I’ll admit, he may be a little eccentric, but he was excellent in follow through. I arrived to exchange the tank but it was closed. His cell phone was listed. He instructed me to leave the tank and that he would stop by my house after his current delivery.. As I wasn’t home, I had to instruct my wife . Mark called me a little while later and said that he was at the address but my son was there and not my wife. I chuckled and said, “well, that was not the right address” and gave it to him again. He laughed as well and then went to the correct address. My wife said he was very nice and considerate.

Bought some wood that unfortunately was probably cut down a week ago. Got belittled by Mark sitting in his truck. All he had to do was tell me it was green and I shouldnt burn it for a few months. But NOOO.... take the money Mark. Thats it, Take the Money Mark.

My husband and I went to Mark to swap our propane tanks. Easy peasy and not like the Big Box stores. Small-town feel and just how we like it! Thanks Mark! He waited until we got there and we were in and out.

Asked for a propane refill. They only do exchanges. Boss sitting in truck said hey come over here. I was gonna give you a new tank. I have a memory like a hawk. Dont come back here on a holiday, I will remember you. He then proceeded to list off the places to go and the red light cams on the way. I said youre talking to me like Im being an a-hole. I grabbed my tank, turned around and left. This guy is a joker. Dont waste your time.

This place seems very sketchy and one feels very uneasy just walking in with your empty propane tank. You quickly get the feeling that your imposing on this guys day, and he doing you a big favor by spending five minutes to refill your tank for you.He about as friendly as a Boar caught in a Bear trap and seems about as helpful as well. I honestly can’t understand how this dump remains in business, there other places to buy propane and firewood, I suggest using one of them.

I went today to buy firewood and just asked his price. He wanted to know how much I wanted to buy and I said I don’t know. He said a buck a stick. I repeated what he said “ a buck a stick” his response was to have a nice day. What a rude fool he is.

I was shocked when calling this company to inquire about pricing for firewood delivery. I asked what was offered as far as price and service and was hung up on. I have never encountered a company that operates this way and would be very wary about ever doing business with this company. I called back and the individual on the phone began screaming about my inquiry.The individual in the phone also threatened to sue me if I was to lodge a complaint about how the company did business. I am always worried doing business with anyone who would act in such a manner.

Been buying bulk firewood for couple years, my friend dealt with this clown. i refused to. wood was soggy, very hard to burn. stay away.
