She was understanding with my situation and my experience with another horrible transportation company. No games with this company just honesty and transparency. I was able to ship my daughter truck from Texas to California in 1 week… and it was on time! The driver was on time for pickup and delivery. He was very professional. Order number:3562401-ATIt seems they have a very short memory so here is my order number just in case they forget that I am a customer.I spoke with Jim at Ultimate Transport 123 and he had a great sales pitch. Made all sorts of promises and guarantees. He told us the quoted price was all inclusive and absolutely will not change. I bought the sales pitch and he emailed me a contract to sign. I reviewed the contract, the price listed was the same as the price quoted and so I signed the contract. I sent him a text message asking how he would like to receive the $500 deposit. A couple of hours later I get a call from Jim telling me they can not honor the quoted price and they have to raise it. He also said Im not going to be happy with the new price. I told him to cancel the contract and that Im not interested in hearing the new price.Obviously, this was nothing more than A BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION.If you intend to ship a car do yourself a favor and stay away from Ultimate Transport 123. YOU CAN NOT TRUST THEM. With so many competitors why go through the DRAMA WITH ULTIMATE TRANSPORT and find yourself a reputable transport company.
This company strung me along for 2 weeks and kept moving the date that a driver would be picking up the vehicle. I had to find another shipper who could actually deliver a driver and a date. When I called to inform them that I used another company they announced “ we’ll just be aware that a cancellation fee applies” how many cancellation fees does this company collect each month? I will be asking the New York State attorney general that question.
This is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional, with very rude staff. My car was supposed to be delivered to the address I had provided them, they could not do that. They promised me $20 for my driver who had to drive out of her way to get the car. Never got the $20. They also promised a $100 refund for the inconvenience. Never got that either. When I called to get my refund that the manager Alex had provided, he said there was no refund. He then transferred me to Marie who was absolutely rude as can be and said “there’s no refund I don’t wanna waste your time” instead of making it right like they should have. They can’t answer their phones and your better off with a different company that will treat you right. Screw Ultimate transport 123. Absolutely terrible …
We transported our car from Arizona to Missouri. The pick-up was great. Many photos were taken and the mover was very professional and friendly. Our car arrived in perfect condition. The driver was great and gave me plenty of time to inspect the car. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. We would definitely recommend to anyone needing professional car transport.
My first time ever using a transport service, my vehicle was going from Seattle Washington to Sarasota Florida. Jake a salesperson with ultimate transport 123 guided me in the whole way. My price never changed the driver transporting the vehicle communicated with me from start to finish and actually delivered my vehicle four days earlier than the due date! Being the one and only time Ive ever done this I was really nervous trusting my vehicle to a company i was not familiar with but now I would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you ultimate!

These people are HORRRRRRRIBLE. and I mean it. I did a quote online to see how much it would cost to ship my car to me, and I had been blasted by all sorts of companies. But these people are extremely rude. It was very annoying being hit up by SEVERAL companies even when asking them to stop. I had many horrible encounters mostly on the phone, but this person decided it would be smart to TEXT me this. So I wanted to share, that this is how they speak to their potential customers. It’s disgusting.

When we called the were so nice and told us how they were a family owned business and they treat there clients as such. They said the driver would pick up the car from the dealership and take a video of the car before they leave and send it to us to make sure everything was good with their before he left the dealership with it. They gave us a time when they would pick it up and deliver it. We didn’t here from them until the day after they were supposed to pick it up. They said they would pick it up by lunchtime but didn’t until late that afternoon. They didn’t call us the dealership did. They never sent us a video or a number for the driver. We had to keep calling them to see where my car was. They found out the next day that the original driver out sourced the job to a friend because of a family issue. There was no communication from them unless we reached out. My car was finally delivered 2 days past the original delivery date covered in mud and dirt and debris. The driver didn’t have the paperwork to sign and didn’t speak English very well. The next day we had it cleaned and noticed a crack in the windshield . When we called them they gave us a false insurance policy number and have given us the runaround for over 5 months. They are still refusing to pay for this damage that was caused during transport. We have contacted a lawyer about this. I just wanted people to know the don’t do what they say they will. They also don’t stand behind their service.

I originally spoke to a lady named Irene at the main number who booked my reservation. In the beginning, she briefly and vaguely explained Ultimate Transport procedures and policies. Irene explained to me that I wouldnt be charged until the dispatcher was actually on the way to get my car and that it would take a minimum of 3 days to receive my car being shipped from Illinois to New Jersey. I noticed how Irene was trying to fast talk me while I asked questions and was only focused on trying to get my credit card information. So, I followed my first mind and decided to weigh my options. After realizing there wasnt many car transporting companies to choose from, I decided to take my chances with Ultimate Transport. Once again, I was being fast talked into signing the contract and they were trying to discourage me from reading the fine print. Because I was in such a tight situation, I decided to move forward with the reservation. As I explained earlier, I was told by Irene it would take three days to ship my car to the designated location. So, I decided to book a flight based on the estimated time Irene provided. On the day of pickup, I discovered it would only take a day. Irene did not explain each dispatcher had their own window, I had to find out the day of pickup. My flight was already booked and I had no one to receive my car in New Jersey. They suggested I ask a friend or family member but $500 had to be paid when the car is released. That is a liability in itself entrusting someone with $500. Major inconvenience! I didnt want to cancel my flight because it was already booked so I had to cancel the original pickup time. Shortly after I decided to check my online banking and discovered Ultimate Transport charged my card $250, even though Irene said it wouldnt be charged unless someone actually picked the car up. So not only was I given incorrect information but I couldnt even cancel my reservation with them because they refused to provide a refund without penalty. I was told that if I canceled there would be a $100 cancelation fee. So not only was I forced to keep my reservation but I felt slightly scammed. When it was all said and done, Ultimate Transport took a week to ship my car. I ended up paying $300 for lyfts and taxis because I had no other means of transportation. I tried to call the sales department to ask an American about my contract because the customer service line is rerouted to a foreign country and a lady named Lizzie hung up in my face! I desperately called back to back with no luck! I felt so upset because they say whatever to get you to reserve the shipment but once its booked, the people who originally book the reservation wants to have nothing to do with you!! You will spend more money in the end because the sales people arent properly trained and they only care about making a buck! Be ware of this company!
Order Number: 3596073-ATOn 8/12, I called ultimate transport and spoke with their salesperson Anthony about shipping my vehicle between 8/24-8/27 as I was flying out on 8/28. Anthony promised that there will not be any problem with the scheduled pick up.On 8/24 I did not hear from anyone hence I called ultimate transport, found out that they haven’t had a driver pick up the order yet.On 8/26 they responded stating that a driver is dispatched and will pick up on 8/30. I explained that this would not work because we are not residents in that state and flying out on 8/27.On 8/27, Ultimate transport “tried” to find a different dispatcher then called back stating that there was no one and reminded me of the contract (fine prints stating that they have a window of 10 days). This was not discussed during the agreement and the salesperson misled me into believing that the way they drafters the window start date will match the timeline I requested. I requested to cancel the order and was on the line with another customer representative trying to resolve this dispute; they put me on hold and then sent me an email plus a text message stating that I cancelled the order and by contract I would have to pay $250 non refundable fee, and will be sent to collections if I did not respond in 24 hours. All these “automatic email and text” were sent while I was on hold with a customer representative talking through this issue!On 8/28 A manager called late afternoon and I missed the call. Received a text message stating they would charge me $150 and now it will be collected. Also stated that my card was declined because of a wrong number when the original salesperson stated that he would just use the card they have on file without verifying the information with me!On 8/29 I had a conversation with a billing specialist Kristine who was trying to be professional and helpful, however used the same strategy by sending me a second contract to sign with a different start date rather than cancellation; stating that this is because I changed to a different card and they needed me to sign a new contract to authorize the charge on the card! In the end, I declined signing anything and requested Kristine to send me an email acknowledging the change in cancellation fee and that I will not be liable for any further fees related to this order. Paid $150 in case they “have no choice but to send it to collections.” I am still waiting for a manager to call me back to dispute this transaction.I am still dismayed by the fact that ultimate transport charged people for these non-refundable fees when they did not deliver their service. The number of representatives that one had to deal with and being rudely spoke to is a bad reflection of customer service.I was a returned customer but not again. This is the first time I took time to write a negative review on a company because of the level of misrepresentation and stress they put customers through, especially when you are on a timeline as a working healthcare professional during this pandemic.

I have highly recommended this service to all my friends and family members who were desirous of having the automobiles shipped with care and courtesy.
Before contacting this company, I had tried 2 other companies, which gave me a different price, very frustrating, then I found Ultimate transport 123. The price they gave me was exact what i paid, I loved that they texted us information and gave us updates. I only paid 100 deposit and rest was on arrival. Very comforting. I will definitely use their services again.

*PLEASE READ ALL* *REAL REVIEW*I ordered a shipment for a car I bought in California. At first the process was easy and seemed like everything was going to be fine. I paid my deposit and they said they had a driver to ship my vehicle and that they would pick it up and drop it off within the same week. I ordered my shipment on a Tuesday and it is currently Wednesday of the following week and I haven’t received my car. Please do not use this company to ship your vehicles it’s just a waste of time and money. The lady I dealt with this whole process was named Chelsea. I called her the day that the car was supposed to be delivered and she said that I should be receiving a call from the driver in a couple of hours to receive the car. Then those hours passed so I decided to call the company I bought the car from and they told me the car was still at their company lot in California. So the car was never picked up and I didn’t find that out till the day “of delivery” (which never occurred) and then I tried calling her to see why she was lying and she never answered anymore. Now I scheduled a shipment with Montway Auto Transport and everything seems to be going fine! I actually got to speak with the driver himself and it seems like I’ll get my car (FINALLY) at the end of this week. Like I said please do not ship with this company. This is a sincere review to help people out!

Horrific Customer Service. They are just a broker and have no control over the transporters. UT123 doesnt call back -- and when I did get in touch with someone, the calls are outsourced to the Philippines. They werent the cheapest, but they were the worst. Once the transporter picked up the car, everything went well. The Transporter kept us informed the entire trip. Never again would I use Ultimate Transport 123; the worst experience we have ever had when transporting our vehicle from the east coast to the west coast.

Ultimate Transport 123 did talked a good game but hired a terrible trucking company, Preferred Transport (previously 1 Logistics Corp.) to move my SUV from Florida to Iowa. I made the vehicle available for pick up on a Wednesday for delivery the following Monday and was told that should be no problem.We finally heard from the trucking company, Preferred Transport, Friday morning and were told the pick up would be between 1:00 and 4:00. The vehicle was finally picked up at 5:15 PM Friday.After multiple checks we were told told the truck would be delivered on the weekend and the driver would call a day in advance. It was to be delivered to my construction business location which is not open on weekends. We then re-arranged for delivery to our home. The call came Saturday morning saying the truck would be delivered between 6 and 8 PM that day. It apparently arrived about 10:38 PM. This was after we had retired for the day and didnt hear phone calls or text messages.When I found all the messages at 6:00 AM Sunday morning I was told the driver had left and it would cost up to $600 to have him return or my vehicle would be put in storage that would charge extra fees for removal. We refused to pay and the price went down to $100.00. We told them we were considering charging the driver with extortion or grand theft auto if the vehicle wasnt delivered at the contract amount. Finally the driver called late Sunday morning and said he was outside our building with the car. What a PIA!!!!
I selected Ultimate Transport 123 based on the speed and clarity of their quote and that they did not bombard me with emails, texts, and calls (as did several other firms). The contracted driver was excellent and was responsible for transporting my vehicle from CA to TX. His careful handling and communication was the best part of the service.
My car was delivered when the driver quoted it to be, no issues there. Drivers were quick to respond to calls/messages. Unfortunately, if I called the agent at UltimateTransport123 with a question, she would tell me she was going to call me back and never did. Left me hanging multiple times.
Booking was so easy and quick. I called and with 10 minutes I was completely. They found a driver the same day. The driver was very friendly! The communication was great. And the delivery came before the delivery dues date. Would recommend them anytime. Everything was great!
Do not book with this company!!!!Sales person Kassi started off very nice, professional and helpful. Going from washington to ca.Long story short, they had to reschedule my pickup 3x. Kassi stopped picking up my calls and never returned my 15+ voicemails over a 3 day period. Management finally called me back a day after my vehicle was supposed to be picked up. I told them extending it again wasnt going to work. I cancelled and found another company. They tried keeping my $$ (deposit). Discussed with the manager (Josh) for nearly an 1/2 hour. After advising him that I had every voicemail recorded and text messages documented with his company. He then agreed to return my deposit. I understand things happen and may need to be rescheduled due to weather or driver issues. however, zero communication and ignoring my phone calls are completely unacceptable!!!
Not military friendly - no communication throughout the process. They expected the customer to be available 24/7 with no notice from the driver when they would show up; let alone, never showed up! Called customer service with no results but excuses putting blame on the dispatcher. Took the deposit for $200 without securing pickup and when refund was requested they mentioned the fine print. Take your business elsewhere.
This company signed a contract with me to transport my vehicle across the country and promised me a delivery time/ date. The date passed and since that was NOT in the contract, they kept the contract upheld. I understand that they have a contract to use against me, however, in this day and age of customer service, since the car was transported by ANOTHER company, this review reflects Ultimate wanting to fight for $100 as opposed to issuing a full refund. I wouldnt trust sales reps of this company OR whatever the contract states to transport your vehicle.
No necessary communication. After agreement I was forced to approve a $200 increase because our flight was leaving the next morning and still had no trucker. Cross this off all lists!
This is hands down the absolute worst company Ive used. They set a schedule and planned on moving my car without my permission and confirmation that it was even ready for it. They took my money before even providing any services, the customer service left me on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up on me. They did not let me cancel this order either, apparently there is a cancelation fee as well that costs $250. I did not get the help I needed when I called any time, clearly just in it for my money with no regard for me being a customer. I had to go through my bank to dispute this to even get my $250 dollars back; that I was lied to and told they would only charge for once they picked up my car. This is a disgusting company and business. Do not recommend to anyone looking to ship their vehicles. Prices are over rated as well multiple other companies can do the same move for 300 sometimes 400 dollars cheaper. THIS WHOLE BUSINESS IS A SCAM!
Everything worked out great! I was a little nervous to be honest at first the car was going from NM to FL. But I knew to be a little patient and wait for the driver to be assigned. Once the driver was assigned everything went smooth. Driver was professional I was in contact with him at any time I wanted to be made contact with my daughter at the drop off and everything went perfect!
Anthony was very helpful and called me several times to make everything is ok. The delivery was excellent. I would recommend it and definitely, Ill use it again.

I booked in a month in advance and they day of pick up, no phone call from them at all. I call 3 times and got the same answer. Trying to get driver to sign contract. This company is full of BS! I dont leave reviews but being this is a veteran owned business I thought better of picking them because Im a veteran myself. I own my own business and this is not how you treat your customers by not calling them to give them details on shipping your vehicle. Customers should not have to call to see what the problem is with shipping. Plus I looked up my information online and it showed it was canceled. I called to tell them and they say it wasnt. I got a quote from Ultimate Transport 123 to transfer my sisters Lexus RX 350 from Holiday, Florida to Springfield, Mo. They were a few hours late in picking the car up, but in the end, all went well. The car arrived in Springfield ahead of schedule and there was no damage.I would use Ultimate Transport 123 again I wanted to transport a vehicle.
When they charge the money they say nice stuff! But after that everything changes. They have promised to pick our car on a fixed date and they never came. They never contacted us and their customer service keeps saying we will contact you later and they actually don’t do anything. Worst service.
Alex the manager was very kind ans professional to follow through after seeing I had called back a couple of times during my order. He was as responsive as possible being in inundated with other customers, yet still took time to contact me and listen to any questions and I had was ready to and able to remedy my situation. I had a great experience working with him, would recommend! And can ask to work with Anthony there also!
I booked a reservation and they said they were going to reserve it as a door to door. When it came to day of pick up. They stated that some one will have to drop it off to the port. And that I only did not pay for a door to door. I called the Alaska Auto Transport and they stated that it was supposed to be picked up. They also gave me the wrong booking ID number and would update me saying my car was there early. But it was actually still in transit. They are completely incompetent and unprofessional. I kept getting different answers from different people in their call center. And it was a complete hassle for me to get the right info. I had to do my own complete investigation after paying them about $300 for a reservation fee. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!. They don’t know what they’re doing and will do the absolute least to help you after their mistakes.
Retired Colonel, United States Army, 41 Years of service to our Country. This company Ultimate Transport 123-promised that my car would be shipped on May 24, 2021 and arrive on May 28, 2021. I arrived at my location without my car and having to rent a vehicle. Would not recommend for service. I was told that I would receive a full refund, but my CC was charged today. Again, I would not recommend this company.
I booked my service on May 21. My car was arranged to be picked up on June 1. It is now June 11 and my car has not been moved. Not even on its way. I called 2 days ago to cancel my contract but they tell me that they have 10 days and if I cancel now, then I’m subject to a termination fee. I call today to cancel and they tell me that it’s 10 business days and weekends don’t count. This company is awful. Don’t do business with them.

I had made a request through an Internet brokerage service that broadcasts to multiple shipping companies to have a vehicle shipped. Casey from Ultimate Transport 123 contacted me and said he could beat the deal that I had but he wanted me to sign for a refundable deposit to get things going. I asked why they needed a deposit to check on the deals available and he said because the drivers doing the transport will take you more serious and give better prices. After a few days went by he failed to even match the price so I asked for my money back and he refused. I asked to speak to someone else within the company and they refused to help and kept shuffling me around. Do NOT do business with these LIAR’s and THIEVE’sat Ultimate Transport 123, Inc.😡
This company stole my money and never provided the service that they were supposed to. In the beginning, speaking with Katy or Kathy (Melissa, Lizzy and a few others) she repeatedly and very politely guaranteed pickup for my vehicle withn 72 hours. They give you one price and state that you will not be charged until your vehicle is placed on a truck. I was given the run around the whole time. They continuously made promises to pick it up and never did and charged my card twice, $225 and on another day $100. After two weeks I ended up driving to Florida from New York with my fiancé to retrieve my vehicle and drive it back up. This was in April and they still refuse to return my money. I wasnt going to write a review because I dont like to be that person. But they were very unprofessional, they were liars and scammers. They should have never taken my money because they Never picked up my car!
I placed an order with this company for 3 vehicles, and within a few hours requested the order be canceled, as I was misled and the sales rep made multiple promises that they would never be able to keep. Unfortunately for me, this was my first time utilizing this type of service and I was naive when they promised these things. After requesting a cancellation the company insisted on charging $300. I refused, no service had been rendered and I had been grossly misled by the sales department. I have sent several messages and received only a text in all caps from whomever replies, degrading other companies and stating that the BBB is a scam and they dont support them, but still no response. The company I chose had to contact dispatch on my behalf to explain that they were refusing to cancel so that my chosen company could reserve my order. Would never recommend for anything.

Rescheduled again for today.We called today - Now they say the pick up is tomorrow.The waste of time is incredible. They have no regard. They also fail at calling clients proactively to tell them there is a re-schedule. We have had to call to get the bad news each time. Right now our car is sitting there and I feel like someone keeps pasing the buck.I have noticed the owner only responds to negative reviews when the order ID is included...SO i included it at the top.
Do not use this company. they are horrible. the agent named Andy is the master hustler..He has a good skill to convince you that his comapy is reliable and charge $200 more than his competitor .promised to pick up my car from dealer monday 09/20/2021 and delivered 09/24/2021 on time . But driver did not pick up the car till 3dayslater on thursday afternoon 3pm. agent kept apology for the delay day after day without update info.to this moment i wrote this review. my calls to this company went mute no response. feeling angry and betrayed.
Update: scheduling was a week late. The driver of the subcontractor broke down. Later, the driver called to scream at me at the top of his lungs and threaten my family. Two weeks in, I don’t have my car. Police on standby. Seriously, protect your family from this company. Screaming, threats aren’t worth it.They lie about where they are located. They lie the schedules. Don’t be taken. They lie about prices. Right about now, I’m worried that it’s a front to steal credit card information.

They picked it up that same evening! And it was delivered in perfect condition the same day we arrived in Florida. Outstanding service & their support team was wonderful! They are scammers. Guarantee a pick up date couldnt fulfill that so we asked to cancel they said they were going to cancel the agreement. Three days later charged my card. Then lied and said we never asked to cancel and had a million different excuses why they couldnt refund my money on a job they never did. They are a joke and just scam people out of there money
We were so disappointed in this company. Ordered the shipment of our vehicle and requested that it be delivered on a specific date July 28th. That didnt seem to be a problem for them so we trusted that the pick up days they gave us which was some time between July 23-25. Those days came and went and we worried that the vehicle would not be able to be delivered on the day promised. After many calls and the run around, the company came up with some b.s. story about them having a 10 day window. This was not explained to us when we gave the delivery date or we would not have used this company. We needed the car to be delivered on July 28, period. We were able to scramble and find another company but when we cancelled with UT123, they STILL took our deposit even though they were the ones that didnt keep their word. It seems they make promises they cant keep just to earn $100. Shame on you UT123.BTW, the company that came through for us at the last minute was Send It Car Shippers.
So i had put a deposit on shipping my two trucks accross country. Called every day week of my move and no driver had been found on last day i called to cancel. The gal said ok thanks and that was all. So i hired someone the day of my move last minute. Then charged 5 days later and explained to the managment that they did not have a driver in time. I also shared all our home was burnt in fire the day before. This manager went out of his way to fully refund me. Honestly i wish i could have uaed you guys. The emergancy hiring of another company was awful. So if i ever need this again you have earned my buisness.
UT 123 - worked with me to transport my vehicle from South Carolina to Texas. Contact went flawlessly, transport was very successful, and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them for your transport needs. I was impressed with their follow up and concern for my delivery. High marks from me from Texas!
They were supposed to pick up my car and transport it up north. It was 2 weeks and they had not picked it up. They did not keep me updated and continually gave me the run around when I called. . I would never recommend this company!
Customer service reached out after I had problems with their contract. I was able to get a full refund which was much appreciated. The company is striving for a reputation of customer service, and even though they where unable to complete my order, it was no fault of their own.
Great value! They were very competitively priced. Always kept in contact and did all the paperwork unlike some other shippers who want you to do all their leg work for them. I will use again! Great service!
Do not do business with this company! I should have read the reviews before I booked. It seems that my problem with them is a recurring theme with other customers.I needed a vehicle moved from SC to AZ. Called in and the process for setting it up was easy enough. Sales rep gave me a fair quote then asked me about my pick up schedule. I scheduled it for Monday when the person I had in SC had open availability to compensate for any late arrivals by the truck. I thought this would be fair to them. It seemed like this was all arranged and I was promised a call back to go over the details of pickup and delivery on or before Monday.Well Monday rolls by no call. I call in they say they have interested drivers but no one has accepted. Fair enough. I wait till Wednesday. Still nothing. Call back and they say Im being given to thier priority team. Thursday and Friday go by with me calling in. Everytime its the same. We will put you in priority which should have already been done. Priority team seems to be the fake de-escalation speech they give but doesnt do anything.Todays Saturday and I am done. Canceled my order and now they want to CHARGE ME $100. A respectable business does not charge its customers when they fail to perform.This company is a sham and seems to make a majority of its profit off promising the moon, not delivering, then charging fees.RUN FOR HILLS FROM THIS ONE.Will be reporting to BBB.
I was so glad I found Ultimate Transport to help me get my car to my new home state. Very curteous and professional. Reasonably priced and my car arrived within the time they said. I was absolutely impressed with my driver, very professional, kind and well experienced of doing transport services for over 30 years. I was very happy Ultimate Transport hires experienced drivers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I’m active duty military and I called them 1 month in advance to ship my car from Virginia to San Diego. At first everything was going good and the lady who I spoke to was very nice . Closer to the date for them to pick up my car I called them to get a time for the pickup and they kept giving me the run around talking about they didn’t have a driver. The DAY of pickup they didn’t answer my phone calls and now I’m stuck trying to get my car to California . THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. Waste of Time !!!!!
I give one star because I have too, if I could I’ll do zero stars. This is the worst transport “car shipping” company I have ever worked with. They picked my car 26 days instead of the 0-72 hours “guaranteed pick up” and i got charged with way more money than I was gonna pay for leaving the car on the auction lot. And they didn’t even post that for me. Also they were so late on the shipping date, off by weeks.Terrible experiment with this company highly recommended to go for another company.
My husband and I are trying to ship a vehicle. We contacted this company and immediately got sketchy vibes. We asked to give a card number to reserve a driver even before we gave details about our shipping needs. We did, and when they quoted us WAY to high we declined their services. We were then charged $100 for a cancellation fee. A cancellation on a service we never even booked. So disappointed and upset. DO NOT USE
This company is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with I bought a 50k truck this month on the way to Idaho it was flipped I understand accidents happen but these guys will quickly turn there back on u and leave u clueless and hopeless. They say they have insurance but when things go bad they tell u its not there responsibility its the drivers responsibility. They owe me money they left the truck in New Mexico where my insurance picked it up, these guys are cons they will not call u back or care about anything PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! pay the extra bucks to avoid clowns and bad people that cant take responsibility for there mistakes. They think they walked away from this problem I assure they will end up in court to pay for everything. They can avoid me but not my insurance, Thank god for my insurance Geico for helping me. Go else where and hire a real company with good reviews......

Use transports every week, gave these guys a shot and worst experience ever. they farm out the job which is fine however the most unprofessional driver ever showed up with no bill of lading or any documents and used a sticky to write down the issues with the vehicle. horrible horrible experience
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Where do I begin? THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED first off with this company.Called & got an American to schedule my pickup truck to be delivered to Colorado from Ohio. Originally told it would be delivered by the 1st or 2nd of August. Its now Aug 11, the truck hasnt even been PICKED UP in Ohio. The hubby has called their customer service which is off shore folks who are difficult to understand - typical. Cant get ahold of the original American lady I booked with - funny how THAT works, huh?!!! Now been told on 4 different dates were picking it up today - call back later to confirm. NO, it wasnt picked up on ANY of those 4 days!Even told, its CONFIRMED to be picked up Monday the 9th of August - that day came and went. Called again today, same run around. Now asking to speak with a supervisor who is HOPEFULLY an American.One story we got was the car carriers dont want to drive to Colorado - which is a flat out lie -- yesterday we saw 7 - YES SEVEN- big car carriers on I-25 between Pueblo and Walsenburg in the span of a little over an hour drive! So this company obviously lies to the customer - tells them what they want to hear. Their small print on contract, you cant read when youre trying to book through a small phone screen, says they have 10 business days from booking to complete the transfer otherwise you owe them money if you cancel. AND, the small print says to cancel, you have to notify them by certified mail return receipt to some address in New York. Yeah, this is not a reputable company in our opinion. Were now planning to cancel and go back to Ohio to pick the dang truck up ourselves, because we NEED IT!!!
This company is misleading and they did not honor their agreement with me. I was told to bring my car to the drop off point vs. them picking it up from my house and doing this would save me $50. I was only 5 miles away, so I did that and I received a contract with $50 less due upon delivery. The car was delivered as promised but it included the $50 that was supposed to be waived. The driver went back & forth with my son and would not release the car even though I forwarded a copy of the contract I got from the driver. He kept stating his receipt includes the $50. I called the company and they stated their office would do the reimbursing but would need to look into the discrepancy. After emailing twice, I heard back from someone who basically reinforced the amount of the original contract and had no solution. This is unacceptable from a family owned business as they bill themselves and I dont understand why a simple phone call couldnt be made to the driver to clear this up. I am still attempting to get my $50 back and will continue to call until they tell me this will not be honored. I do not recommend using this company for that reason. They also make it appear as if there will be no money asked upfront prior to the delivery, and that is not true.Hello, the order # is 3481841-AT. I have since emailed customer service and have not received a response to whether or not this refund will be honored and I tried calling on Saturday. No answer. My step is going up to the place that actually shipped my car. .
Ultimate transport 123 did not let down, called a week before Christmas and they were able to ship my vehicle by my deadline of Jan, 2021. My vehicle was shipped from DE to AZ and the rep and driver were in constant contact and returned my every call in a reasonable time. Thanks again!

I was in a bind I spoke with Cassie who said the car could be picked up the next day easily I asked simple information because I was already being threatened by the seller that my vehicle had to be removed within a few short days or they would RESELL my vehicle that I already had paid 9k I called and called finally was able to find someone else to get my car and when I called to cancel they finally started to call me non stop saying they had a driver who was there to pick the vehicle up which was a lie. It was possibly going to be the next day i then asked for simple information that I deserve to know. Such as the company’s insurance info drivers name they couldn’t provide that then threatened me to send me to collection for the full amount of $1,850 which I have every right to know who is in possession of my vehicle! My vehicle could have been stolen and this company could care less they will send anyone to pick up your vehicle you have a right to know who the driver is and the company info. I wrote a review on better business and they stated they haven’t charged a dime which is a lie they have been trying to hit my card which luckily isn’t active now be careful when dealing with some of these brokers they don’t care about you or your car they are simply trying to make a commission then you are nothing to them and your circumstances don’t matter.Not to mention upon doing research this company once had another name that was shut down and they reopened under another name. Not to mention if they have 10 days to find someone to get your vehicle they should be being honest not telling potential customers what they want to hear just to get them in the door
Oy, I was thinking of sending my car from New York to Florida using a transport service. After reading the reviews for this outfit, I can assure you they wont be getting a call from me. Everyone who has a complaint gets a response from the owner stating our contract states..., we cant find anyone with your name..., looks to me like I can avoid being ripped off by calling someone besides these people. Ended up Wanting to go with another carrier that one of my personal clients recommended to me. In Less than 15 minutes of getting off the phone with ultimate transportation they wanted to charge me $100 cancelation fee. Before I gave them my credit card information I asked if the booking fee they were charing to book was refundable. They agent said Yes I just hope you dont cancel. This company claims they are the best in the industry but I honestly feel like I just got scammed. They told me that what I was paying for was refundable and lied to my face over the phone. If I dont want to use your services anymore within 15 minutes of booking I shouldnt be on the fish hook for a $100 for a 10 minute phone call. I am very interested to see how high quality of service my delivery is. Might earn them a star back on the review.
A SCAM - please learn from my mistake. I never write reviews, but this was an exceptionally terrible experience. I worked with a woman named Roberta and she was great on the phone... before I signed the contract. As soon as I signed the contract she disappeared completely. The car needed to be shipped in 7 days, and she went completely MIA for those 7 days. I couldnt get any response (email or phone) on who would be picking up my car and if there was a driver confirmed. Worst yet - no driver ever came to pick up my car. Only after I called Roberta from a DIFFERENT phone number did she answer, and apologized and told me she didnt know what was happening and she would call me back. Shockingly, she never called back. My car never got shipped and I had to leave it behind. Ill fly back to get it next month but please avoid my mistake and go with literally ANY other car transport company. I used several in the past and have never had a problem. These people are a scam.
An alright company, they did the job, and the driver was great, but the initial customer service representative promised more than she could deliver. They gave a competitive quote, and my truck arrived with no damage. Looking back, I just wish the representative had a truer or rather more accurate timeline after obtaining my contract for the transport.
Great to work with. They consultant was super helpful and easy to work with. She found me a transport within days and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend doing business with ultimate transport!
Absolutely awful service. They changed the pick up time of my cars last minute and ended up making it 4 days AFTER I’d moved out cross country. I was forced to leave my cars unsupervised and was unable to load them myself. After all the stress and headache they caused, especially by being unhelpful by phone, they have been extremely unclear about when the cars will be delivered to my new house, leaving us stranded until they are delivered, which could potentially be 2 weeks after I’ve arrived at my new home. Save yourself the headache and choose anyone else!
Notice the unusual ratio of five stars to one Star reviews... the company is terrible. The Pick up was scheduled for Wednesday, no one ever showed up! no phone call until later on the following day. They promise to pick up on Sunday guess what nobody showed up! Jason from the company was your typical salesman, everything sounded to good to be true. Do not waste your time go with someone else. I work in legal contracting so they can go fly a kite if they think they’re going to get a dollar out of me, they’ve compromised the contract several times and my legal team will work to push any action if needed.

I high recommend that you do not use this company. They will lie and tell you anything. We placed a order and signed our contract over 2 weeks in advance to have our vehicle shipped for work, they never contacted us, they didn’t have our vehicle picked up on time and when called and asked they told us there is over a week wait period. We called and spoke with them they kept hanging up on us and gave us the run around with excuses. Then they lied and tried to charge us $250 when we only made a $100 deposit.... long story shorty DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM!
Horrible. Set up pick up for 23rd of June on the 19th. It is now July 6th. And these clowns are telling me they are still trying to contact a driver. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Ive called, chatted on various occasions with no resolve. The also said what I was quoted was way lower and trying to get a driver at that price. Sounds like their problem not mine.. I had to wait 10 business days from the original pick up date to cancel. How does that make any sense? They even tried to ask me to be patient and if I could still wait. They are crazy.. Steer clear. Worst experience ever...
I booked a transport with Roberta, in their defense I did only give them about 3 days notice to pick up the car, by the day before the car was supposed to be picked up, they still hadnt secured a driver, so I got a plane ticket to fly in and pick up my car. I called them to cancel and Alex V. called me back immediately, he got with Roberta and stated that they would honor the time frame they had promised (even though their contract says they have 10 days), since they couldnt secure a transport for me, they cancelled it with no charges. They were both very professional and polite. I would definitely utilize them again (with more advance notice). I am very happy with the way they handled this situation.

The price was as quoted. The driver had very well maintained, safe looking rig and equipment. The driver was clearly a professional who knew what he was doing. Car was delivered on time as promised. Would definitely use again.
Sure wish I had read the reviews before attempting to do business with this company. The response to most of the customers bad reviews are about the same However we have no record of you as a customer and so on. The guy on the phone assured me of a pickup date and they missed it and I had to get another company because no one called me back after I called and tried to find out what happen. They will respond with something to the nature of on the signed contract they have so many days but my thing is dont let the workers on the phone lie about it and tell us the 10 day part instead of hiding it in a contract that they know people dont read. If they started telling people important things like that and just not trying to get you to sign up fast they would have a lot less than 1 stars.
I am a military service member who is about to EAS in one day I was assured no way possible that my car would be delayed or not picked up and well my car is still sitting I’m leaving tomorrow and I have no idea what I’m going to do I have tried to reach out to the mangers to let them know how badly I need this to be done but all the customer service says is we will put you on a calling list. I don’t have the time to wait around they have truly caused the most inconvenience that they could by just putting me off. As a military member I would 100% not let and of my brothers and sisters ever use this company and I will let it be know word travels fast so I hope this post helps you before choosing to use them.
Nothing more to add when everything is perfect. 10 min. early arrival, great notification, friendly, affordable service. Will use again if need and do recommend. Tow price was 20% less than others. Thank you.
Scheduled June 26th and no one show up and I called and they said no driver yet. I requested 2 weeks ago and they said for sure pick up on 26th. Today is 28th still no one available, I already left to other state all my plan messed up now. I never write review but I have to write a review this time. Be aware they will said they can pick up the car but there is no back up plan.
I’ve used Ultimate 123 twice, Dana was very attentive to my needs, she worked hard to get my vehicles to there locations. The driver’s stayed in contact with me, from before pickup to point of delivery. I would not only recommend them but use them again if needed.
Was needing to transport a vehicle from VA to the state of AL and wasn’t familiar with how to get it done and this company handled everything from start to finish. The driver was very professional and really was careful in unloading my car after he brought it to my destination. Highly recommend this company and will use again if ever the need arises.
I used this business recently and was a little hesitant after I read reviews, however, I can personally vouch that within a 5 day window given to pick up my vehicle, my specialist (Harley) truly came thru for us. We shipped two vehicles from Kentucky to Virginia and both arrived at the designated drop off without incident. I would use again if needed. Denise
Worses business with this company ! Window time for pick up 4 days but they did longer than 4 days and I have to pay storage fees on action !
When calling to schedule they were very responsive. Once they have your deposit you dont hear from them and cant get a return call. The transport was guaranteed to pick up within 3 days. we are at day 6 and still havent heard from them. Ive hired another transport company to move the car. Dont use this company.
