The good: ordering was easy.The bad: I just received my order of “linzer torte” cookies and they are disappointing and tasteless. They are definitely not made from scratch or are authenticate. The filling is almost nonexistent. These cookies taste worse than store bought cookies. I have had better Pepperidge Farm cookies than Vienna’s cookies. I will never order from this company again. It was a waste of money.

These cookies are EXCELLENT, and the service is even better. Ordering from the Vienna Cookie Company is like getting in touch with family you havent seen in a while (which I guess a lot of us can relate to in the Covid Era!). I received these most delicious cookies from a friend in New York. They remind him of his childhood.Living in North Dakota I have never tasted a cookie so light and delicious. He sent me a large sampler and I ate each cookie like it was the last. I savored them.I sent him a box for Christmas and he was just as excited as I was. I wish I lived closer to your bakery and farmer’s market. I would be down there sampling and purchasing your wonderful creations.

We ordered heart-shaped linzer tart cookies for our November 2019 wedding guests as end-of-the-evening treats. Heidi was extremely easy to work with and responsive over email. She even coordinated day and time pickup with our wedding planner. Recommended as delicious treats for your guests – make sure to get a small torte (or two!) for yourself as a reward!

Heidi runs the best baking classes. Besides coming home with fresh baked goods, theyre really fun! I cant wait to try the chocolate cookies!

Id seen Vienna Cookie Company in Williams Sonoma and knew that meant their quality would be outstanding.The cookies lived up to expectations. They are beautiful. They are unique. They are varied. They are delicious!I purchased a variety of Linzer tarts and small cookies for Mothers Day. My mom and the few lucky people she shared with were wowed. Ive been back twice. The Vienna Cookie Company remains on my short list of places to visit when in Baldwin. Im trying to schedule myself into one of their baking classes.Try them. They are fairly priced for the exceptional quality. Youll be glad you did.

Their cookies are great. I buy several boxes every Christmas and give them to the post offices we go to. Everyone loves them.

Love Vienna Cookie Company! I took a baking class there & it was awesome to learn & make several authentic cookie recipes in just a couple of hours. The class was super fun & I got to take home sooo many treats to share at home!

My grandmother was born in Austria 🇦🇹. I have tried just about everything made at the Vienna Cookie Company. Austrian 🇦🇹 and German 🇩🇪 cooking is a dying art. Heidi specializes in Austrian specialities but once in a while a German specialty pops up. My fathers parents were German as were my husbands parents. Weve enjoyed everything weve bought and made in the cooking class. It brings us back to our childhood. Thanks for bringing back such wonderful memories and helping us give the younger members of our family pride in their heritage

I ordered their cookies through Williams Sonoma, it was high heat, mid summer. They sent the cookies with an apology note saying they couldnt send chocolate dipped dye to the excessive heat and would send a box of cookies in the fall. Imagine my surprise yesterday with a box of their delicious cookies. Thank you for a promise kept.

We were given a gift basket of delicious and beautiful cookies and cakes from the Vienna Cookie Company. Every mouthful was full of flavor; each type of cookie had a distinctive taste. You can tell that quality ingredients, expert knowledge and loving care went into every bite. Perfection!

I took the linzer tart cookie class, it was great. our instructir was patientand the cookies came out perfectly. i made the cookies at home as i was able to follow the instructions perfectly

Close your eyes and take a bite. You would think you were in Vienna, Austria not Baldwin, NY. I have tried several of their products, strudels and tarts. They were excellent and authentic. Call first to see when their retail area is open. When you do go, please let owner, Heidi know that Alison says hello.

They were at Oktoberfest in central park a few weeks ago. They were selling some Apple thing, dont remember exactly. It was not good. It was cold and dry and not worth the price.
