This is my favorite Best Buy to shop in. David Lugo is the best person to seek advice from when purchasing any phones or accessories. I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G and could not be happier. He is a walking encyclopedia of Best Buy tech knowledge and advised me on choosing the right accessories, including my Galaxy Buds. Go see him asap if you need a phone and make sure you get the warranty! Best Buy offers an excellent protection plan that beats all of their competitors.Recently I purchased a new Sony A6400 Camera thanks to Best Buys camera pro, Randon. He knows his stuff and knew what would Best suit my needs.
Employees here are always very helpful and professional. Black Friday sales are incredible.They usually have what I am looking for. If youthey do not, something similar and comparable is offered.

Love this Best Buy! There aren’t many staff to attend to you but those you interact with are very knowledgeable and efficient at their job. This Best Buy has a lot of selections and are great at ordering things to your home if they are not in stock.
Got exactly what I wanted with the help of their friendly staffI can quick charge my phone & use bluetooth to listen to music or make/receive calls using my cellphone, hands free, through my old cars speakers (it only has a CD player - no cassette or aux).$27 well spent!Easy setup & great sound quality
Bestbuy store in Baldwins new general manager Delon is the absolute worst very unprofessional and decides it’s best to grab an employee while they are helping a customer. Shawn was a way better general manager. If anything Kawanny, Malik, David, or Tina should have gotten that position. What makes bestbuy in Baldwin so great is it’s in house they make you feel like family. And treat you like blood. I love everyone one of them. The new GM is the only problem

Everything was good on my last visit all cdc protocols in place... They had everything I needed but always have a problem with commission based sales because I have bought things that never worked and of course after giving all info on what was needed was not happy with results and once you open electronics usually you cannot return. Otherwise it is a good store with plenty of great products and salespersons.

Amazing fast service. Went in to get wall mount for TV showed picture to an associate at TV section. He literally took 30seconds to bring it out and we were out with product in total 15 mins.Cant get faster than this.
Stay away from their protection plan. Geek squad in store and geek squad on the phone are both unhelpful. I spent several hours on the phone and in store no resolution. Now theyre saying I have to wait multiple days to get my money back for the poor service. 0/10 would not recommend. buy a protection plan directly from the manufacturer. These people are 100% committed to not helping you or resolving your issue.

They are the most incompetent employees I have ever seen. I went here to get my laptop fixed and it was over 2 months of going back and forth to the store. All of this just to get a laptop fixed which is supposed to be their specialty. If you need a device fixed do NOT go to them they are beyond unhelpful. The guy Brian is the only one who truly knew what was he talking about and doing. The rest of them have no work ethic.

Quick stop capable staff
Love this place. The biggest problem is sales reps bad attitude. It really makes you say, Im leaving! And spend money at BJs, Walmart, etc. Its always the ones with long hair and a bit attractive. They feel so precious and conceited...huh! Dont talk to me. Im too busy and pretty. TALK to someone else. And she walks away as if on a runway without stopping, let alone helping. Someone please help.
The air conditioning system is screaming loud, fix it. Staff is knowledgeable but need some staff.

Waited 5 minutes in an aisle for assistance. Asked an associate for help who told me she was busy with another customer, which is understandable but did not offer to try and find someone else to help me. Accidentally set an alarm off on the display item of the product I was looking to purchase. Associate or manager came to turn it off without even offering assistance. Id understand the lack of help if it was very busy, but it doesnt appear to be that busy. You should really have employees walk around aisles where items are locked away.
The sales department for phone has messed up my phone plan and yet NOBODY IN THE ENTIRE BESTBUY IS ABLE TO HELP FIX SOMETHING THEY RUINED IT IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD FOR A MISTAKE FROM A BIG FRANCHISE THAT CANT BE FIXED

Geek squad was excellent
I ordered 2 items months ago and they were both canceled. The amount was $900 all together for all items. The money was still taken and I haven’t gotten a refund even though I was told 2 months ago that a check will be sent in the mail with my money. I call Best Buy all the time to see what’s going on and nobody ever picks up. I’ve been in the store before and the employees aren’t very kind.
Business Helpful and workers good customer service
Very rude staff, was there twice in the tablets area, waited for about 20 minutes for anyone to come and help but no one never showed up. Second time I told one of the staff that I need help, he said sure will send someone for you and waited for another 10 minute and never happened !!!!

Waited several minutes for salesperson to come over to section we were in. Apple i pads. Since no one came my son went over to counter. Young man, son tells him what he wants to purchase. Young man starts to get the tablet,but stops and starts taking care of another customer. Guess best buy didnt want our business,we left. Probably get better buy on Amazon

The staff at this location are EXTREMELY rude & inattentive to their customers. I came into this location recently intending to buy 2 apple watches and literally stood in the apple section for a whole hour with employees passing me by and not even asking me If i needed any assistance. I watched as they walked up to other customers but for some reason, acted as if i wasn’t even standing there. At one point i even flagged someone down & asked for help and he turned around and said “gimme a second and I’ll get someone to help you”. Another 45 mins passed and nobody came so i left. Don’t waste your time coming here because you’ll be ignored.

The store was well organized and sticked with jyst about everything but a ham sandwich. The workers were knowledgeable patient and courteous also known as professional at the phone counter the young men were absolutely great jyst taking care of business getting customers in and out also everyone was spaced out also gand sanitizer was available on coubter tops. 5 stars all around for Baldwin Best Buy. Ill be back!

I just had to cancel a order but they were friendly and service was fast. I didnt give 5 stars because no one was allowed to enter the store. This makes no sense when we are in the Walmart, supermarkets and the likes. They should stagger and keep capacity low or at 50%
Simple. Walk in, take the small 24TV of the shelf, pay and Im out in 4 minutes. Perfect for a small kitchen set, yes not hi fidelity but what do you expect for $80.
No one is there to assist you. Employees run from customers. It’s more like a warehouse. You have to help yourself. They are only stocking and restocking. I left the store since no one would assist me. I have to find another Bestbuy to shop at.

I often come here for some electronics. I dont give it 5 stars because its not a better experience than other places. It is definitely a good store but can be quite time consuming depending on when you come here.

Typical Best Buy experience Ive come to know. I go to Best Buy because its convenient. By the time the sales associate finally came around to ask if i needed help, I had decided on a new laptop. I made my selection and asked him to ring me up. He immediately pointed to one $200 more and said if he was me hed go for this one instead. The associate at this point hadnt even asked me what i needed the laptop for. He had no clue what i do. He didnt do much as care to try and find out before trying to stuck more money out of me. Ive come to expect this about Best Buy particularly because its always been like this. If you can shop for the same product online, i highly suggest that you do because although its convenient, the staff is horribly trained and it always has been. Maybe spend a little less time talking to friends while at work and learn how to better help your clients. The last time Im ever going to a Best Buy so thank you for showing me that your employees are just trying to take more of my money. Have a great day!

Everything in the store is pretty well laid out. They have a pretty good selection of televisions. I would like to see more high-end audio gear. They have the typical Denon / Marantz some B&W, cheaper Kef. But that would be my only complaint. Miss the HiFi shops from days gone by. I am getting old but these places are no substitute in the audio arena.
Horrible customer service!! Seems like everyone there does not know their job description. They dont want to help you and when you bring something to their attention they want to argue with you! I will be calling their corporate office to file a complaint. Horrible shopping experience!!
Just purchased a tv ( open box) in “ excellent “ condition to only discover upon opening it it’s filled with scratches and dead pixels on the screen. Tried calling 3 times and after being on hold for 30 min each time the line would drop, now the 4th time I’m calling wish me luck. Ridiculous
