DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE. Worst protection service you can get with TRUST ME. If you want to cancel before your contract is up they will charge you $700+ And they dont even tell you when you sign up

Incompetent customer service that actually led me to disarm my system and couldnt help fix it. I kept being transferred and being kept on hold nobody seemed to know what they were doing. I am now partially deaf and I kept asking the lady that I last spoke to to speak up I didnt call her any names and she kept saying to stop cussing her? What rude lady? The alarm that you cannot seem to fix has deafened me Mathew shaun and conviniently the last lady didnt say her name. INCOMPETENT & very USELESS to my situation right now. Next time if you dont know how to fix a problem dont mislead a customer into creating a bigger problem find someone that knows what theyre doing if any. If I could give you less than a quarter of a star I would. I will follow up and if I dont gain my hearing back I will follow back even harder.

Protevtion 1 is a scam. They took over ASG. I paid ASG in full for 3 years. I canceled almost 1 year early. Now I am getting letters from Protection 1 stating that I owe them $280.65. When I called they had no record of me paying in full, I had to go to my bank and get a copy of the check and send it to them. Now they are saying they dont have record of my cancellation and that they would downgrade my payment to $180.65. I have filed a complaint with BBB. I have not heard from ASG since I cancelled in 2014. Now someone merges with them and wants money.

Protection ones technicians come back frequently again and again because they lack the knowledge of their job.
