I put in an order about a month ago. (12 shirts)I wanted to grab an extra size in one of the 4 prints I made, and was told Id receive an invoice via paypal (never happened)I JUST got the t-shirts, and only 4 of them are good enough quality to wear. (a week after the expected date)This is a bummer because I was planning on using the shirts for an event this last weekend.3/4 of the shirts have bleeding, or look like they were print screened twice.Ive called twice with no response. AND emailed twice, also with no response to try to rectify the issue.Ive ordered with them before, and had an AMAZING experience. (A couple years ago) Everything came in on time and the shirts looked GREAT!This is a huge disappointment to me, as I was expecting the same customer service I received a couple years ago.

Mister Ink provided me with excellent service. There fast turn-around was incredibly quick. – Our 50 customized print reunion T-shirts was finished in just 2 days with a good quality print. They really worked hard on it to finish the job in the exact time and day they promised. Even it was rushed, but they gave me a cheap price. Yes its a great price... or it would have been if Id have actually received my shirts. Or ANY customer support. Ive tried contacting them by phone, email, and facebook messenger multiple times and have gotten no reply. I cant even figure out how to cancel my order. Ill have to figure out a way to get my money back.

WARNING!!! Do not do business with this company!! It is a total scam!! I placed and order online. Never got my t-shirts, called and emailed numerous times for status, they do no respond back. Phone number on their Facebook page is fictitious - I called it and got some person who had no idea who MisterInk even was!! They were quick to charge my credit card though! I cant believe the other good reviews here. They must be fake too. Remember, you have been warned!!

I just got my t-shirts today and I am very pleased with misterink. The customer service, shipping and shirt quality were all second to none especially considering their low prices. If you need custom t-shirts I would definitely recommend mister ink!

I spoke to customer service after numerous delays and it seemed like they were a trustworthy company I could openly communicate with, but eventually they stopped giving updates and in the end never shipped my order. I called and emailed and waited days for a reply before finally realizing I was scammed.

Horrible experience. I placed an order one month prior to needing it. When the date I needed it by was getting close I started emailing them and they never answered me. I also left numerous voicemails and they NEVER returned my calls. Now Im calling so they can at least return my money & guess what? Thats right, no one is answering me. This was my first time using this company. I was so excited to receive the custom shirt we designed as a birthday gift. Its been 12 days and I still havent received it. We keep trying to get ahold of them but all the contact information listed is wrong. Im so disappointed. Now I have 2 days to try and replace that gift. Such a bummer.

First and last time ordering. Shirts came misprinted and late. Customer service was poor. I was offered a discount for my troubles but it was never given. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

*PLEASE READ IF YOURE GOING TO PURCHASE*We had placed an order for 40 shirts for an upcoming tour we’re taking part in. We were given a July 5th delivery estimate (understanding it was an estimate and it was holiday week) prior to not receiving it on the estimated day I emailed them a few days later. They emailed us apologizing, and promising an overnight shipment free of charge. They said we were going to receive it the following Tuesday with a shipping tracking number. We never received either a shipping trackment OR our order. Please save yourself time and money and DO NOT order from these scammers. We saw they had good reviews and a few bad. Just like anywhere else. Just save your money, we are filing a payment dispute with our bank. If I could rate 0-0 we would.

BEWARE!STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!I really wish I could give 0 Star Rating to this so called Business.Placed an order for a custom t-shirt for a 7 yr. old birthday gift online on July 28, 2017, we received a email confirmation and receipt of payment the same day with an estimated date of arrival of August 8th. On August 11th, I sent them an email stating that the item had not been received. That same day the emailed back saying that their records showed the item had already shipped out and asking what date we needed it by. We emailed back that we needed the shirt by 8/17 and requested a tracking # or shipping confirmation. The never responded. Over a dozen call attempts and multiple voice messages have gone unanswered along the way. On Friday 8/18 I called the company that shares space with this company in Baldwin Park. Ive been there before to pick up and t-shirt order. Someone miraculously answered the phone, I explained my situation and they ask for my order # and placed me on hold for a while. After several minutes (over 10 minutes) she came to the phone and said that the person handling this order would call me back shortly and asked for my callback #. Today is Wednesday August 23rd and I have yet to get a call or receive my order. Next I will contacting American Express to stop payment on the transaction. Since requests to a refund have gone ignored as well.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

I placed an order on July 5th. The estimated delivery date was for July 13th. It is now July 24th and my order has not been received and when I checked the order status it still has not been shipped. No one will contact me to explain. Why????
