I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH BETTER THAN GLEN BURNIE SHOP THEY ARE FAST POLITE OPEN ON TIME AND THE MANAGER IS GREAT AND ON THE JOB SITE, PRICES ARE GREAT REPAIRS ARE ALWAYS THE RIGHT THING NOT JUST PART SWAPPING.

I have been taking my cars here for about 3 years now. They do great work. They diagnose the problem and fix it the 1st time. They are affordable and very nice to deal with. I tell anyone who needs their car fixed to go here. I am very satisfied with their service.

They are reasonable in prices and it wasnt what the first and second shop i went was saying ...it was wheel bearing. The other shops was saying it was my caliper and suspension ensue but in la familia there staff was more than enough nice to explain what was the real problem and i have my car back in 3 hours because they have people in front of me . line up . good work guys. I came across this shop one Saturday morning just on a whim because I had just drove across town looking for an open shop (why are most mechanics closed on Saturdays??) I explained to the owner what was needed (per another mechanic) and he concurred that I needed bushing replaced but he also informed me that I needed a new drive shaft..something the other mechanic told me was fine. Not only did he get me a drive shaft for a great price, he saved me over $700!! I will be having some other work done to my vehicle and have officially made him my go to mechanic!!
