We ordered three custom t-shirts for a special event for the American Heart Association. They are absolutely gorgeous! The fabric is high quality, the design is crisp and professional and the cut is flattering. The staff handling my order was kind and responsive. I was on a tight deadline and they delivered the t-shirts on time right to my doorstep. I will definitely order from ShirtiCap again!!!

DO NOT SLEEP ON SHIRTICAP!!! I repeat do not sleep on shirticap!! Finding them when I did at their Walt Whitman location was amazing. They have since then moved locations and expanded but their service remains the same —if not better. I placed orders with them 3 times and every single time they outdid themselves with brilliant quality and service. One of my orders was extremely last minute and I was afraid it would not be done in time because I gave it just a day prior. Customer service is lacking. No one acknowledged me when I walked in, which made me wonder if I was in the right place. Felt like I was bothering them when I went to place my order and even when I went in to pick it up. They will never get any of business ever again.
