They require you to write your bank info on a waiver saying it is for fraudulent activity.Had money stolen off that card the same week . Person made a duplicate card using my numbers. Not saying it was this business b/c its still under investigation but if you had a same situation occurred then we may be on to something.Other than that hair was good. You must keep extra oil on deck

I really loved this place, because of the AWESOME CUSTOMER service. Several places that sale hair have horrible attitudes, but at her imports you never have to experience that. The time I went I believe it was the owner there who helped me. It was later they were closing in an hour, but the guy he treated me like they had just opened and I was doing the loan program for the hair (you know how long that process can be). The guy was very nice I felt comfortable spending money with him. Also, it helps that their HAIR IS THE BOMB!!!!!!!!! The hair is soft, manageable, and of course NO SHEDDING!!! Im so excited for my next time going, because they make you feel comfortable and wanted like a lil oasis. The friendliness of the staff and the knowledge they had about all of the hair they sold was great. The woman who helped me made me feel so comfortable coming to them for my first weave and helped me color match and figure out which texture was best for me. I will never buy another hair brand after having HerImports! I repeat NEVER! Her imports is hands down the best damn hair Ive ever had. I order my hair and drive back home to Delaware to have it installed and maintenance. I buy hair just to have as a reserve because the prices are the BEST for the quality, but as long as you take care of it like your own it will always last.

Ive had this hair several time I had Mongolian curl and deep wave I love them both the curl pattern last, it hardly shed, easy to comb through, Ive used the same hair on different occasions and it still had the same effect. When I curl it it becomes so bouncy the closure is amazing. I would recommend this hair its the best Ive used so far😍😍😍😍😍

I stumbled upon her imports through a friend who doesnt wear weaves but recognized good quality hair. Well, being I was running out of options with all the stores saying they have grade A hair and really didnt..When I walked into her imports I was warmly greeted and guided towards the hair I was interested in, I was even pointed in the direction of a great stylist..it has now been 5 months since I brought my hair and it is still as soft and bouncy as when I first bought it. My experience was wonderful when i went to the store and purchased some of the products but as far as the quality of the cling water resistant adhesive the product does not stand up for the results they promise. Ive only had my unit on for three days. On day two i had to apply more adhesive as well as on the third day because my unit came off in the back. Im very unsatisfied with my purchase especially since I spent 63 dollars on a product that doesnt work properly

I called this location with inquires about some pricing and they were always friendly and supportive. You definitely have a lifetime client.

Hands down the best hair I ever bought! Its thick from root to tip. I referred all my friends to them. I will only buy hair from here . I always get complements on this hair. Ive been wearing this hair since last summer everyday day. I normally get a sew in every two months . I have colored this hair so many times too. I advised to deep condition the hair every two weeks and shampoo at least once a month . Also if you color or bleach wait a week then add clear coat to seal the color.

I do not recommend Her Imports to anyone from my horrible experience. When I first get there I ask for 16-18-20, but they only had 18 and 22 that was closest to the lengths that I wanted. She then told me that she would componsate me on my purchase for the inconvenience of not having the hair that I wanted in stock with a discount. So I proceeded to take the 18-22 inch with a closure until I called my stylist and he told me to just get two bundles of 18 instead and a closure. I paid, but then she didnt have $5s or 1s, so we had to walk to two different stores for change. Then it isnt until I was gone getting my hair installed that I realized that I was over charged $25 by her charging me for the 18-22 with closure, but I got the 18-18 with closure. I later contacted her thinking this will be a small issue to resolve an obvious problem, but instead she told me that because she gave me 15% off for them not having the bundles that I wanted it doesnt matter what I was charged for because I still got a deal and didnt pay what I would have paid without the discount. How is that a discount if I was over charged in the same instance? You cannot just ring people up for whatever you want. So she proceeds to ignore my calls and go back and forth with me, very unprofessional. The business must not be doing to well if they have to steal $25.

I then become a rep/model .. I installed my hair multiple times and recolored it multiple ways I loved it so much I had a 14 in closure with 22,24,26 .. I was referred to her imports from my stylist. Living in Anne Arundel county Im right in between to locations. I decided to go to the Baltimore location because it was on my way to work. The young lady that was that helped me was more then great! She reminded me of the service you receive at chic fila :) She helped me pick out the right length and hair type. She even walked me upstairs and back downstairs because it was a huge building and she didnt want me to get lost. We talked about hair and I left there more knowledgable about what I was buying. When your spending money you want to feel like its worth the money your spending. The product speaks for isnt self but great customer service goes a long way! I get compliments all the time on my hair. I make sure I tell everyone were I got my hair from and the location!

When I first walked into the location I was greeted by a young lady name Miesha. She was really nice and showed me all the textures of hair! she also was very knowledgable about the products and answered all my questions. I have been here a few times but each time I get very annoyed and ask myself WHY didnt I just order it online! Less Hassle. Its hard to find unless you know Baltimore. Its inside this old hotel that they turned into condominiums. You have to pay for parking. Once inside you walk to the elevator and an employee is there to give you a security code once you get upstairs. You get in this small elevator and go to the 11th floor. thats where you put in the security code to get through another door. Then you walk down a long hallway. Im expecting this big extravagant store. With many employees and lots of options. Mainly because of how they advertise and plus all the security you have to go through to get inside. It is far from that. The office is the size of a walk in closet. They have some samples sitting on the desk. And this particular time that I went they didnt even have what I wanted. However the sale ended that day and they wouldnt honor it for any other day even though they didnt have the product. So I purchase something different and was told because I am getting it on sale I have to pay an additional $25 fee because I am using my debit card. To avoid the fee I have to use cash. Which means I have to walk back down that long hallway, get back on that small elevator and go to the ATM. You can only withdraw $200 from the ATM at a time. So I had to make 2 transactions which cost me $5 each. Then go back up on the small elevator, walk back down the long hallway. And made my purchase. All the other times the employee was very nice and helpful but this one not so much. I wont let this experience change how much I love their hair. It is the best!!!! But next time I will definitely order online to avoid all of that hassle!!!

Throughout my experience of nonfulfillment virgin hair suppliers, Her Imports effectively and successfully supply superlative virgin hair. I order four bundles of the Brazilian body, an 18, 20, 22, and a 24. I washed the hair numerous of times and the wave pattern continued to maintain and sustain. I also styled the hair by flat ironing and wand curling it. Although I ordered a wavy texture, it was able to become silky straight. I recommended this hair to three of my friends and they absolutely loveeee ittt!!! Virgin hair is very popular, and many consumer are not getting what they paid for, but Her Imports stops the falsity. And I will be ordering curly hair for the summer.
