Nice place, but had problems with the self-ordering machine because the sandwich I selected seem to be limited to 2 bagels, when all of them should be available. I also think all the meats should be available for breakfast sandwiches also - an egg/corned beef/avocado would be an interesting combo.What I truly appreciate was that you get what you pay for. Unlike other food places that put cheese on everything and when you dont want cheese, theyll remove it, but still will charge you for it, THB Bagelry itemizes their ingredients.I look forward to trying my next breakfast sandwich there.

Everytime I order from here it gets worse and I really used to love the food here. Now its hot or miss. I ordered a Taylor ham egg and cheese on an egg everything bagel toasted with extra meat salt and pepper and got a non toasted egg everything babble no extra meat no salt or pepper. Totally not worth 11 bucks! The cheese wasnt even melted smh. . Not cool at all. If you do ho here check the quality of your food and make sure you get what you pay for. I dont think the staff cares anymore.

Bagel with cream cheese order(see photo of my Bagel)???? No way to ask for an adjustment via the app. Last time I ordered they were closed, app took my order and money. Again, no way to get a refund as they were closed. Deleted app, finding a new place for a Bagel.

Their bagels are missing the classic chewiness of New York Style bagels. Theyre more like a grocery store Thomass bagels than a real NYC bagel. Ive tried it a few times over the years and Im surprised at how busy it is considering their bagels are mediocre at best. Do they even boil their bagels?

They really need to work on how to get orders out the door faster.

Ordered delivery for lunch during a weekday, around 1:30 p.m. A gluten free everything bagel sandwich, and a croissant sandwich for my husband. Everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. The amount of bacon on my sandwich was awesome - definitely a good value.

Their bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel is simply magical. FYI, They also are currently requiring everyone wear a mask.

Ive ordered delivery from this restaurant several times. The first time I ordered from them the driver took my food to the wrong place so I never received my order. For the next several orders I had to verify my address for delivery as if I made the error. Today the restaurant gave my food to the wrong driver and then refused to send another. I called to speak with the manager and was told she was busy...as if Im not. Im now busy and hungry. Whatever system they have for delivery orders they need to evaluate that system and do better.

Very busy place for Sunday brunch/lunch, but the service was fast and people cleared out of the tables quickly too! My bagel with lox was delicious - a good balance of cream cheese, capers, lox, etc. to have everything blend together. The latte I had was also great! Not too bitter but still full of flavor.

The food is good, if it ever arrives. Your restaurants attention to detail is sorely, and I mean sorely lacking when it comes to handing orders off. I understand the need to expedite food, but please pay attention to last names on orders.

Definitely a Baltimore classic 👌 I would recommend ordering online during peak or if you’re in a hurry. The canton location has a huge organized place for orders and covid regulations. I’m a huge fan of the veggie sandwich with an Asiago Egg bagel 😋

Serious bagels. They will rival anything coming out of New York City. Come here and have a bagel, and you will realize that other places are not selling bagels. Theyre selling sponges made to look like bagels

Bagel sandwiches are great! So is their service! Very friendly and attentive to the customer! They are also very fast! I wont be getting anymore coffee there though. I got a latte and wasnt pleased.

Although I live far from Canton, I always enjoy driving through this wonderful section of Baltimore. I have seen the Bagelry and Deli of Canton sign from the road, but I have never visited this shop. That is until the other day when I was fortunate enough to order carry out from this excellent Deli. I consider myself somewhat of a Maven when it comes to bagels, and now I have found the perfect and most delicious bagel I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Everything about my visit was delightful, and I also want to mention the excellent service and servers. Don’t miss this great Baltimore Bagel experience!

THB used to be my favorite bagel shop when I lived here in Baltimore. I just visited and have to say I underwhelmed. The kiosk system is time consuming and not very user friendly. A commonly ordered page on the front would be a great way to speed up the process. One of the bagels ordered was wrong, but I was too hungry to go back. The bagels are still delicious.

If it weren’t for gaining weight, I’d go here every day to eat bagels! My very first experience was great; Cash not accepted (during Covid) which I was not aware of. I must’ve seemed bummed about it because as I walked out the door, staff member (Dilan) stopped me to give me a coffee on the house since I could not buy anything due to no credit card. That sweet gesture and great customer service won me as a permanent customer!!!

Bagels were pretty good, but not up to my NJ/NY standards. They also mixed up our order a little. The best part of our meal was the strawberry banana smoothie!

I love ALL the Towson Hot Bagels locations, but I hate their cream cheese—it is terrible! It tastes like paste. Nastiest stuff I have ever put in my mouth.

Im going there almost every day to pick up my food before going work.. the service at canton is relative good (food is good ), and i want to say congrats! For everybody that work in the kitchen because the work over there is so hard and they try to keep every order on time, but i found unprofessional workers at front giving you the order.. usually at front always is working one old Lady with bad caracter and when you ask for the order she dont know to give you one nice explanation, she dont know took in a good manner . I work for customer service long time and for me people like that need to be behind scenes.. a good face up front leaves a lot to say!!

I wouldnt leave a review unless I felt it was really necessary - I have ordered from THB several times but today my boyfriend found a LONG hair in his Bacon, Egg and Cheese bagel. This has really changed my view of this establishment - I doubt Ill ever trust them again or recommend them to anyone locally. I live so close in the area and wish this could have stayed a local favorite. Super disappointed.

THB continues to disappoint. I am now done with THB for good. Online ordered a HamEggCheese on an everything bagel with a side of Bacon...they gave me what seemed to be someones returned SausageEggCheese on a Wheat bagel???This is not the first time they have gotten my order wrong but it will be the last time because Ill never be back. Would rather drive 30 minutes from Canton to Bagel Works in Hunt Valley.

Everything bagel with sausage, egg and cheese. It was good, Id return, but its not the best bagel Ive had in the area. I screwed up parking across the street in the lot it was $10 for 0-2hrs. Next time Ill find street parking, but thats my bad. Need to return and try more options.

This might sound weird, but most tender bagel Ive ever had. Nice crispy outside, soft and tender inside. Everything bagel with plain cream cheese. Delicious. Havent had THB since I was in Towson like 10 years ago. Hope to be back soon!

Ive ordered from here several times during the pandemic via Uber Eats and definitely recommend. Every single item Ive ordered has been absolutely delicious and beautiful. I admire this place for making everything to order. I look forward to visiting this place in person once everything returns to normal.

Four times I’ve ordered and four times I’ve paid for mistakes. Never again. I’m expecting a full refund on the $10 Lox sandwich and got a veggie sandwich, the two day old bagels and croissants.

What can I say its THB. If youve never been there its right near the harbour, on a nice day out you can sit outside and watch the world go by. Bagels are fresh and theyve got all your go tos breakfast bagels with egg, sausage, lox, whatever you want. Just know its usually fairly hopping especially on weekend mornings.

Service was outstanding.The prep area was a mess -- dirty and needed cleaning, dining area was spotless.I think the prices are comparable to restaurants who have table service and the deli doesnt. Overall 7 out 10. I may go there again to try their breakfast.

Had an amazing bagel for breakfast with sausage egg and cheese. It was soft and warm. The line wasn’t long when I arrived. There is both inside and outside seating if you would like. Offers many different bagel flavors and you can basically build your own bagel. Overall it was great!

THB Can be one of the best bagels in the area, but it really depends on when you show up. If things are moving quickly during high traffic times, then good luck getting anything toasted. The last time we went during a Saturday morning rush, we waited over 30 minutes to 2 bagels with cream cheese as they had forgotten our order twice...
