Just left Certified today after Frank finished changing my tires and brakes. Not gonna lie, I’m a little scarred from other mechanics doing poor jobs with my car in the past. But I was SOOO HAPPY when I got my car back PERFECT. The tires and brakes felt so new. I’m glad I finally found someone I can trust to take my car to.

I visited Certified Collision just last week because a friend of mine was saying a lot of good things about the owner, Frank. He told me if I want a high quality job done, I should take it to his shop. I was having issues with the engine on my 2006 Volvo S60. After speaking with frank about it, he diagnosed the specific problems really well and gave me an estimate of time when it would be complete. I know how most body work shops usually are late when it comes to repair but Frank ended up finishing right on time. At first I was skeptical, but the car runs exactly like what it was before I had the engine issues, which was exactly what I was looking for. I would honestly give 6 stars if I could.

Brought my vehicle back to life - great service and professional staff

Single most honest and considerate mechanic ive used in 25 years. Went 6 years ago based on the suggestion of my insurance company and havent gone elsewhere since, for everything from my 02 Acura to my 2015 Maserati Ghibli Q4 for paint and body work. Frank and Al are gentlemen.

From the second I walked in, Frank and his team were there to help. Someone had backed into my Jetta, denting the fender and door. Frank came out and took a look, and gave his honest opinion - being a black car, popping the dent out would still show. He was able to get my fender and door panel replaced within a week - actually sooner - it was done earlier than I could even pick it up! While they were in there, they also fixed my window module - on the house. Very knowledgable and friendly staff, and Frank is an overall great guy. I have an official body shop/mechanic now, and will recommend Certified to anyone who needs the same.

This place is very unprofessional and rude. I dropped my vehicle off Friday morning when the open to get a spark plug changed I call at 4 on Friday and still not done then I call all day Saturday get no answer or no call saying if my vehicle is ready the next time I call I get to that its not my problem if my vehicle isnt done now I get to miss work on Monday because its still not ready and I cant pick it up this is ridiculous and dont make no sense to me the guy answering the phones is so disrespectful and doesnt care about his customers I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will never go back
