Just to be able to get what I need to make my home & Family smell nice is fine with me. Nothing about this particular store is out of the ordinary.

Trash. This bath and body works was awful! No one spoke a word to my fiance and I until I had a question probably 15 minutes after being inside of the store. Then at checkout an associate named Amberlynn decided to give the MOST attitude Ive ever seen. So freaking rude and disrespectful.

I love bath and body works. Its one of my favorite places to go. Store always smells amazing and the staff is very freindly and helpful. I saw Forever Red and decided to try it. Was told by the staff that it usually only comes out around black friday but so many people keep asking about it that now its permanently there. Cant wait to shower and try it. I got the body wash, lotion and spray. It was buy 2 and 1 free. Not a bad deal.

An extension of bath and body works. No real difference between the two, some of the same scents. They sell some of the same things.

Thought the wait would be insane but surprisingly it wasnt. And they were fully stocked...at least for my selection

Love bath and body works because they always have deals and sale prices. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. Make sure to sign up for emails because thats where you get all the coupons and savings. Each week there is something on sale and something is always free. I wish they had a point system to earn free items.

For the best fragrances ever you have to get Bath&Body Works. My home always smells Wonderful all year round. And personally Ive never felt more Beautiful using the different kinds of fragrances. But I have a favorite for each season.. From shower gel, to body mist and of course lotion. Candles also soothes and relaxes me from my Day of work.

They had so many selections! I always get my hand soaps at Bath & Body Works! And the sale was great! $3 each! Thats exactly why I went! Also, had coupons to use which allowed me to purchase gifts also! I love the fact that you can use multiple coupons at once! And I LOVE FREE GIFTS!!!! Keep them coming BBW!! 🙏❤💜🔥🤶🎅🎄🎁🙏

I Shopped at Bath & Body Works on 5/25/19, the White Marsh Mall store. They sell my favorite room spray, Japanese Cherry Blossom. Not very big but effective on scent. They were 2 for $12.00, which helped. The store was fully stocked.

Service was good and we made a great purchases with a gift card, product and the amazing candles. The one suggestion I would have is that the buy 3 and get 3 free was a bit confusing, particularly after the lovely gift wrapping. It left you with the perception that by purchasing one of the three pack gifts, you received one of the three packed gifts free. Instead, you pay for the three most expensive items and you get the three lesser valued items free. I did not realize it until we were home. But, I let it go because of the holidays. I love the candles, so I will be back.

They always have my favorite scent( Japanese Cherry blossom) in stock! Staff are friendly and helpful w/ coupons. I 💗this place.

This is a very nice location. The selection is awesome, and they have a lot of good sales. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely shop at this location again.

It was great the staff was friendly. Store well stocked and they actually had the candle samples in front of the wall flower refills which is always annoying in the other stores when they dont. I dont live that close to that location anymore however I will travel 25mins for better services. Good job staff.

Really nice, engaging staff that are willing to help you with anything! The store connects to their candle store. Theres a ton of product, nothing was sold out, and everything was super neat and organized.

They need to put prices on stuff and put on correct shelf and please train your staff proper procedure to buy sail items, no one knew anything!

Customer Service at Bath and Body Works in White Marsh Mall is horrible. Stood in line and no one acknowledged I was standing there. Two employees proceeded to talk about what gifts to buy instead of ringing me up. Will never shop there again.

I love this place I shop here throughout the year for candles and bath and body products. Right now they are having their Semi-Annual Sale which lasts about a month so love that!!

They were having a great sale when I went. Great deals. Nobody was being a pushy salesman. They asked if I needed help with anything, and when I said no, they let me alone. I hate it when they try to push products on you.

The only reason I gave 1star is due to the fact I was not allowed to do this review without clicking 1. However I drove 50 mins to come to this location to take part in the sale and I was greeted by a wonderful woman who insisted I carry a bag but I refused since I did not wish to overspend. She was AMAZING!!!! CHARNA is the reason for this poor review. She was RUDE and NO WAY POSSIBLE POLITE. Her CUSTOMER service skills definitely needs a little tweaking!!!! SHE should NOT be in this line of business. This is one reason why I always purchase online. For EMPLOYEES such as herself.

I hate that you cant buy the older fragrances in the store. Lot of the new scents are horrible. Wont be back until original cherry blossom chestnut and argan and essential amber returns. They should publicize if and when they come back for the annual or semi annual sale. Have to wait too long for mailing when ordering online.

Nice when they are having a sale. If not i dont shop there. But, usually they are having some type of sale. You can get some things on line and they have a clearance sale too on line and in the store. But they usually charge $5.99 for shipping on line. Bummer.
