Were great to deal with. Never complained when I kept calling to check status of my car. Everything was ready when I dropped off and picked up. Will use them again when needed!

I am so pleased with the experience and outcome of my car. My front grill was destroyed so my insurance recommended Camden Body and Fender to get it fix. The process was super quick and they were able to get me into a rental with no issue. I got my car back in three days and it looks great they even cleaned my car which that was really nice of them to do. Thank you so much I am extremely pleased.

Never again will I go here. Customer service good but when it comes to repairs your vehicle NOPE. I went to them back in January for an accident to my driver side. I thought my car was fixed until 9 months later I have to kick out over $700 for a sensor replaced from the dealer due to bad wiring by this body shop. They will never get another dime from me. Im sure I cant get my money from back from them because of the length of time but they will never get my service again. Thank goodness the issue was caught before other major damage happened.10/23/19- Im aware i brought my vehicle to you in July. I was not talking about that. I clearly stated I brought my vehicle to Camden in January. Reading is fundamental.

I order from them very often. I love there food. I have not turned anyone on to this place who didnt love their food. However the wait time can be REAL!

My parents and insurance company told me to use Camden auto body. I had an an accident that messed up my axel and my back bumper. There was more internal damage. The car itself wasn’t functioning great to begin with (I believed I got a lemon).Mike fixed my car. I don’t know what he did, but he actually made it work better than before the accident! I will probably still end up selling it, but at least now it works better! Mike is fantastic at fixing cars!PS the secretary is not nice. Many times we called up and she acted like I was bothering her or something. She called us to have the car picked up. She called and said “when are you dropping it off?” My husband said uh we can’t drive it? Then she said oh I see the bold letters on this sheet that said you need to tow... and the third party towing gave us nothing but problems but they finally picked up the car and the guy on the tow truck was nice and apologized for the delay.Other than that they fix cars really well! Thanks Mike! Hopefully we won’t need to be back but if we do, we will use you again!

I was referred here by my insurance as one of their trusted auto body shops. And they were amazing the repairs on my car were to the damage on the front due to an accident. They repaired my car quickly considering the damage and it looked better than when I drove it off the lot. When I came to pick up my car they explained everything and gave me a comprehensive receipt of everything that they fixed, replaced, or checked on my vehicle. And from that alone you could tell they were very thorough and took care in making sure everything was up to standard. I did run into a minor issue after leaving my headlight wasnt working and I came back unannounced might I add and they immediately helped me and grabbed someone to look at my headlight. Their service is impeccable and their attention to detail. Id reccomend them to anyone who needs repairs! 👍🏻

This is the worst auto shop Ive ever experienced! Tom is a liar and should not be believed when he quotes an estimated completion time. Tom has repeatedly told me that my car would take 2 - 2 1/2 weeks AT MAX, he has had my car FOR OVER A MONTH and it still isnt finished to date!! I only call once a week for an update and Tom completely treats me like an inconvenience and it seems every week I check in the LONGER my car takes. I would be much more understanding and likely to return as a customer if I was not being lied to and made to feel like a burden. I have even asked to have my car moved to another shop to be finished faster - Tom lied and told me my car was being sent to the paint shop and should be done as of yesterday; I called to check and he said he needed to order more parts and it will be another week at least. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS JUNK YARD! THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND INCONSIDERATE OF OTHER PEOPLES LIVES!

In 2012 I got into a fender bender and my insurance company somehow had Camden Body and Fender on their list of repair facilities. It was the closest facility to where I lived at the time, so off I went.The state of my car upon return was terrible. They fixed the dents but the interior was a mess and not how I left it. In addition, my iPod was stolen from my glove box. Shame on me for leaving it in the car when I dropped it off but Im not into victim blaming. I called the shop directly to report that my iPod was stolen, but there was no effort to address it or work with me on determining how I left my car in their care with an iPod that was no longer there when I picked the car up.I would not recommend this place to anyone and if I could go back and do everything over I just would have left my car in disrepair. Do not give your business to this terribly unprofessional organization.

Its a hit and miss in this shop. I have to take my car back due to a sloppy repair.
