A&B Auto does the best work!! A few months ago I needed to have my hood replaced but was worried because I have special paint. They blended it perfectly!!! You would never know it was replaced! Then I needed auto body work done to the passenger side doors. I chose to go back to A&B because of the amazing job they did the first time and was very happy I did! Once again they did a wonderful job!!! In addition to their quality work they also are very professional. The owner couldnt be any nicer!! They have a clean waiting room you can sit in as well if you need to wait for your ride after dropping your car off. All around it was a very positive experience!!

Reliable mechanics and well priced even will work with you if your a regular there been going here for at least two years now for my car and bike even during the covid pandemic they have been more busy but still do a great job along with maintaining great customer service and not using covid as an excuse. Great experience! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I was involved in an accident that damaged the whole front end of my car. They fixed it quickly and it looks brand new again. You can’t tell at all that there was ever any damage. My boyfriend is now planning on having them fix a little body damage on his car. Would highly recommend going to this shop for any work you need done. They do everything.

Had to get some suspension work done on my Kia Optima. Most was covered by my insurance. But for the work that wasnt covered their pricing was really great. And their service is excellent. Great shop with a bunch of nice guys. I think the cheapest oil changes around too.

I was skeptical about this place ...because i seen inexpensive vehicles on the website and saying they will work with all credit situations....upon arriving i felt nothing but great vibes,superb customer service skills.. The guy KK is a excellent salesman..and got my wife into vehicle she trully loved. Now there were a few blemishes on the vehicle we didnt like but our salesman guaranteed upon purchasing..that they would fix...and they kept their word. We brought the vehicle back two weeks later and they held up to the end of their bargain...GREAT BODY WORK!! I recently purchased a car from A&B Autobody. I was the other party described by Ethan who wrote a 1-star review below, which just blows my mind. First off, I have been driving the car he describes in his review for several days 100% problem free. I was scheduled for 1pm and Ethan, who looked about 17 and came with his father, was scheduled for 1:30, but despite my already being there working with them, he felt entitled come along on my test drive. He just got in. Anyway, the car definitely had a misfire, so it was brought into the shop. Ethan stood off to the side with his father just radiating contempt. I guess he expected to be treated to a New Car Buying Experience and a flawless vehicle for his $8,000, and seemed aghast that this expectation was not met. He also seemed to believe that the Sales Guy, Roger, must have known the car had a problem and deliberately wasted his time (He states he drove an hour and a half to see the car in his review, and thats because the car was VERY reasonably priced, but he seemed to feel it should have been even better he was rude and pushy to both me and the sales guy)...Anyway, we immediately determined the misfire to be a bad ignition coil, a common problem which happens often and without warning. Ethan left in disgust, but Roger offered to replace ALL the ignition coils and plugs, and buff the car nicely if I paid asking price. I came back earlier this week to pick up the car and found he had been BETTER than his word: the car had been completely buffed out and looked great, interior and engine bay nicely detailed, misfire corrected with all new ignition coils etc, AND a bunch of preventative maintenance performed, such as new air filter, new cabin air filter, synthetic oil change, coolant flush etc. Overall the price was EXCELLENT for what I got and Roger was honest and helpful.... Im sure Ethan would disagree but I found this to be far better service than I would expect for such an inexpensive car, and the car has been problem free so far. I cant see how it could have been better, and its clear they run a solid body shop too. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service and expertise! Took my car here after a minor accident. Roger ran through all the changes that would need to be made and parts that would need to be bought. He had a clear idea of what was needed and explained it clearly. Gave a very reasonable price (far better than a few other body shops I also went to). Fairly straightforward communication. Its tough to identify a solid auto shop without understanding the engineering of cars. However, this place seemed to be clear in their explanation of what they have to do to assess and fix. More importantly, they were ready to listen to my questions and answer them. It didnt take weeks beyond the estimated repair time to fix my car. I did have to go back for second look at a part of the repair, but Im glad they willing ordered a new part and installed it without any extra charge. It only took another day to install and allow the part to properly dry/set. Did I mention they offered to drive me back home when I initially dropped off my car. I hope i dont have another car accident, but if I do, A&B is first on my list.

While transporting a vehicle from Georgia back home to Maine the idler pulley seized up as I was going through the tunnel. I had no power steering or brakes and lucky for me the guys here at A&B Autobody were right off the exit. It was 4 pm and they got the parts I needed right away and had me back on the road in 2 1/2 hours. Great service and people...if you find yourself in the area and having vehicle trouble these are the guys for you! This place is great. I came here to get some body work done on my car and I got a good price. The service was also great I highly recommend if you want good pricing and great service.

We were traveling back from NC to NY on a Saturday at 6pm when our AC stopped blowing cool air. It made some bizarre sounds and with two small kids in the car, we were nervous to travel without getting it checked out. I started googling car repair shops in hopes of finding one that would be open and came across A&B (open until 8pm on a Saturday!!!!). I called to see if they could take a look (we were about an hour away at this point) and they said absolutely. The gentleman I spoke with was very upfront that he would be able to tell us whats wrong but no guarantee that he could fix it that night since he would need to order parts. We got there at 715pm, they listened thoroughly and asked a few questions then took a look at the car. They confirmed that the air compressor died and they would not be able to repair it that evening but double checked the rest of the engine to make sure it was safe for us to continue our drive. This repair shop was excellent and extremely helpful in our emergency situation. The rest of the ride to NY was hot but we at least knew we were safe to be traveling.

The guy helped us out great put us right on the left very nice Tatian explain everything but he should’ve called us and told us it was gonna be more than what he said the estimate was it was $100 more and there was no communication very unhappy and dissatisfied because they did not call me and will not release my car till I pay them that extra hundred dollars which I should have not of been made to pay at all and I even suggest that we both split it I eat half the ETF no he said he wasn’t gonna admit that he was wrong and should’ve called us but said that there was a lack of communication horrible experience will not be going back because of that I do not recommend this place to anybody chop shop this definitely is a chop shop. I wanted new wheels and tires they acted like they didnt want to bother. They kept talking about used tires, and giving crazy prices for wheels. Basically saying they didnt want my business. Drove to Walmart placed the order, went back 2 days later, the price was so good I got an oil change also.

I had a terrible experience with a different shop with a MD inspection. I’m not originally from here, so I don’t know where to take my car. That guy told me it was a CV axle, I went to do it myself even bought the part...turned out he meant the driveshaft. I took a chance and took it to A&B down the road for some help since I was running short on my 30 day inspection window. They replaced the driveshaft and redid the inspection all at a reasonable cost and time. They didn’t try to sell me on BS either. Just did what needed to be done to have a safe ride. I would recommend this shop.

Worst car buying experience ever. I went to look at 335i which I was told had no issues. When I get to the shop after driving an hour and a half one of the workers are out with a jump pack cause the car wouldnt start. There is also another person there to look at the car because they had us both scheduled at the same time to look at the car. When they finally got the car to start i could hear that there was an obvious misfire and in top of that the turbo wasnt spooling. Another concerning thing about the car was that the front bumper had a few fish eyes which lets me know it was repainted and in an accident, which wouldnt of been that big of a deal if the hood wasnt having issues latching. Even after this all the person showing me the car named Roger kept denying the car had any problems. I just wish they would have been honest with me and not straight up lie to my face. My advice stay clear because I wouldnt trust them or any of the work that they do at the shop. If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could I would give no stars....this place is horrible. First I called and no problems. Was told call back in thirty minutes and did then was told Ill call you back. That never happened. I called back about a week later told him I was still waiting for his call. He then proceeded to get me to come down to look at my car. We agreed on a time for 3 p.m. and he wasnt even there for our meeting. Then calls me the next day to ask me to drive up there again. I was furious that he thought he could ask me to come back down there. What so I can be stood up again. This is not how you run a business. The guy that was even in the front telling me that the boss is not in right now could barely speak english...all around worst place I have ever been to and I have worked at mechanical shops before.
