We had to buy a stove today and John waited on us. His department is kitchen design but he took care of us anyway. John was very professional and did an excellent job. He has been with Home Depot for 22 years. They surely need more people in that store that is as knowledgeable as John is.. Thank You John !!!!! Keep up the good work !!! Poor customer service and complete waste of time. Ive visited Home Depots across the country for every house reservation Ive ever done and have always received 5/5 service. At this establishment, a kind guy from plumbing guided me to customer service to call for assistance. Once there, everything went downhill. I was looked at and IGNORED for service by one and almost passed up by another before insisting I just needed someone to cut lumber for me. How frustrating! It took another 15-20 minutes of waiting before learning everyone assigned to lumber was pulled out of their station on some random assignment leaving customers like me with no help. Thank goodness theres a Lowes 6.7mi away where I can get better service.
Overpriced appliances & hardware items. Customer relation, knowledge, helpfulness regarding customers inquiries of purchases is remote. Cashiers, assistant management staff members are not customer friendly assocates. They make their own rules & decisions as they come up and as they feel.Good managers; previously employed here are no longer here. Poor care and stocking of merchandise & areas.
Great staff. But there prices have gone up without any reason. I know some items have increased. But not everything went up. It seems like a 10 percent increase across the board.

This is my least favorite Home Depot in the Baltimore area. They hardly have what Im looking for, stocks of everything are low, its hard to find someone to help me. Ive given this one several tries, as its the closes to my house but Im quickly realizing its just easier if I drive further out and get everything I was looking for in one trip.
I was looking for flooring and it had been almost 8 months since I saw the flooring I wanted. The salesperson, her name is Amy called me from time to time to see if and when i was ready for installation. She was so patient with me, showing me different types of flooring. I settled for the flooring I picked 8 months ago. I cant wait for the install. Kiddos to Amy. Great salesperson.
This Home Depot no longer has my support. They are back to refusing customers who dont wear a hospital mask to shop. Knowing that it doesnt do anything in regards to health. Its the most counterintuitive way to do business and it constantly brings that much more tension to the customers and the employees. Its not worth going to any business that constantly supports the flawed CDC methods. We literally just went through an entire summer without having to deal with anything like this and they want to go backwards. Dont waste your time going here.

We needed help ordering a new dishwasher. John helped us even though that wasnt his expertise. He went above and beyond and we left feeling great that we ordered the right machine and it will be installed in a few days.
Once again these employees made my day better. I was stressed from work until I seen them in the store while buyinga air-conditioner. Ms..Mary, Ms. Amanda and Ms.Jenn need to be mentors on how to be courteous and have excellent people skills. I truly appreciate them today, I needed to be uplifted today..Thank you so much!!!
Remember when you could ask someone a question and they Probally knew what you were talking about. Now...you cant even ask a question!! Still like little hardware stores.
If I could, I would give negative star. They have the worst customer service. Nobody is trying to help you. When you ask for help they let you wait at least 20-30 minutes before they actually help you with attitude. This is not a first time experience. This happens everytime I go in there.

I delivered carpet to the store for 10 years and it was my go to store whenever I needed something I live in Pasadena Maryland now and if it was closer Id be going there if I needed to go to home depot I especially like JIM PRASSINAS he always treats me well and he is a wonderful friend
I went in just to get a TV antenna I asked for help the gentleman knew exactly where to guide mee. Store was organized and parking was a very easy, all in all good experience
Conveniently located, decently stocked with the typical Home Depot goods.The quality of the service is lower than expected. For example, the last time I came to pick up paint, the specialist gave me a can that looked like they missed it completely on the first try - paint smeared everywhere! And it wasnt mixed well. Its a pretty automated process, so Im not sure how it could have been messed up so badly.

There needs to be a seminar given on customer service at this store. Some of the employees are great at it and others are severely lacking in these skills. I can understand having to take high value items to be checked out at the register because the store needs to stay in business but if smaller expensive items are not likewise guarded, the efforts will result in anti theft theater. I look forward to a better visit next time because I will keep my questions to myself.

It can be delivered to your home or picked up in store. Check out their furniture, you will be amazed how beautiful it is. Worlds best kept secret.

Home Depot’s are mostly the same. In general they have uneducated staff, so I avoid relying on them for any specific information. I usually just use the app on my phone to find the isle and bin the products I need are located on. This one has equipment rental. It’s less organized than some locations.
I wish I could give them no star, I had been waiting here for more than 15 minutes for someone to help me load some heavy bags no one has come out yet. I asked inside to help me out and they were very rude.

I cant go to this store anymore. Ive been shopping here since 2001, mostly to buy supplies for my houses in Greektown and Gardenville, but the last three times that I went here and parked on the lot near the Royal Farm store, I came out to find illegals looking in my truck. Three times this has happened. If I didnt show up when I did, Id have a repair bill for the truck and missing tools.I cant evict non-paying tenants because of covid-19, but I also cant afford to have my truck broke into and my tools stolen.

One of the worst experiences Ive had!! I ordered washer and dryer to be delivered and installed. They came to deliver looked at my hook up for washer and tell me they cant install, fittings not stable enough. I live in a mobile home ( It took me 2 seconds to remove the hoses).. They leave while I was on the phone with manager. Ohh at which time the foreigner called me a punta. I didnt hear it my kid did. Lucky I didnt hear it or some sh&t would have went down.The manager said hell look into it, havent heard back from him in 3 hrs. Called the delivery tell them to bring back and Ill install the washer. He said,, theyre done for the day...its 230. Have to reschedule. Ive been waiting a week already. I called corporate, they didnt care... have to reschedule for the following week.I dont care what anyone else thinks, thats HORRIBLE customer service. Especially when the night before you get a text to be home between 230 and 630 pm. Bottom line will not step in a home depot store or order online. Their loss, because theyve always had my business. Good luck home depot goers, get things done. 👎

They have everything you need for your home but the staff always seems like they are hiding or not around. The plumbing Dept is always their abs paint. Good luck with the other departments.

BRANDI was very unprofessional and unhelpful. I bought a grill yesterday and asked for it to be assembled. Today I went to pick up the assembled grill and she would not give it to me. She treated me like a thief and said they needed to look at the security cameras in order to give it to me even though we had the receipt. I will not be using this Home Depot any longer and Brandi should be demoted for her awful customer service and rude attitude.
Its really hard to rate home Depot for there are many different locations throughout Baltimore and the surrounding counties of Maryland some stores are more efficient and stopped will completely and to find things easily and some of my just the opposite the one I went to I couldnt find what I was looking for and not even a substitute but thats okay they do it work anyway

Busy as usual and not as crowded as expected. Like normal Mexican immigrants out side the parking lot harassing you for a job. Today the Home Depot gets three stars and not one star becuase of the cashier. Wish i caught her name. She surprised me and was actually pleasent and seemed to like her job.
VERY friendly and helpful staff. The deck box we came in for was on a shelf near the ceiling. The staff got it down and unwrapped the pallet for us. They even put it on our cart. Always a good experience at this Home Depot.

I bought a Dewalt 60 volt cordless weed eater it is the model uou can use other head units on it has plenty of power i have a town house lawn and is a great purchase for $299.00 very pleased with the power and run time of the unit.
Had a pickup order plus picked up a few other things pick up was easy simple the people were very courteous and very helpful and took care of me real quick
Crowds have died down tremendously as they have at most other stores so going in and out is a lot quicker now. Same quality products as always. Access to registers continue to be single filed in order to help with social distancing

I got one 2 weeks ago. Just wondering because I just got a new vinyl floor for my bathroom which had some gray in it. So I found a gallon of Opps paint which had gray in it for $7.00 what a steal.🤗😊🥰
I parked for curbside pickup, checked in online as instructed. Waited 20 minutes then had to call the store to get someone to bring out my purchase. My husband had a similar experience a few months ago.

Was transferred 12 different times to different reps and still nobody could help me out. Must have talked to every employee in the whole store. Took 25 mins. Visiting Home Depot today was not good at all I just needed my plywood cut 22 by 30 inches they call for service five times for someone to come and help me Ive been waiting since 10:30 and Im just leaving the store I am so disappointed I left with nothing the service people would not show up to attend to the to the customer that was my first time experiencing that..i hope it will be my last...
Typical home depot. Pretty much everything you need but staff is under trained or under paid. Cant usually find an associate unless you go to the service desk and the few you do run into dont seem to know where anything is. It is always clean and organized though and you can get some good deals around holidays or on the clearance end racks.
First off, home depot. Duh.Went today looking for a simple piece. 3/8 ID nylon tee coupling. First guy couldnt help me, out of stock, mis shelved, no idea. Thinking its gonna get a 1 star rating. But wait! Next associate is Connie. Discussing with her exactly what I need. She helps me rig a tee coupling out of several brass fittings, then walks me to the register to discount $20 in hardware down to the price I would have paid for the correct part of they had it. Thanks Connie!

Easily explaining exactly what i need, from what worked best with my current cor scheme, to what would be best for my dogs, brock is the epitome of what customer service is. Oh, and happy birthday! If home depot didnt throw you the most amazing birthday, then let me know. Once the new floors are in, we will throw you the birthday party you deserve!
