This was the most fraudulent experience I have ever had at a dealership. They listed their price on all sites for $39,095 dealer price. So I called to validate and the car was still there and that was the price. When I arrived they had no physical price on the vehicle. A sales person took me in and sat me down and showed me the price of $50,095. This was 11k more than listed. They said it was due to all these incentives that don’t apply to me. Then I was just walking out and they said let me at least talk to the manager because they want to sell me a car. I wanted the car so I stayed and gave them a chance. They lowered it to $45k at the lowest after 30 minutes. This was still $6,000+ over the internet and call in verification price. Then to make it worse, the salesman took a call during our conversation to where he pretended someone else coincidentally was interested in the exact same vehicle and I was very lucky I was there. What a scam! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste even a minute.One photo is the internet price listed. Second photo is a photo of the salesman’s screen.

Josh is a great guy. He was a pleasure to do business with. After that, It’s all down hill. They lied to me continuously. They are misleading and don’t really care about customer service. I recently bought a keep for my daughters sweet 16. What should have been a joyful day, was ruined by the management at Antwerpen cdjr. I am also in the market for another vehicle that I would have loved to purchase from them. After my dealing yesterday, I wouldn’t buy a drink from the vending machine they have. I did buy the car from them only because of my daughter. So I guess the jokes on me.

Mrs Jennifer has been my contact person at Antwerpen keep in Catonsville Md. this young lady is very good at her position. She informs me of my required service and always has a bright smile even though it’s early when I bring my vehicle in. The maintenance on my vehicle is well served by your technicians and staff. Jennifer is one of the main reasons I bring my 🚗 to this location. She deserves a raise if that is possible because she keeps customers returning.

Dont trust these guys. I called to inquire about a vehicle I saw on the website, trying to get pricing info. Darla would not give me much info on the phone and pressed me to come in to get the best offer. I live 45 minutes away and have three kids, so I wanted to find out as much as I could before coming in. She pressed and said she would set me up with a personal appointment with a certified sales manager to get everything I need. In the end I agreed to come in that same day, about 2 hours after I initially spoke with Darla. When I arrived no one knew I was coming. They looked me up in the system to see if an appointment had been scheduled - it had not. A sales guy on the floor tried to work with me, but he had no idea what I wanted. Once we discussed the car I was interested in, he went running around back and forth while I sat and waited for over 45 minutes, only to find out that they sent the vehicle to another dealership just before I arrived. They wasted about three hours of my time that could have all been fixed by just talking amongst themselves or just looking out of their window. In the end they tried to sell me on getting a car sent to them from another dealership - No Thanks, Ill go to the other dealership.

Im totally unsatisfed with my entire experience today Monday August 16th at Antwerpen on rt 40 by Sams Club. Regarding a transmission issues on my vehicleWe called to Friday 13th 💀 which I was told to drop my vehicle off Sunday which we did. Following all directions filling out the paperwork .this morning Mike in service department called .to explain that they will look at my vehicle within the next THREE WEEKS yes 3 weeks . I said nevermind please put my key under the car mat .I will pickup at 5pm today ..I go with my husband ..mike is not there and no one can find my KEY !!! I tossed someone desk upside down found my own key ! I do not recommend anyone deal with JACK SAYS YES ..NO NO NO NO .

My fiancee recently visited this dealership and had a terrible experience. Initially she scheduled an appointment for engine diagnostics on a Thursday which the online portal allowed, and was told she would receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. The email never came so she called the dealership and spoke with a very helpful customer service woman. The woman explain that the site never should have allowed her to schedule that and if she could reschedule for early the following week. This was no problem with this and we were very understanding for the glitch.For the scheduled Tuesday morning appointment, she was permitted to drop off the vehicle on Monday night. As Tuesday night rolled around with no phone call, she called the dealer and after being on hold for a very long time and transferred to the wrong department 5 times, she finally got on the phone with the mechanic. He explained how busy the day had been and we were very understanding about that this time of year but only mentioned that we would have liked some form of call to confirm they even had the vehicle. We called the following morning and they brought up the estimated cost. After requesting an itemized bill, my fiancee explained some of the items that had been mentioned and several of them did not sound right to me. Luckily the mechanic said he would email the itemized receipt within the hour for our review. We called again that night after still not having the email. This is where the service really went downhill. My fiance called again and was treated horribly bad sad to she was wrong and would not be provided a refund. Telling a customer is wrong Is unthinkable. She felt that she was treated differently because she was a young woman. She gathered this idea from the manager rattling off parts and reasons they would need to fix the car. Too summarize awful service--

If youre buying a Ram TRX, dont buy it from the sale manager Michael Jones. This guy is nothing more than a con artist. He will give you a nice trade-in value to get you to order a new vehicle from the factory. When the new vehicle arrives at the dealership, hell call you and tell you that your trade-in is now worth $10K less than it was 2 months ago in the same condition. If you dont pay up, hell sell it over MSRP. Dont do business with Michael Jones.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I havent been able to get a straight answer about when my car will be ready and its been days. Ive called to follow up and I keep getting the run around and no answers. No one will call me back and one manager laughed when they found out who ive been dealing with. Nothing but lies and the worst service.

I called last week to schedule first service on new Jeep. Was told oil changes are done in express lane service - no appointments. Just come during business hours except 12noon to 1pm for lunch. I arrived at 11am and was told to come back at 1pm. This completely disrupted my day. No consideration for my time. Very bad first impression. What’s the point of not making appointments only to be told to come back at an appointed time? If they do not have enough staff for their business model, they need to be honest with customers about what they can and cannot do. Based on how Jen failed to acknowledge the problem at hand, I get the feeling this is business as usual. This is very disappointing and I regret buying a service plan with this dealership.

Went to this dealership and they told me it will cost 2800.00 for starters so they can find what is wrong with my jeep (Gary Lotman) my jeep is a 2014. He also said that the jeep is old I should buy a new car from them of course. This is the dealership where I go to do all of my maintenance. But this information didnt sit well with me so I took it somewhere else to get a second opinion the part cost me 45.00 plus maintenance beware of trusting the dealerships they are a rip off!!!!!!

Listen I’m really not the type to leave reviews but if you can’t find a place that actually cares about you rather than the sale go to Antwerpen on Baltimore National Pike in Catonsville. Another company jd by rider took advantage and sold me a car that was worth 2000 and I had to pay off 8000 after previously paying them 4000 . Most dealer ships wouldn’t care enough to even attempt to try to work wit me without pull 5000 out my pocket, Charles green sat there for almost 5 hours running number and making sure that not only I leave wit a car, but I leave with a car I want ...he actually sat down and explained things to me that I didn’t know and how I can even work on my credit and lower my payment even more than it is now!! Forgot to mention that not only did they put me in a new car my payment are the same as the other dealer ship andddd my apr was slice more than half💯 . And to top it off ms Brenda Mathes not only explained everything that I would be getting with the car far as warranties and stuff but first time meeting her she look at me as a son rather than a customer and made sure I had everything I needed while sharing her word of encouragement and wisdom.Thank you ..the whole team up there for actually caring trust and believe I’m doing all my business with them💯💯

Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Alerted the service desk that I had wheel locks and where the key was. It took over 2.5 hours for the service on a Thursday afternoon - no warning was given it would take this long. As I tried to leave, I had to go back and ask for my wheel lock key back because they left it in the shop. I thought I was through the worst of it.A day later, I see oil pooling under the vehicle. Under the hood, everything is coated in oil. The tech didnt replace the oil filler cap and oil had coated the inside of the engine bay. An hour later, I cleaned up most of it.The service tech I called said their manager would return my call to talk about how they can correct this situation. 4 days later, this has still not happened.. Do not waste your time nor your money for service here.

Attempted to purchase a pre-owned vehicle and will never return. In person, they escalated the out-the-door price compared to what I was quoted over the phone from the internet sales rep a few days prior. They upcharge $1000 if you dont finance with them. Other absurd up-charges magically arose, including a base price higher than what their own website indicated. Ultimately, the manager was unwilling to negotiate, at all, which is a shame because I was initially intending to proceed with the purchase. Afterwards, I sent Emails about my experience and they never bothered responding. I will definitely take my business to a dealership that treats us better.
