybe all of them is, they take so long to respond to the little red button when you need something that is enclosed within the glass doors.

It was way better when it was opened longer hours. Overall this supercenter is pretty decent. You can find a lot of things here compared to others Ive been to. Although I am a Target fanatic I can admit Walmart has improved its quality on some items and I do purchase some items from their Great Value brand. Some, not all lol

My recent experience to Walmart Baldwin Park was very disappointing. I wanted to buy a hand saw to trim some trees. Someone in hardware directed me to the garden section and the person in garden said to try hardware. The person in the garden section said his manager would know, but she may have gone to lunch. I was left with no other choice but to shop at Home Depot. The service was poor and disappointing today.

I never usually leave reviews but I will not let this one pass. Ive been shopping here for so long and never encountered any issues. But tonight July 24, 2021, 8:25 PM I encountered rudeness and very disrespectfullness from the lady who checks the receipts and items before you leave the building. So we see she treated other people with ease and when its our turn the approach is different, you know that feeling luke someone judge you right away because of your ethnicity? We gave her the receipts, she check them and claim she cannot find one of the item she was staring at and saying there something wrong. Like shes trying to tell that you stole something. We ask her which item is not in the receipt and when she pointed the item and we just we simply pointed it to her where the item in the receipt is. I mean what for you check the receipt and claim something that you make your customers uncomfortable. Next time better check carefully before claiming something. So, we walk away imimidiately and she yell wheres the patience man! That attitude is jsut out of this world and to think Im with my wife and little 2 kids and shes acting very unprofessional.

Go there once a week to get my weekly items. I would say 95% of the time the items I need are in stock. Ive been shopping at this store for over 5 years and never had an issue with the employees or returns. staff is friendly and helpful.

This walmart was great they had more items compared to the usual one i go to. i will make sure to go to this one they even had my noodles that vons runs out of. they have a subway, they have wetzels! and some items that are 4.99 at vons are 2 something here so Ill recommend this for groceries good walmart gooooodupdatethis walmart is better than other walmarts i went to, not sure why but they are better stocked on items than the others. restrooms are clean and their staff is helpful you will find items here that the other ones dont have. the water machine here is great they have 1 gallon (for those of us who dont have 5gallon containers) and they even have gallons themselves if you dont have a reusable container or prefer those! my fav place to get water. maybe its the size of this location i am not sure but either way this my go to Walmart now

I havent been to a Walmart in a while not sure when the got rid of the price checkers.. so when I ask salesperson she said I can download the app. I would rather not. Can you please check the price for me I found this item randomly laying around...which seemed to have bothered here. The I proceeded to the self checkout, I noticed the price on one item I had 12 of was 20cents more than the shelf it was on. I read the tag description as I usually do. So I let the cashier know the price is incorrect. He said we can only mark down one of the items to the price I was saying....I asked if he could have someone please confirm the tag I saw did not specify a flavor. He then said I will mark it down this time, just so you know with a perturbedvoice... my main reason I went to Walmart was to shop the garden area. Once again there was no cashier over there which seems to be the thing with all other Walmarts surrounding the 91744 area. And last the bathroom had urine all over 1 stall, 2nd stall was clogged, 4th stall was occupied for at lease 10min and the 3rd stall was the only one moving steadily. Everytime I go it is always something 🙄 upsetting

I had 2 online orders that unfortunately could not be delivered and had to be picked up in Baldwin Park. My husband arrived at the store while I checked in on their App, which is a nightmare itself!! He waited over 40 mins and the orders were never brought out. He checked with 2 guys bringing out curbside deliveries and they told him, they only had 1 guy pulling orders and 2 for groceries. He waited another 15 mins and nothing. He had to leave, he had waited long enough. During this time, I attempted to cancel my check in (like Targets it lets you notify them you’ll be back later) I called the store over 10 times!! No answer at all! Almost 2 hrs later, I get an email that my 2 orders were picked up!! Another 8 attempted calls and it rings forever and automatically disconnects me! I sent a message through their online message center. The rep called me back. He said he called the store, they must have a number they answer. He came back to tell me the store will call me! I’m not holding my breath waiting for that call!! Their store management are a bunch of incompetents idiots!! Now I’m out over $130 for my 2 orders and not knowing if this will be resolved or not! I asked the rep on the phone, don’t they ask for ID? What ID did the person who got lucky with my stuff show??’ I mean REALLY!!!

All Walmarts are the same, I always find everything I need. The reason I give only 3 stars is because the team members walk by one after the other, and never offer any help! And when you get a hold of anyone... They are never the CSR in charge of that certain department. Thank you

This walmart gets me out of a hurry when I need something last min, however when I go to it as my first option I never seem to find what Im looking for. The whole store seems a bit gloomy and weird but thats just a personal opinion.

Bought 80.00 online fee was 9.00 around would not come off the charge. So I went myself to pick up. Uber and bus that too was a nightmare. Uber I canceled because it took longer than stated. But Im at Walmart and they stay went to get me. Then charged cancel fee 5.oo Im at Walmart when they got to get me. Total trip fee was 7.98 around. 1.5 miles. At Walmart roasted chicken at noon was spoiled before it was cooked. Tasted bad and to make matters worse dump a ton of SALT on The chicken which I know from the past store to mask order or spoiled taste. I could not even eat this. close to the bone you knew it had gone bad. But all the SALT....PLEASE THE COOK KNEW SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT DOING THAT . IVE HAD OTHER BAD ONES FROM WALMART BUT NEVER DUMPED WITH SALT.

Its clean and they are doing a good job trying to protect customers from covid-19. The only thing I have to say bad is if you need to order anything from the deli for a party please make sure that you fill out the paperwork yourself... They messed my order up that my daughter ordered they just wrote it on the back of the paper it was not the correct order.

The money center needs immediate improvement.. theirs been times where Ive tried cashing my check and their sensitive machines cant read the check and they cant even enter the numbers manually ... Come on Walmart .... Your a multi billion dollar company and you cant upgrade????

TERRIBLE ONLINE PICKUP!! from 3:38 to 3:56pm I could not get anyone to pickup the phone that is listed on the pickup stalls. I had to get out and flag down an associate.Clearly theyre understaffed and the workers arent to blame. Thats just bad management. Shame on you guys!

Found the products that I needed and was fully stocked plus it on sale, thats the best part. Most of the locations I go too, this is by far is my favorite location its well organized.
